This is my absolutely favorite place to get coffee & breakfast. Biggby is always my go to place to meet work connections and friends. The self serve coffee is always delicious. They have amazing sandwiches & muffins. My son loves the fizzy energy drinks (which he gets with no zip (caffeine) & the big cookie. The staff is friendly and this location is always clean & just got a makeover.

First time at a Biggby's and number one thing is the coffee is just better than their competitors. I didn't try any of their food but heard several people order various products. Seems to be a limited but hardy food menu, it is a coffee shop and not a restaurant so that is fine. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. I worked there on my laptop for several hours and noticed that they cleaned a lot when there were no customers, so that was nice to see. I will be back.

I only live around the corner from the place. Usually spend about 10.00 when I go and add a tip. The turkey, bacon and cheese on an everything bagel with butter is amazing! So why did I give them a1 star.. The customer service is really bad as far as customer interaction with the employees. You don't get a good morning when you come in, by many of the staff, hardly a thank you, barely here what they say to you, no smile, very unfriendly demeanor and body language. It's sad, young ladies, who are outside, very pretty ladies but have very little customer service skills. If they would learn to say thank you, have a good day and make the customer feel welcome and want to come back, the place could be a really nice spot. This is only on the weekdays before heading to work. Whoever the manager should really encourage and train the employees and if you did, do a refresher course. I don't drive and it's on the way to the bus is I would go somewhere else. Thanks

This is the worst biggby I’ve been to and will drive a little further next time to the next biggby. Customer service was terrible. I go to other biggby locations multiple times a week and all the other locations are friendly, not here, rude worker taking orders. My iced latte was completely full of grounds but they were working out of a trailer, maybe that’s why the drinks here are subpar.

One of if not the best coffee barista bars around. Coffee is always brewed to perfection.

I'm a long time customer of Biggby and the Fort Mitchell location is by far my favorite! In additon to the great service, I am always very impressed with their professionalism and their hospitality. The great staff and coffee keep me coming back 🙂

It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and the staff's enthusiasm added an extra touch to my overall experience. The interior of the café had received a much-needed facelift. The new floors and furniture were not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally clean. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the fresh and inviting atmosphere. The updated interior contributed to a comfortable and relaxing environment, making it the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends. One of the highlights of the newly renovated Biggby Coffee was the addition of new monitors displaying the menu items. The barista skillfully crafted a perfectly balanced blend of espresso and velvety white chocolate , resulting in a rich and satisfying beverage. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly shone through. The grand reopening of Biggby Coffee in Ft. Mitchell was a resounding success. The combination of great service, a clean and modern interior, and the same exceptional drinks made for an unforgettable experience. Whether you're in need of a morning pick-me-up or a cozy spot to relax, Biggby Coffee is definitely worth a visit. Nice place for 3rd shifters getting off work! Unique drink selection and there is always something new and tasty to try! Good place to hang out and chill, charging stations, and they even have Jenga and board games for kids. Worth the premium prices because you get top of the line drinks here!

I came in yesterday (April 8th) with a friend to get a drink and I absolutely loved the cute creativity on the little trivia board! My friend loves sharks and the ocean so he was extremely excited to see that as well. I hope to see more cute boards like that in the future!

By far my favorite Bigby location. Love the employees, great atmosphere to enjoy a turkey Havarti bagel and a cup of coffee.

Went in for a bagel and drink. I asked cashier if they had the drink they said yes. I paid for drink the barista said I can’t make this so I asked for a refund of that. The girl who was just at the register then turned around and completely ignored me. I got my bagel and went in the car to take a bite. The sausage in it was still frozen. I have had this happen so many times at this location with the same girl making my bagel. I told the girl with the black and pink bob hair my sausage was still cold and asked if she could reheat. She did and then brought them back and slammed them on the counter said nothing and then walked away. Extremely immature and rude. I would be embarrassed to have this girl working for me.

I don't go in here enough and last week decided I need to. It is delicious. Not only are the drinks amazing, but the Baristas are so friendly. Thank you Biggby for starting my mornings!

