Ended up driving quite a bit to come here and try some ice cream. Well... it was totally worth it! Ice cream flavors were fantastic and the experience was very fun for kids. We tried a few options including a Strawberry Shortcake that ended up being my favorite. Totally recommend coming here for a sweet experience. Can’t wait to go back!

In one word, this place was: disappointing. We visited this location for dessert on a Saturday evening. It was busy, but not crowded. Only two people on staff, though, so the wait was longer than anticipated. They ran out of cookies, so a third of their menu was unavailable and there was no indication that was the case prior to ordering. Since we chose to add booze—because that’s the gimmick of the place, we couldn’t get a refund, because according to the staff, Ohio state law doesn’t allow refunds on alcohol. As a result, we chose two regular ice creams with alcohol. One of the ice creams didn’t taste like it had booze. The ice cream itself wasn’t anything special—I am biased, because I make my own ice creams, so I can compare on that note. While we ate our ice cream, other customers were waiting and asking about their order. After which the staff, quite rudely, responded to customers that they were going as fast as they could and customers would just have to wait. No refunds on booze also meant that customers couldn’t get their money back. It was a spectacle that was both unfortunate and off-putting. Skip this place. The décor is neat, but while the concept is novel, the execution is lacking.

If you’re looking to get BUZZED without realizing you’re drinking - this is the place for you. (They do have options without alcohol). I hate the taste of alcohol, but the dreamsicle milkshake I ordered tasted like a regular milkshake! It was so sweet & creamy!!

Yesterday, I visited this so called “establishment”. I was coming from the gym and was looking forward to some ice cream. My friend and I purchased our ice cream which came out to about $30+ . When receiving it, I asked about the waffle cone, a woman stated it was grinded into the ice cream, so I asked for an addition waffle cone, she told me it’ll be extra and I stated that it was fine and I don’t care about the price, I’ll pay it.. I guess that got her upset, she proceeded to give me a nasty attitude and looks. She stated that She cares because it’s her store and didn’t want me to take it, she assumed I was going to STEAL an ice cream cone! At this point, I wanted a refund because this is discrimination and there’s no telling what she did to my ice cream when I wasn’t looking! She stated that she was not giving me my money back and she doesn’t care! instead of trying to argue, I proceeded to go to the counter and get my ice cream that I paid for and this lady snatched it quickly and slung it in the trash can and still did not refund!

Amazing place!!! You can get buzzed and non buzzed ice-creams and same goes for the coffee. They churn the ice cream right in front of you and use liquid nitrogen to freeze it. In the buzzed ice cream you can definitely taste the booze, loved the whiskey infused one and the vodka chocolate ice cream. Would definitely recommend going here!!!

A really fun place to go down on Main Street. They make ice cream for you right before your eyes. A bunch of ingredients go in a bowl, you can choose to add alcohol to it if you want, and then the whole thing is turned into ice cream with some liquid nitrogen. The size of the liquid nitrogen tank here is immense. After a few minutes, your concoction is ready and you can eat it with a spoon. Plenty of options here, they have a few recipes for you to choose from each day, or you can make your own

Making a visit here is the perfect way to pull out the inner child and all of those wonderful ice cream cravings. It is a fun experience, and you get to watch the ice cream made in front of you. A big variety of ice cream options that you can add any liquor too. This was delicious!

Buzzed Bull is one of my favorite ice cream shops in the city! Their ice cream comes “buzzed” or “non-buzzed” and that means alcoholic or non-alcoholic and while alcoholic ice cream is cool, to me that’s not even the best part! All their ice cream start as a liquid base. Then they add in the ingredients and freeze it right in front of you with nitrogen! In my opinion, it’s one of the cooler processes to watch, pun intended lol but to see your ice cream being mixed in front of you and watching them hit it with the nitrogen to freeze and then seeing this cold cloud of nitrogen spill out of the bowl, across the counter and down to the floor is just really neat! On top of the fun process, the ice cream taste great too! So, if your looking for a cool ice cream spot, whether you want alcohol in it or not, Buzzed Bull is a place you have to try!

Staff was extremely helpful when I had questions. I am often pretty indecisive and there were so many options here. It definitely took me a while to figure out what I wanted but loved the shake I tried. Alcohol shakes are delicious here. Will be back to try more.

Can't come to Cincinnati without stopping here. Great ice cream made with Nitrogen. Buzzed or non buzzed options.

Came by the location on my birthday at 8:15 PM when they close at 9:00 PM, to try a milkshake. The doors were locked, with no sign on the door and no one would come to the door even with people sitting inside. Definitely not worth the time to try to come here if they can't even operate on normal business hours.

Not only was the ice cream absolutely delicious, the guy working the counter was awesome! He gave us the rundown on what Buzzed Bull was all about! I cannot recommend this location enough! 6 out of 5 stars if possible!

