Everyone is very friendly but 9/10 my coffee order is not correct. There's never whip cream when I order my drink with whip on the app.

My latte tasted like chocolate water and my doughnut was hard

My order was completely wrong. For 5 dollars for a small little wrap it should have at least been right but my sausage was bacon and I got 4 tator tot hashbrowns for 2 dollars. What a robbery. I recommend not going to this location.

Understaffed. I felt so bad for the main lady who works in the early morning. She was doing her best, and is so nice despite her coworkers no call no showing. I am always happy with her friendly service, and the care she puts into making drinks the way people like them.

Place cancels the orders half the time because they don't have the stuff that I ordered.. which is usually just donuts for my kids.. this one is worthless

They were very busy today. They even had to have donuts brought from other locations twice. They remained professional and had great attitudes. Excellent customer service.

went in at 1230 poeple in fake lobby laugh and me and my son walk in there they did not stop conversating so wr walked to counter than they tell us they are closed looked the. up suppose to be open until one poor service on a busy day quit hangin with friends all we want was a drink up thanks cool never again this is twice it has happen to me able to walk in than they say they close close the door duh oh ya friend can hang get job

This is the 2nd time I've had to wait for 40 minutes for 1 coffee. Worst location I have ever personally been to.

I’ve tried to get a coffee on my lunch break a few times from this location in the last month. All three times I’ve gotten turned away and told “we’re closed” when I arrived between 12:30-12:40pm. This location is supposed to be open until 1?? It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

This location. This staff deserves a standing ovation!!! Customer service is top tier! If you go feeling not so good, guarantee you leave with a smile and a delicious drink. The best Dunkin I've ever patronized....HANDS DOWN.

The espresso is better than expected and the donuts are always fresh. The friendly service keeps pace with the business. Not much seating, but most people get orders to go, so generally there's room to park and enjoy the food.

Not enough people working in the morning. Takes too long to get a cup of coffee. People have to be to work and buses to catch and it shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Have better respect for peoples time!!!

Sugar is not a substitute for Liquid sugar! You do not put sugar in an ice coffee, it completely ruins it. I really don’t know how I have to explain that to people that make coffee all day. Waisted money and waisted time. Also, the customers that use this dunkin are completely unaware of how lines work, they don’t respect personal space, and they seem to not have any self awareness to move around in a tight room. There is one employee at this location that typically shines through the garbage and it gives you hope to come back when she’s the one taking care of your order. All in all, that slim chance isn’t worth anyone’s business and I’d personally recommend going out of your way to avoid this dunkin unless you’re in walking distance and are about to die of starvation.

When I went, it was a lobby full of people and only 2 employees working. The guy that was working the kitchen, getting all the orders out was killing it!!! He was fast and efficient it was neat to watch. He did only put like 3 pieces of my snackin bacon in my bag.

Dunkin Donuts on Court Street is a place for quick breakfast sandwiches. The value for the price paid is high with the sandwiches made to order. The ingredients are good for a fast food establishment. The employees are friendly and do a good job every time I have been there. It is one of my favorite places to pick something up.

Will say first experience here was a bust but I think them finding some new team members made a difference. People are very nice and always come correct. Definitely a nice spot now.

Literally the nicest people on the planet! The employees here made a quick morning stop for my daughter and I such a fun experience, they take GREAT care of their customers, and we left with smiles ear to ear! We will be back and hope to see them again!