This location wasn’t the best. My wife and I went on a Friday morning. It was relatively busy but not packed and there seemed to be plenty of staff. My wife ordered a Hazelnut Coffee with Cream, and Ham & Cheese Bagel. I ordered a sweet foam cookie butter cold brew. My wife’s bagel came out quickly but they forgot to make her coffee. We had to ask someone if they could get her coffee made 3 times before it finally was made. My cold brew came out relatively quickly but they did not mix the cookie butter flavoring in with the coffee. It was just at the bottom of the cup. They also didn’t take names with the orders, or write them on cups. There were a few confusions with the baristas and customers when trying to give out or receive their drinks. I’d recommend getting a name instead of just calling out the order/drink type. Will go back to Biggby but not this location

Stopped in at 8. Online said closes at 9. Hours changed. They still let us get coffee! Tytyty. Super tired and on the road so this was AMAZING.

Been going to this location for a while. Terribly nice management that trickles down to very kind and considerate employees. Brilliant coffee with alternative options that are just as tasty. Will continue to come this specific location and keep working towards my next free drink with my Biggby card :)

So much better than Starbucks. My only complaint last time I went is that my frozen latte hadn't been blended enough and there were still chunks of ice in it. I'll just ask for extra blending next time. I didn't have that issue at the drive-through Biggby on Turkeyfoot near Remkes. They make theirs perfectly. So much more coffee flavor than at Starbucks. Get a BOGO coupon and it's even better!

Dixie highway location is amazing! Everybody so helpful. Even during their rehab they were so kind to us in their outside location!

The food was good but the dinning area tables were wiped down with a dirty rag. The carpet wasnt vacuumed and the cash register itself was dirty. The napkin dispenser was also sticky and napkins were jammed in there and would not come out. We walk in and it smelled like something was burnt so bad! The place is run by teenagers who dont care about being professional. They also have what looks like the employee's best friend selfie wall for reviews😒. The music was also poor choice it was as if i was in a bar. Im a housekeeper and have been in customer service for 21 years they need to get all new staff or have a come to Jesus moment with the manager if they even care!.

Many drink options. Maybe too many. Price seems high but not bad when they have specials. Been to multiple locations and they get my order wrong often :(

My wife and I always go here for their Red Bull or Zip! mocktails. Which are always great. The coffee/lattes are usually pretty good too, but they have a bad habit of getting a decent amount of ground coffee at the bottom. I understand there’s only so much someone can do to keep that from happening, but there are times where it’s enough to ruin the drink.

I stopped here while driving through Cincinnati for a bite to eat. The sausage, egg and cheese sandwich in an asiago cheese bagel was outstanding. The coffee was good too. The service was a little slow, though. Great place to go though if you aren't in a hurry.

TERRIBLE service! Workers roll their eyes when you ask any type of question....like do you have milk alternatives. They have attitude problems and need new jobs out of the service industry. Food was cold and drinks inconsistent.

Terrible service terrible coffee had no flavor taste like steaam milk. 2 accosiate were in back for 10 min before they acknoledge we were even standing at register

Unfortunately this coffee stop was one of my worse to visit. Staff was awefu, especially the front cashier and girl making the coffee l no customer service. Coffee and bagel great. As a buisness owner over 25 years , my advise to the owner hire a new customer service staff.

This location is consistently slow & unreliable. Sometimes your drink tastes like it should and other times, not so much. I order from here on DoorDash frequently and I’m always told that they do not prioritize DoorDash orders which makes the order take almost an hour to get to me, every single time. The young girls that work there are rude and the place is always a mess. I will start making the trip to the Taylor Mill location.

Just stopped by trailer side and arrived after store had closed for the day. The customer service was amazing and staff was friendly and personable. They accommodated me and served me. The drink was delicious and greatly appreciated after a long workday. Biggby coffee is my new favorite and will definitely be returning. Thank you and God Bless. 😍☕️

Don't go to fort Mitchell's biggsbys they are very disrespectful they won't make your order if you have credits in there store. They were very disrespectful to my mother in law. They refused to give her what she order and the manager refused to fix it. And they will not remake anything if order was wrong they will come off rude. My fiance got very sick from the food being out all day and same for the coffee we had to take him to the hospital comes to find out he has staphylococcus aureus. If you don't get that fixed fast it can cause a dangerous illness. I would suggest not to go there you could probably in up in the hospital plz be careful!!! @biggsby Coffee
