First of all, it was my first time in Covington, which was lovely. Very cute place. I got the iced chai 👌

The employees were very helpful and helped me decide just what coffee I was looking for. And the doughnut was delicious! They have a pretty good tea selection as well!

While I was visiting the Cincinnati area I happened across an awesome coffee house in Covington called Point Perk. Point Perk is not your typical coffee joint... they are part of a non-profit organization that has an incredible and very honorable mission: they offer life-giving employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing services to people with disabilities such as autism, Down syndrome and Fragile X syndrome, helping them become active community participants. Pictured are Tiffany, the Perk Manager, on the left; on the right is Mary, and in the center is Emily, who prepared my beverage and who I now call my Niece from another Mother (and of course I'm now uncle Bob.) If you are traveling to or through the Cincinnati/Covington area and want a cup of coffee, an Espresso drink and/or a pastry, stop by Point Perk Coffee at 43 West Pike Street in Covington (less than a mile off of I-71/75) and meet the Perk gang. The service I received was wonderful! I learned that Point Perk is a part of Point Arc. The Point/Arc Provides opportunities to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to reach their highest potential educationally, residentially, socially and vocationally. (pulled that from their website!) Come and support this place!! There is a huge space attached where you can sit and work. Also the cold brew and bagel were delicious :)

Was there after going to October fest and it was worst coofee shop in northern KY very very dirty inside and man making coffee was very rude and dirty Newport ky has the best and best service nice clean and very nice atmosphere over there by the name they must be affiliated with the unsafe point laundry that sends out dirty laundry that explains it in professional owners and human resources

A must go!!! This place is amazing. Coffee is incredible and the staff is even better! Absolutely Love this coffee shop! Do yourself a favor and go!

The young lady working the register was rude to both me and the person in front of me, for no apparent reason. The cold brew coffee is also disgusting. It tastes like cheap traditional brew that has been sitting in the refrigerator for a month.

Excellent selection of both coffee and non coffee drinks with friendly and helpful staff. An excellent addition to the community! I've never had a bad experience here.

Always super friendly workers and really good coffee.

Relatively limited menu. At breakfast they did not have food. Coffee was fast, and not bad. Furnishings are ok but nothing very stylish or inspiring.

Couldn’t even go. Google and website said they were open, and they’re under renovation, and closed with a sign on the door that says they’re closed in MAY and ITS JUNE.

I had a hectic morning. Then I happened upon this warm and inviting cafe. The barista was friendly, the coffee was delicious and the everything bagel hit the spot. Morning redeemed! I’ll be back for sure

This is a great place to get a cup of quality java. The location is cozy, the staff is amazing, and the atmosphere is good. Plus the building is getting ready for an expansion. I am excited to return to see the new improvements. This is a great place. Keep doing what you do!

Ordered an iced latte and cortado to go. Both of our drinks were NOT good. My cortado was made incorrectly with wayyy too much milk. The latte was too syrupy.
