I am not usually a Starbucks regular being an old school straight, black coffee fan. Nevertheless, Once in awhile I do like to slow my world down and enjoy something different. I made a quick stop at this location to treat myself to something a little different. I found the place busy yet the employees were both very busy and equally friendly. My order was correct and tasty! This location is kept ultra clean and well maintained. A little pricey but if want it cheaper then make it at home! As,Always Enjoy!

Efficient. Got what I ordered. It was pretty ok. Update: have been going here multiple times lately and service is fast and accurate. Updated to 5 stars

Bad customer service. Pointed out a mistake on my teammates order. Lady working just said, oh well and wouldn't fix it!

Incredibly rude and pompous service. One girl in particular, who always seems to be working when I shop, has talked down to me a couple of times when I go to order. Messed up my drink and gave me something totally opposite of what I ordered and gave me the biggest eye roll when I brought it back to be fixed. I get that you’re busy, but if I’m friendly and understanding towards you I expect the same back.

Very hositle. Tried to get a drink, but this store doesn't take the qr code to pay. This was the only way i could pay, so I just said i wouldn't get anything and said thank you. As i was walking away, they started laughing at me. Is it really that funny? Don't recommend it unless you want to get made fun of. Specifically, the one with brown hair ponytail and glasses and maybe the blonde, too. Oh, AND the same one with glasses ignored a line at the register because she was on a phone call, not a call from the work phone but her cell phone.

I stopped bu this morning ti get a holiday coffee and they were out. So I ordered a different flavor and they were out of that one too! I walked off!! You may want to cover up the flavors that you are out of!!

Don’t go to this Starbucks. The guy taking orders had no idea what he was doing and didn’t have a trainer and the girl making the drinks made the wrong size and then claimed I ordered the smaller size. I didn’t get my receipt so I couldn’t prove her wrong but I paid $6 and got a small beverage. I know prices have gone up but I hope not that much.

I come here every week when I do my grocery shopping. I stop and get Starbucks and Jasmine who I have not met yet, made my order, now the 3 kids got their order that were in front of me the last behind me got hers first and I am ok with this. What bothers me and why I complained at customer service is this. Just because you got my order wrong and I didn't care I said I would take it you dump it out and make my order under a minute. Now explain me that?

Overpriced coffee and drinks. I am not a frequent customer, typically when I'm with other people. I do like chocolate chip frappuccino with Almond milk. I do like that they have milk alternatives, which is better for me. A lot of the small coffee shops dont offer that.

I stop in the AM and sometimes lunch to get regular black coffee and I always get polite and fast service, even when there’s a long line of Stacys, Beckys, Ians, Devins, Joshes, and Kaylees ordering four adult milkshakes each.

The big blonde cashier has been sitting on the clock for about a week now with a "non working" register while drinking drinks and giving free drinks to her friends. She ignores you while she makes drinks for herself and her friends and talks with them. Then after 10 min will THEN tell you they are closed. She has literally been getting paid to sit there and say they are closed and for her to drink free drinks. She cursed me out and had security kick me out of kroger when I pointed out she needs to just close the store and leave if nothing is working for the past week. She's basically stealing company food and drinks while getting paid to do nothing

I’m so upset I’ve came here before and they make my drink fine today I came and got a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it’s got chunks of ice in it it’s melted at the bottom and not even sweet it tastes like water I took a picture look how weird it looks. Also we’re in a hurry so I can’t stop no where else.

PSL came out not even a week ago and they are already out of all the seasonal drinks. You would think there would be better preparation for the busy fall season. The employees are consistently rude and the place is always a mess. The only reason I go to this location is for convenience, but I’ll be making the drive to Crestview from now on.

Went in this morning on way to work for venti blonde roast and venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged by either of the two baristas. In their defense they were making coffees, but clearly saw me standing there and did not acknowledge my presence. After placing my order another customer came to order. However, her drink was prepared before mine and no it was not pre ordered as I heard the barista ask “the usual?” I work in a service industry and even if I cannot assist the customer at that moment, I acknowledge their presence. I understand people have off days and will try again as this was my first time there and I do believe this was a fluke.

Kind of a joke operation. Nitro cold brew is poured out of a jug!

This Starbucks messes up my very simple order every single time I go, I get the same thing 2 Carmel frappacino with extra Carmel and ONE with no whip that last part “no whip cream” seems to be very challenging for them even tho it’s on the label they either put no whip on both or vise versa they do this same thing with the extra Carmel I just don’t understand how hard this drink can be for them to continuously make these very lazy mistakes Starbucks cost way too much for them to not take the time out to make the drink correctly because they’re too busy goofing off with the other coworkers to read the label and it’s very annoying having to scrape the whip and or tell them they made my drink wrong because they’re too busy doing who knows what instead of looking at the label on the drink they’re currently working on, I would only bust the Florence location but it’s very far out just very disappointing this happenes literally…every…trip… !!!!!

good drinks BUT EVEYTIME I want to go order a Starbucks drink at 7:30-7:40 they are already closed???!!! Like last time I CHECKED it closes at 8 PM ON THE DOT NOT 7:30-7:40..

The guy was preparing the order and touching everything with is bare hands during this pandemic. When I requested him to use gloves, he said he did not have one? Nice work.

EVERYTIME I GO TO THIS STARBUCKS ITS DISGUSTING . Save yourself money and go to a different Starbucks because these Starbucks workers will do anything to mess up a drink.