The "buzz" was STRONG! My coconut sorbet was delicious, but be prepared for the cold, because a day later I still feel like my mouth got frost bite - though I probably could have eaten it more slowly

I don't know what went wrong with the machine but I ordered milkshake and got ice cream. The ice cream itself was incredibly cold and tasty. But I didn't like that I had to wait 15 mins for my order with only three people present including me. Good taste, but wrong order. I will give this place 4 because it all comes down to taste.

So, to start off, I should explain why I gave this place a 4 star instead of 5. Because this place was awesome. The sole reason is that I don't like the taste of alcohol, and that is a big part of their appeal. As I walked in and saw the full bar, the "buzzed" started to make sense. The concept is pretty simple: decide whether you want liquor in it, choose a base ice cream, add a mix-in, and pick what type of alcohol you want in it. The use liquid nitrogen in the process, too. So, I chose a buzzed dessert with bourbon. The flavors mixed well, but the presense of the bourbon was always in the forefront for me. So I couldn't finish the dessert. But it was not awful. The next time I go, I will leave out the liquor and it will be amazing.

If I could give zero stars I would. I put in order just for them to process and take money from my account then notifying order was ready and they were waiting on a dasher. So to my surprise the dasher called stating the cashier is saying they never received an order and asked if I could confirm the processing charge and that if the order was cancelled or not. I told it's showing charged on my bank statement and I could see him and the restaurant now. The cashier then stated if it doesn't come across her tablet then I didn't put in order and that there is nothing to be done. I will never try to order from here again with horrible customer service like this in display.

Had a great experience! All the ice cream is made to order with mixers and liquid nitrogen. Never seen anything like it. All of the ones we got were delicious. Creamsicle with orange vodka was my favorite. With that being said, it does take some time for them to make the ice cream. You order by kiosk which also takes some time. There was no one in front of us when we got there, but I can see how it could take awhile when it’s crowded. May be worth getting a second kiosk for busy times! Overall would highly recommend checking this place out!

TLDR; terrible customer service and SLOW. I'll start by saying the milkshake was fine. I got the lemon cake small non alcoholic milkshake. Not worth $9, but tasted fine. Now to why only one star. First, you can only order from a kiosk and there is only one kiosk. There is no menu posted, so you have to wait for each person to go through the menu then order and pay. This took about 3-4 minutes per person. Then, it took TWENTY FIVE minutes to get our order. There were only 2 people ahead of us and 4 people we could see working. I asked one of the workers how long it typically takes after 20 min of waiting and he replied "I'm starting them now." When I got my milkshake, I noticed it had the same amount of whipped cream as the others. I had paid for extra whipped cream, so I asked if I could get that. The worker said "I'm pretty busy right now" (though there was only one order after us and there were still 4 workers). I said, "I'm just asking you to complete my order. " He begrudgingly gave me a cup of whipped cream. Definitely not going back. Don't waste your time.

The ice cream is very good. And that's where the positives stop. Ordering is a nightmare because the UI of the digital menu is trash; unintuitive, unnecessary, and absolutely terrible at letting you know what steps are required. It literally took 5x longer than having a human take my order. Then, as if my suffering wasn't already complete, it took forever to receive my order. The store was not busy, so I guess that's just how it is there. I don't plan to go back.

Closed a half hour early on the inside. Super pregnant wife and 3 year old need to find a place to sit outside. Wouldn't have come if we had known.

Matt did an amazing job making our waffle cones! Very polite and knew the whole menu by heart and suggested alot of ideas and help me build my cone!

Meh. Out of towners here for a fun weekend. Stopped by Buzzed Bull to try some nice alcohol infused icecream/milkshakes.... pretty disappointing. The concept is sweet, but delivery is lacking. They make you use a touchscreen kiosk to order. They don't tell you to use the kiosk, so you just wait until you figure it out. Its wayyy too confusing as theres too many options to choose from. Theres also only one kiosk so a huge line develops and just takes forever. The kiosk isnt even near the menu board so unless you whip out your phone and check the menu from their website, you have no idea what to get until you get to the kiosk. If you try to check the menu board, you lose your place in line. They need to add more kiosks or remove the option all together and start taking orders in person. Up until this point of the review, we havent received our order yet... so hopefully the milkshake redeems this experience. UPDATE: Had the milkshake and....pretty tasty! I got the Orange Dreamsicle Milkshake w/Orange Smirnoff. Not overly boozy. A little thin. Overall very pleasant. If it werent for the poor customer experience, I may come back. But, this is good enough for now. I understand that they are currently understaffed, so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. If they fixed a couple of things, like communicating with their customers, it would be a much better experience.
