Worst ever. If I could give it a minus for customer service I would. My husband has been without his anti-coagulant for approximately 3 week. We have been trying to get it filled. The prescription keeps getting sent to Mercy Hospital (doctor is inside Mercy) instead of our pharmacy outside. The weekend supervisor Tiffany was less than sympathetic, argumentative and basically told me to go to hell as she spoke over me as I asked her to report it to the Hospital Director. I have been a nurse for 30+ years. I asked if someone could go in the out patient pharmacy and just fax it to our pharmacy. She flat out refused, saying no one has access. Having been a weekend nursing supervisor, unless things have recently changed she lied. Mercy is culpable if my husband throws a clot

I'm handing out these well deserved 1 star reviews like candy. Was here the other day after an assault and was treated like garbage by the nurses. One of them messed up with the IV and whatever liquid they were putting into me... Made my vein/arm swell up... Just got up and left... Came back and I simply and much reasonably so asked "What the F-". Didn't necessarily use profanity towards her. Just had a reasonable and legitimate reaction to the situation and they tried to make it a big deal instead of explaining what she just did to my arm and apologizing and getting another nurse when I asked... Mary... Very rude... Clearly had a much worse day than I was having apparently. Got upset once I pointed that out. Made it clear I was there for an assault and was calm when I came in... Didn't get upset until she did that. Also... Yeah... Still continued seeing me even after I went ahead and said I would just simply leave then. Luckily there was A nice nurse there who's name I can't remember and a gentleman named Ben who thankfully came in and explained what was wrong with my arm and at least tried to calm me down. But... Yeah... Interesting. Edit: Also I just noticed this is the general hospital and not the ER section or whatever... I don't care 🤷😅.

My husband was taking to Mercy hospital for a stomach feeding tube. My husband had some good nurses for his care. The communications is horrible and the hospital no news is good news. One nurse practitioner said my husband was brain dead and when I got there he was moving. I was told he was on borrowed time and to call hospice that was our only hope. My husband feeding tubing was stopped for his transport back for the trip to the nursing facility. It took a trip to UC medical center and 24 hours waiting to get the orders changed to turned his feeding tube back on. I hope this never happens to someone love one.

If you can avoid going to this hospital, I would. I went to the ER in an ambulance, and they did some testing to see what's wrong. I was short of breath and feeling like I was going to pass out. Come to find out later from a different hospital, Mercy West, that I have heart damage. The first thing that the doctor asked me, is if they did a certain blood test to test my heart. I said no. He said that all signs pointed to a heart problem. So, if you are having a life threatening issue, you might want to go to a better hospital. This used to be such a good hospital.

Don't let your loved ones sit in this ER if they need serious care. My mother should've been transferred with her severe facial injury and the staff sent her home. There was a shift change in between her care and there was zero communication between staff about what was going on with my mother. Not to mention petty attitudes from nurses. She had been there total 8 hours, 3 of which she waited to find out they had already discharged her, but no one called me to pick her up or even let her know she was free to go. There was miscommunication from staff on her appointment with a surgeon being scheduled as well. I was in shocked from the visit her and the behavior of the staff.

Cath lab nurses are awesome. However The front desk at the main entrance is the 1 star needs retraining on customer service and realize that the majority of the people they wait on are going to be elderly and hard of hearing. A grown man, Edward Bennett made a comment to and elderly lady(my mother) “I guess you can’t hear!” Throwing his arms in the air when she clearly didn’t understand what he was saying to her with his mask on . Instead of being patient and understanding he acted disrespectful to his elder and made her feel uncomfortable and nervous. When I said” there’s no need to be rude she actually does have a hearing problem.” he spouted off “I’m not rude not listening to what I say is rude!” When I asked for his name he mumbled something and walked away so I walked up to his desk and read his name tag off to him. Not one time did he apologize, because he obviously wasn’t remorseful. To be in customer Service there is a level of professionalism you have to be held to and Mr Bennett was not professional

I arrived in the emergency room with an infected spider bite on the back of my neck. I was treated by a very kind wonderful nurse first name was Maddie, I do not know her last name, she was amazing. On the other hand, the doctor, his name Michael P O l i c a s t r o MD was so rude and so callous and just downright insulting. There i was, scared, early in the morning and I have to have this bite lanced and drained and he seemed to find joy in making me nervous repeatedly saying how bad it was going to hurt...repeatedly over and over but, not in a informative way, more so like a bully. The physical care, the touch of his care was brutal and rough I felt slightly violated. He was rude from the beginning to the end acted disgusted that he had to deal with it with me. I don't even remember making eye contact with him the whole time, he was so rude he wouldn't even make eye contact. During the procedure, of him lancing and draining my wound, of course I was in pain and trying not to squirm around but it hurt and instead of calmly saying stay still, relax... he blatantly said to me that if I didn't stop moving around and squirming that I would defecate myself and tried to scare me and shame me by saying "then how would you feel?" He walked out of room without any follow-up instructions did not even Supply me with a follow-up form or any kind of paperwork other than that I was there and my prescriptions. I am very weary of ever going back to that hospital again.

