This is in university area so finding a parking spot is hard. Generally I used to visit Caribou in Minnesota where I used to get dark chocolate hot chocolate but to my disappointment I couldn’t find that here. The lady at the counter was not paying proper attention to the request being made, Customer service could be better. Taste of the beverage that was order was average.

The service was good but the food was horrible. I had the swiss egg and ham horrible! My daughter had the chicken and tater we both hated them immensely. On the other hand my wife had blueberry with strawberry cream cheese. She went the regular way we should've followed her lead! Better luck next time! I hope!

They have a great selection of various bagel-based sandwiches, with a decent amount centered around fresh eggs. Sandwiches range from the classic Santa Fe to simple bagels with what seems to be house made spreads. Excellent flavors and bottomless coffees keep me coming back.

PRO-TIP Come here during school breaks, this neighborhood is a ghost-town when school isn't in session. Parking was a dream and the shops were empty. I had a lox bagel and my co-worker had a tuna salad bagel. So delicious! The service was excellent and the food great.

My boyfriend had to go back to the register and order again because he never got his food, & the cashier told me I couldn't order a spinach, mushroom, & swiss sandwich off the signature menu because they were out of spinach bagels (even though the menu specifies that that particular sandwich comes on a 9-grain bagel, not a spinach bagel). They were busy at the time so the employees may not have been paying attention but it sucks that my boyfriend and I were the ones who got forgotten and misinformed in the rush. The food & drinks that we did get were delicious, though.

The cashier was rude and not friendly. He didn't even give me the correct change from my order. After taking a couple of bites from my sandwich, I realized it wasn't made right. The employees seemed annoyed that I wanted my sandwich remade. Would not recommend!

The line went by fast. We put our food in and got coffees. I went to pour a cup and there was only coffee that was cold or decaf. The food came out all separately. After we sat down we realized that we didn't get our fruit cups. I approached the cashier and asked and she replied: "we're working on it". Okay. So I sit down and start eating. My fiance ordered the nova lox and the cream cheese was gritty. My food was okay. Halfway through our meal our fruit cups arrived. As we were leaving the whole staff were sitting while the restaurant tables were dirty and the coffee still not fixed. Bad times from a usually good establishment.

Despite the bagel being toasted, it still seemed cold and chewy. The egg on it was also cold, but not frozen at least. The bacon didn't seem fully cooked either. I guess I just like my coffee a lot stronger than what they had. It too seemed luke warm

They were out of most varieties of bagels. My wife's bagel looked as it they schmeared cream cheese on it and then licked it off. Very limited parking. Had to park on 4th floor of parking garage next door. $2 and the elevator wasn't working.
