Great brewing of Deeper Roots coffee and some tasty bites to go along with it. The caramel is made in house and pretty fantastic and the scones are crumbly and delicious. My avocado toast was good, but I neglected to get the extras (egg and sprouts) on it so the Sriracha was a little overpowering. The seating is very comfortable, but it does tend to get really warm, especially if you're near a window when the sun is out. Otherwise, it's a great location and I'm looking forward to returning soon.

I ❤️ Coffee!!! joined a friend on the west side for a cup of BLOC ice coffee….and I have no complaints. This is a cool spot to just relax and enjoy YOUR moment! I will definitely be returning despite my 25 minute commute🤦🏾‍♀️ 🫶🏾❤️☕️

Such a nice coffee shop! Definitely one of the better ones in the Cincinnati area - the food and mission set it apart for sure! I ordered the “Gotta Goetta” breakfast burrito and it did not disappoint! $10.75 for Goetta, bacon, cheddar, havarti, scrambled eggs, onion, tomato, and green salsa 💃🏾 wrapped up in a warm spinach tortilla! It was actually so delicious. Then I walked across the street to enjoy the quiet morning. The views were amazing and I think it’s proximity to this lookout is another great reason to check this place out.

We are on a 52 week coffee shop tour and this was stop #40…….and I wish we would have come sooner! What a great spot! The food, coffee and service were all fantastic. We had breakfast sandwiches and enjoyed eating them while locals walked in and out to get their “usual.” If we lived close we’d be here daily! We’ll be back for sure! ☕️

Great coffee and atmosphere. Friendly staff that always have a smile. The sandwiches are amazing and well prepared. Definitely a pace to check out if you're in the area, and you can also take a quick walk over to the lookout point next the the incline house

I absolutely adore this coffee shop! The staff is fun, the food and beverages are top notch. The fact that it supports a local ministry is the icing on the cake!!! Thursday evening is soul food dinner, and Friday is nacho bowl night, a fun change of pace.

I came with a group of people and had an interview set up with someone. I ordered the stuffed french toast and a matcha latte. The restaurant was quite busy, but they wasted no time making my food and it was made well. My party also had food and talked about how it was pretty well-done. Overall good food and kind employees. If you need a place to work or meet up with someone and you are in price hill, it will be worth stopping here.

Ummm, I love this place but did your regular staff have the day off?? Please teach the sub-staff how. Wanted the turkey avocado...not available. Wanted the dinner, oked Gouda w/shrimp... Nope😜

What a gem and great find. Visiting the area on vacation we searched for a coffee/breakfast spot and had the great fortune of finding this spot. Such a peaceful environment with a great friendly staff - shout out to Cody. The coffee was great as was the breakfast. I had the Sammy and my wife had the stuffed French Toast. All was great. They have seating upstairs that is a beautiful room with tables and lounge chairs. Sad we only found this place on our last day here. If ever back in the area, this is our breakfast spot.

My favorite coffee shop in Cincinnati! Really great coffee. Food is pretty good - I prefer their lunches to breakfasts. Staff is wonderful and atmosphere is great. It’s cool to sit upstairs and see the skyline! Highly recommend.

Fantastic, friendly place with wonderful coffee and quick bites. My wrap was wonderful, and my visiting friend’s sandwich even better. He’s huge on coffee, and requested we go back daily after trying multiple other coffee houses. The atmosphere is great too, perfect for a sit down and enjoying the great view. Street parking was fine when I went, but there is a garage nearby if full. Let’s keep this one in business peeps! My only gripe, I wish they were open later on weekdays. I would love to bring a book after work, enjoy some food and coffee!

Always a pleasure to taste the expertly crafted creations at BLOC. Something about the raspberry sauce pairs so well with espresso, I've never had anything like it. I had the great joy of tasting one of their dinners, which was a hearty portion of pork, cassava, and rice that was out of this world delicious. I have loved every visit so far, and I am excited for all my future visits.

Great food. I love that they have gluten-free bread options and their coffees are amazing too. The staff is always friendly and the homemade pastries look amazing.

We stopped by for cups of coffee and tea, and was surprised that they also serve dinner! Other customers bragged about the quality and price of the food, but we had just eaten elsewhere. We do intend to go back! We love the atmosphere, which was cozy and friendly.

Cool cozy café with reasonable prices for both drinks and pastries. Plenty of street parking. It's a religious organization but it does not feel proselytizing by any means. However, it does feel a bit cliquey. I had the hot chocolate and cinnamon roll, and it was pretty good but a bit too sweet. Overall a cool place for a quick bite, coffee or meal.

Was in a weekend getaway and needed to try a great coffee shop. First off, the iced mocha was so good I had to tip the barista again! The chipotle Goetta sandwich was also amazing! I did however feel the staff were a little too short and non helpful. It’s an out of towner I felt a bit off asking for things and just didn’t feel engaged with them. This is not normal to me for a coffee shop, at least in Nashville. I would still come back again because the coffee was so good. Maybe it was an off day?

Great, great place. Lunch can be noisy, but a good vibe. Upstairs seating isn't the best for working, but great for reading or chatting with a friend. Best chicken salad in the city bar none.

Super chill little place with awesome handcrafted beverages and stress relievers! I travel a lot for work and one of my guilty pleasures is finding a little brewery or cafe to stop and smell the roses. This place was no letdown! Great service and an outstanding latte!