A joke of a hospital. I went in to treat a numb leg, ended up getting diagnosed with MS, and the entire time I was there I was treated like garbage. Absolutely zero empathy, I got yelled at because I was crying from my spinal tap, got told after my diagnosis that I needed to stop having a negative reaction because that was the devil in my head, my heartbeat dropped to 45 BPM and no one came to help me (my nurse even was concerned and confused because she watched it go from 67 to 45 and no one came to see if I was okay). I begged for a patient advocate and the whole week I was there no one came in to speak with me. There’s so much more that happened, but overall this was the most traumatic experience I’ve ever been through and I was treated like I was dirt beneath their feet. I will never come back here again.

SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHO CAN WE TALK TO ABOUT WHAT GOES ON IN THIS HOSPITAL. The front desk in emergency is so RUDE! And then have you waiting in severe pain. A lady came in thinking she was having a heart attack, they were moving completely slow, and showed 0 empathy. She then stated I could possibly die, how slow y’all moving. The guy behind the desk then stated “you wouldn’t have made it here if you were having a heart attack. Like WOOOOOW! Something has to be done, I am so done with this hospital. Update I sat in this hospital for 5 hours they asked me what my pain was on a scale 1-10, 10 being the worse. I tell them 10. They offer no kind of pain medicine, just had me sitting there in pain for five hours. Not everybody that comes here is looking for narcotics some of us are actually in pain and needing help. They showed no sympathy, didn’t even want to send a prescription for ibuprofen to my pharmacy.

My mom had a horrible experience She even went as far as filing a grievance only to receive a response that supported the bad care received. The Rn was able to state it was my mom that refused care and that she simply forgot to change it in the system after my mom challenged that she did not receive medication. Who would think that in a hospital you have to worry about writing exact times and record everyone that comes into the room. The nurse refused to restart an iv after it came out because she could not "see" her vein. Instead she was able to state that my mom refused to have it replaced after she tried to find someone else Way too much to type, just be careful to not only record but even take pictures. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.

Lots of very good nursing on several floors, just pray you don't. Go onto the 5th floor! The PCA' s on this floor suck, the trainee, need a lot more training especially in the art of communication. They need to leave their bad attitude at home.

Worst Hospital in the Cincinnati area. My wife's GI surgeon works at multiple hospitals in Cincinnati. Bethesda is by far the best we go to followed by The Jewish Hospital. I do believe the Emergency Vet Hospital is better than Mercy Fairfield. A few good nurses, but the bad by far out number the good.

I'm giving this one star because it's not an option to give zero stars. First of all, I would like to say how disappointed, upset and angry I am with this hospital. My grandma was in and out of this hospital for many years and during her last hospitalization she was given the choice between a nursing home or hospice. My grandpa opted for hospice instead of a nursing home. We learned from the hospice nurse that her hospice-related diagnoses was something we were never told about. Presumably, this diagnosis was made to her during her last hospitalization in this hospital. We ended up taking her to another hospital and finding out the diagnoses she was given when she was admitted to hospice she didn't even have. She ended up only having 3 very common infections that ended up being treatable. To sum it up, in other words, they diagnosed her with an illness/disease that she never had, said she was dying when she wasn't dying, and put her in hospice for no reason. They slapped a diagnoses on her because they didn't want to deal with her anymore or didn't want to treat her anymore. This is absolutely disturbing and I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. The psychological damage this hospital has done to our family is indescribable. I would not recommend taking anyone here.

This hospital lacks care or compassion. They are in such a big hurry to get on to the next patient that bed side manner feels more like a robot. They left a patient unconscious in waiting room skip another women 3x because she was deaf and could not hear her name being called. I would not recommend this hospital. I have to admit their mission board and values were not at all my experience.

