I was treated very poorly with this company. I called in advance to see if they carried chocolate German cake,the lady said we have 5 in stock. I headed straight over to pick up this cake,to get home and open the box to see this. When I called about the cake the woman was not friendly she responded with a frank “IM SORRY” this is how the cake should be. I responded with this cake looks like a pancake,it’s super thin and lopsided and very hard. I have never been more disappointed

Everything here is amazing! We have been celebrating birthdays with Servatii's cakes for years. This year, we decided to try a bunch of their treats and we loved every single one of them.

Friendly service and delicious mini cannoli, chocolate truffle cake, and jelly roll.

Love this little place! Went to get the garlic beer cheese dip with pretzel slices. Also brought home a box of butter cookie stars which were wonderful! Always make a stop at Servattis when I'm in Cincinnati!

European style bakery that has been a fixture in the city for 60 years. Fresh breads, pastries, cakes and more. Not quite as big as it once was but always has to be in consideration for that special occasion.

The best cakes in town! Our go-to for over 40 years! Thank you to the Hyde Park staff especially for rushing this last minute order. It’s beautiful!!

Amazing staff... Very very friendly and helpful.. They helped me place a large order for our baby shower.. Everything was beyond perfect. Kudos to "AL"... He was helpful in placing my order and was present when we came to pick it up.. Delightful and excellent employee give him a raisE!!!!

When I was a kid and someone said they had gotten their birthday cake from servatii I was always upset. There's just something about their buttercream that to this day makes me recoil inside. It's just an oppressive level of crunchy sweet from what's supposed to be a soft pillowy icing, from servatii has the consistency of breaking apart wet sand with a knife because it's so packed with sugar it turns nearly into rock candy. The cake itself is also a shocking level of dryness and sweetness. There are much better bakeries out there. I really don't like this one.

They were very kind, and helpful for what to pick to buy, and very patient as well. Would love to go there again.

This and Milford location are terrible. The cheese pockets price has gone up but got two today as gift and barely any cheese inside. They used to carry fruit tortes in stock and now have to be ordered at Milford. Then you’re lucky if it arrives. There’s no prices on anything so you spend 20 minutes asking the price of everything in the place. Bad service.

Placed an order on December 31 for pickup on January 1. When I arrived at on the 1st to pick up my order, the store was closed. I had received an email confirmation that read “Pickup Order Confirmation for Kelly Litster from Servatii - Hyde Park”. I called this morning to inquire about a refund. The woman I spoke to offered appalling customer service. She blamed me for not having received confirmation that my order was accepted, despite the fact that I had indeed received confirmation that my order was accepted. She was far more interested in explaining to me why I was wrong than actually handling my issue & never apologized for my poor experience. I asked how to receive a refund & was told I’d need to come to their store with my credit card. What a joke. Absolutely will not be back.

The ladies who work here are so sweet. They are willing to go above and beyond to find an item if it is not on display. They greet you with a smile and always appear to be happy you stopped in. My favorite are the pieces of cake cut and sold individually. Their cake is moist and delicious and the frosting is to die for. The rolls and pretzels are yummy too.

Carrot cake 🥕 is awesome! Great people serving in this place.

I called and ordered a cake and was told over the phone $38-$40 for a 10” red velvet. I picked it up and was charged $48 when I asked what changed the girl working the counter said that whoever quoted me was looking at an outdated price sheet and informed me that the prices went up. I was a little shocked that it would have went up that much, she said it’s because it’s red velvet, which really didn’t explain anything. I’m sure that the cake will be adequate but I don’t think that it will be worth what I paid. The only reason I went with Servatti is because I was looking for something last minute. Every time I have dealt with them it has been poor customer service. I generally use a local smaller owner/operator baker and I recommend others do the same.

Good old school bakery especially for holiday cookies. Good cheese pocket danish and soft pretzels. Plenty of easy parking at this shopping center location.
