I can't believe I've never reviewed Bruegger's Bagels before! I started coming here a decade ago when on my way to work near Lunken Airport to pick up a bagel and coffee. Recently I've been coming here a lot while undergoing my yoga teacher training at the nearby Embra Studio. The people working here are phenomenal. They are always smiling and are super friendly. I love going in, but the photo I included in this review is from the drive thru, where I had to go the day of the Flying Pig, since there were tons of people around and they were understaffed and locked the door. Si, who was working the drive thru, said he was so happy I came back after he saw me walk up and try the door. He asked for my name and mentioned how much they appreciate my business. The next time I came in this past Saturday, Si was there again and jokingly said they'd left the door open just for me. I love the people who work here so much! I should mention that the bagels are always fresh, they have many varieties to choose from, and there are bagel sandwiches and an array of coffees and hot/cold teas to choose from. I only wish they'd consider adding a vegetarian/vegan-friendly sandwich to the menu. I'd spend double the money here if they did. I appreciate this location and its employees so much. I'll support Bruegger's Bagels for years to come, especially if I start teaching yoga nearby.

I will change my star from 1 to 5 if ALL your staff stop asking for a tip EVERY TIME you go through the drive-through. It's very uncomfortable. It's a drive through, I don't believe anyone wants to go through a Mcdonalds/ Wendys and be asked of you would like to leave a tip. I cannot imagine I'm the only one that's uncomfortable with this. If this continues, I will not continue to stop at this store.

Thanksgiving morning and they a large selection to choose from! Exactly what you need for a last minute breakfast pick me up for the family. Honestly, this location has the best bagels and staff compared to the other locations in the city. The employees really take their time with your order and are personable. Amazing service. So glad to get the bagels I need for my family for Thanksgiving morning. Go BB!

Once again this location disappoints. Oven not working so they were bringing bags of bagels from other locations. Bagels were not fresh. Person at the cash register had issues with the register. Unmotivated employees. Brueggers used to be so good. Not anymore.

Why is your drivethrough staff asking customers to leave tips while they've got their card? A tip for what? Handing customers their order? Love the company, won't be back at this location. Being guilted for now tipping someone literally doing their job. No thanks.

The staff was wonderful and the food was good. The only issue was that the bagel ovens were down and had been for several weeks. Bagel choices were limited to two flavors. I’d go back! The lunch sandwiches were just as ordered!

Very polite staff but meat on lunch sandwich is ridiculous for 6 dollars

I love brueggers products but every time I go through the drive through they ask for a tip while they’ve still got my card. Very awkward, especially when they phrase it “it’s suggesting between $1 and $10 for a tip.”

Can't beat the farmhouse bagel sammich! I treat myself to one each week on the way to work. Speedy drive thru service with a smile!

I typically enjoy the breakfast sandwich when I have time to use the drive-thru.. But it’s incredible awkward and irritating being asked EVERY time to leave a tip. Just happened again this morning, and I just think to myself.. DOES THIS ESTABLISHMENT NOT PAY YOU?!? And I thinks it’s silly to think someone should say an amount and then they punch in the tip amount themselves on my card. I’ve noticed..They say good morning, and ask how I’m doing then immediately follows the tip question. I abruptly say no.. then….. they’re not so chopper lol

While ordering through the drive thru, before even receiving my food I was asked how much I'd like to tip. Not "would you like to tip" it was "how much would you like to tip?" I'll never be back. It's a DRIVE THRU!

Good breakfast sandwiches. Wish they had more of a coffee selection.

Great tasting bagels, friendly staff, had a good sized line but still didn't take long to get through.

I enjoy Brueggers. This particular location this morning gave me a coffee w a teaspoon of coffee grounds inside and then a lovely “side of cream cheese” with a broken piece of someone else’s bagel inside my container. Certainly not my everything bagel. It was a chewed up dark piece of bagel. I’m pretty surprised.

Great bagel sandwich! I had the bacon avocado bagel sandwich with egg instead of egg white and it actually filled me up and kept me going through a very long physical event. Great price too! The staff was very friendly and nice, and the store was very clean and tidy. I recommend these bagels!