I just got the best news! The OB/Gyn practice I go to is leaving Mercy for Tri-Health. I am finally done with all Mercy doctors! I will not have to go to their hospitals, doctor offices, or emergency rooms again where I was told that my sickness "is all in your head and we want you to take this Ativan to calm down." It wasn't all in my head and I ended up hospitalized for 6 days. Bethesda Butler....here I come! Yeah!!!!!!

Been here since 7:45 am, it is now 11:40 am. New er protocol sucks. They take a sick person, triage them, take vitals and any test and send you back out to wait. You are not feeling well call you again, another test, back out again, 5, 5 hours later, another test, back out for 45 min. Great feeling to not feel well and no place to sit but a small disgusting waiting room. This er is the worst I have ever had to be involved in. I will never come back here even if I do live 7 min away. Oh wow, have more blood and wait some more. I really hate the way this place is run. Hope this is not the medical care of the future. We will rank up there with Canada, England and several 3rd world countries. they have you

I went there for face pain. When I got called back I was in the room crying in pain for 30 mins and a nurse just closed the curtains on me. No one checked on me. Just a random doctor came in to use the computer and left. Finally when my doctor came in he didn't really listen to me. I told him my pain was so bad o couldn't sleep or eat for the past 2 days. I just wanted something for pain and to help me sleep. Then all the referrals numbers he gave me didn't work. Also felt like he was being funny for putting the homeless care number on there

The care in the ER was great. However, the billing for radiology is questionable at best. I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance company saying I was charged $1337.00 for radiology. My insurance company covered all but $177.59. I then received an email from Columbus Radiology for $1337 with no statement, requiring payment in full within about a month. I am under the impression Columbus Radiology is being paid twice for the same service. Customer service from Columbus Radiology was unhelpful or in competent, not being able to send me a statement or explain the second billing to me. I will choose to go to Tri-Health which does not use Columbus Radiology in the future to avoid this questionable billing practice. After a 4 hours of phone calls with Columbus Radiology, and 2 hours of phone calls with my insurance company, I was able to get the billing straightened out. It is a sign of the times that you have to fight to get bills paid for insurance that you're paying. It would be nice if you received one bill from the hospital and they paid everybody. This would end all of the confusion.

If you have a choice, Do not come to this hospital for health care. You will be treated with very little respect, concern or care. You will wait for 5 to 8 hours at non busy times. Just avoid this place if you have a choice. Look at the overall rating. Obviously I'm not the only one.

I cannot say enough good things about the birthing/labor and delivery center here. Every nurse has been incredible. We had a long hard labor and everyone was supportive and hands on. We delivered on a busy night and not once did I feel like I was putting anyone out or just a number. The rooms are great size and even my husband said his sleeping accommodations were reasonable. I'm never having another baby but if we did we'd definitely deliver here.

My father has been receiving the worst possible care and consideration from the most sensitive (in a bad way), judgmental staff at this hospital. I assume that they didn't familiarize himself with his medical history. Otherwise, the nursing staff would know that he is a combat veteran of the Vietnam War with extensive physical and psychological issues as a result of his service. Beyond that, he is an incredibly straight forward person. After receiving a knee replacement surgery and while on heavy narcotic medication as a result, he was understandably grumpy. Beyond that, he is hooked up to several monitors that beep if you make the slightest movement. Whenever he shifts in his bed or reclining chair, they go off. They take quite some time, sometimes 15 minutes to come and see what the issue is; often yelling at him or speaking to him rudely in an attempt to figure out what is happening. While I haven't been present as my brother has been handling his care (I live in another part of the state) I have heard few of the nurses and how they speak to him. It's gross. unprofessional and completely dismissive of his mental and physical issues. If you are unfamiliar with PTSD, it is an incredibly physical condition as well as mental. His nervous system is always on high alert. AS a result, any additional stress can cause him to become upset and even when pushed? Angry and combative; he will try to get away. Keeping this in mind, when a nurse/medical assistant came in to take his temperature and jammed the thermometer into his mouth carelessly and began to swirl it around? He became upset; as would any reasonable person. When he asked to speak to a patient advocate, she was very calm and respectful. However, care declined sharply after this incident. Beyond that, his food has never been correct. He's been ignored and avoided by the nursing staff. I work in the medical field. My mantra is "nobody seeking medical services is coming to you because they're having a good day. They're sick and they do not feel good. Don't take what they say personally. Be as gentle and understanding as possible." I don't think that the staff at this hospital feels the same way. They've been rude, pushy and incredibly rough with my father. They clearly don't understand how mental health factors into other areas of care. They constantly interrupt him whenever he speaks. They talk over him. They have accused him of being abusive. So much so that they have taken it upon themselves to "kick him out" of the hospital in his time of need. This includes being transferred for physical therapy within the system. They called security and had upwards of ten people in the room to tell him that he had to leave. A man with PTSD who is almost incapable of dealing with stressful situations. Neither my brother or myself were contacted about the issue. He was left crying and extremely upset after this incident. I am appalled, disgusted and thoroughly upset as both a daughter and a medical professional. Is this what we are paying to be subjected to? Is nobody capable of empathy or professionalism within the medical community? I am very much considering taking legal action. I would warn anyone from using this hospital in the future.

