My wife and I were in town for a wedding. I walked down the street looking for a lite bite to eat for us while my wife got dressed. What a pleasant surprise to find Butlers Pantry and Market! It was clean, well organized, and efficient. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The selection of food and quality was superb. If you are reading this review, don't hesitate to go here. This is not for someone looking for a nice sit-down meal. However, it is a high-end "grab and go" option with high quality food and very reasonable prices. I will be back.

I like a good cafe/ deli with a market. This is the biggest one I've been to. They have a lot of breakfast, lunch and other food options on the menu. They also sell a large selection of wine, beer, other beverages and pantry items, including snacks. I went for a quick bite and got the quiche with veggies (it was a pretty big slice too and very yummy). My order was to go, but there are plenty of tables to eat inside and outside right in front. It's in Covington's RiverCenter, about a block from the Northern KY end of the Roebling bridge.

The Butler’s Pantry Market and Cafe is an amazing shop. There is such an amazing selection of products… coffee shop, quick serve, snacks, prepared foods, bakery, wine and more… Also, the most amazing photograph… that appears to be upside down… but it’s not… it’s actually a reflection of the bridge.

Butler's pantry has a charm that is cheers the soul. That is my experience consistent experience there. The store and food service are reasonable in price since I notice things like that. I feel I am getting a deal for classy atmosphere with food that is high off the hog. The reasonable price also gives me incentive to give a generous tip since the workers care about their customers. I get impression the workers there know they offer decent prices for high quality product in a well managed food service store. This is my view in have been buying product there for several years by now.

We were in town for a conference and really enjoyed our experience at Butler’s Pantry! Erin was incredibly helpful and hospitable. She gave a great explanation of the market and some awesome food recommendations. The chocolate banana smoothies were our favorite!

I absolutely love this place!! Not only is the food AMAZING, the baked goods FABULOUS and the service is always FANTASTIC!!! Erin and Aurora are the pinnacle of customer service PERFECTION. They always put a smile on my face and are always willing to help. I love coming here on my lunch or for meetings. It really makes your day better!!! 10/10 cannot highly recommend enough!!!!!

We ordered the Club sandwich and Buffalo Chx Wrap. Club sandwich was great (wuality meats) and the Buff. Chx wrap was the best I’ve ever had, and at $9 was worth every penny. Great semi-covered patio, fantastic drink selection and very friendly staff. Mostly self service, why the 4 ⭐️

If you’re looking for a reasonable breakfast spot in Covington. This is the place to go!

I come to Butler’s Pantry at least once a week and for years, I’ve had consisistently excellent service and food, from the restaurant to the pre-made items. The main reason I come, though, is for the coffee, which is the best in the area. One of the baristas, Erin, is almost always there when I come in, with a smile on her face. She has an amazing ability to remember customer names and orders and makes Butler’s Pantry feel like the highest quality coffee bar around!

Highly recommend this location! Since I got a Cinnabon ice latte that was phenomenal & smoothy was decent. Definitely would say go with the Keto smoothly first. Only drawback would be that there is a tip requested, since that really shouldn't apply unless you are delivering or in the restaurant industry. Staff was very friendly. Edit: (10/31/2023) After trying other multiple cafe's/coffee shops in the area this location serves coffee that is too sweet. But, if that's your thing, this place is calling your name. The big plus is that you can get hot & cold sandwiches or walk over to Y'alls Kitchen. Basically a little convenience store.

Such a great shop! The breakfast sandwiches and smoothies are delicious. The barista, Erin, is so friendly and kind. Perfectly convenient from the hotel a block down. Thank you for treating us so well during our trip.

I am attending a conference near by this weekend so I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. I am always weary of getting a bacon egg and cheese sandwich because most places give you little to no bacon. Butlers gave me thick cut bacon and there was plenty. Fast and friendly service as well. Additionally, they have a a convenience store that is much better priced than the hotels if you are staying at one.

If this is what Cincinatt calls a 4 .5 star lunch spot we are not looking forward to our time here as far as food goes. This place was mediocre at best. I had a chicken club drowned in mayo. My husband had the Ruben. A little better but not much.

Such a super neat place! So glad we stopped in. The gentleman that helped us was awesome. I would have got his name. I had my heart set on something I saw kn tje online menu that wasn't on their current menu. He said he'd see what they could do. Ended up with a simple but delicious and fresh roasted chicken beast sandwich. Partner got a breakfast biscuit. Very tasty! My dirty chai was excellent. Many local products to choose from. We sampled some cheddar and ended up getting it. So good! Plus some interesting fermented stuff, which I love. Will definitely go back!

Hidden gem of Covington, Kentucky. Anyone trying to get weekend brunch in Cincinnati/Northern KY understands how difficult it is to get good food and service without an hour plus wait time. This place has exceptional food and service and, since it's off the main street, it wasn't crowded at all. Could not recommend this more ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited first for Cincinnati Burger Week and will definitely be back. Besides the incredibly kind staff, you can tell that the food is made of quality ingredients and the chef knows some unique combinations of flavor to make the food stand out among other restaurants.

Tried to eat at the restaurant but they closed early. So we went to the market and wow. $5.50 for a fruit cup a high school cafeteria wouldn't sell. The fruit was going bad! The guy at the smoothie bar wouldn't even talk to us and we stood there looking around for a menu. $30 for 2 mediocre sandwiches, 2 not so great smoothies, and a fruit cup with off fruit. Not great and will not be returning.

Great place to get a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee. And, oddly enough, they have a very decent selection of liquor.

Mah…nothing that great. The Cuban sandwich was pretty dry. Typically a Cuban is served warm. Don’t think they nuked mine long enough with cold spots throughout. Better to try elsewhere.