I arrived at 8:49pm. I brought my child, in which had a chest X-ray and a covid test. We did not leave until 12. There were multiple young women that were patient care technicians, waking around on their phones. I asked numerous times when his paperwork would be complete, (because I happened to see his test results within MyChart) and I was ignored. Again, multiple patient care technicians were on their phones. They admitted precisely 7 people after him. And we still left at 12:00am. They gave him Motrin for a fever and that’s it. Told me to get over the counter nasal spray, and that was it. I waited for over 3 hours to be told to get over the counter medication. The receptionist up front was also younger and she was rude to the elderly adults checking in. I also witnessed them come out to the lobby and give someone a cup to urinate in. No sense of privacy at all. Furthermore, another nurse was on her phone watching a tik tok video on the clock. Do not go here…. Unless you have years and years to wait for care. I understand being busy, but when you are solely on tik tok… and you have a patients mother asking you questions …. Get it together.

I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room when there was 1 person ahead. After going back the nurses were so dumb and not careful when trying to administer medication they broke the needle twice threw out a bottle saying it was bad then left for another 15 minutes instead of being aware when grabbing supplies originally and brushed it off as an “oopsie” . They are not urgent and have no common courtesy when it comes to patient needs and pain levels. Worst hospital I’ve ever been to!!!

I am ready to share this. Went here back in March for excruciating pain like I've never felt on my side and was yelling in agony while feeling urgency to urinate. One night my nurse was 20 minutes late giving me my pain meds and I understood that nurses get busy and I never complained but I was crying in agony as it turned out I had kidney stones that were causing fluid build up and obstructing. This Lab Tech lady, whom I've never met, barges in my room very rude demeanor and demands to know what is wrong with me so I told her and her response was to "bite my pillow". She said that this was a hospital so I cannot be crying in agony like that. Later, she came back and apologized but tried to justify what she did and I wasn't having any of it and told her to get out. This IS a hospital and I am there to get help for something worse than childbirth. If I am yelling, crying in pain and you get mad at me for it you shouldn't be working in a hospital. Unfortunately, I had recurring kidney stones from there on out and was very hesitant to get help again but I went with another hospital and they have all been wonderful. I'm giving Mercy 3 stars because the rest of the staff was nice and understanding, but this was a very unpleasant experience.

If I could leave a review with NO STARS I would!!! This is by far the most filthiest hospital I have ever been to. I knew I should have went to Christ hospital. I came in for chest pain and when I got in the room the cover was dirty and I had to have them to change it. After they took a picture of my heart they sent me back to the waiting room. They called me back after about 45 minutes only to have me in another dirty room with dirty linen. She went and got clean linen which was still dirty!! I wouldn’t bring my dog here for treatment!! NEVER AGAIN!

The NURSES are the HOTTEST I have ever seen east of the Mississippi. Heck, east of ANYWHERE for that matter! And damned fine Nurses they are too! Professional, courteous, chock full of medical knowledge...I can think of no finer hospital to be sick at than Mercy Health-Fairfield Hospital and you best believe me! I know! I've been to just about all of 'em in Cincinnati and the surrounding area. Yes Sirree, Mercy Health, that's THE PLACE to be!

COVID patient with major symptoms was left in public waiting room for 5 hours. Only brought back for testing to be put back into public waiting for further instruction with no information on what’s going on. Rude nurses where walking around with masks down under her chin and children rolling on the floor. If this is how hospitals handle Covid no wonder things got so bad. He’s still waiting on a room and four patients ahead of him based of who’s “ most severe “. Exposing everyone to Covid and have not seen any sanitary measures taken in the waiting room. Very disappointing

I literally take my girlfriend into the hospital two days ago . The waiting room was nasty from the other sick patients being there before us , the only reason we had went because she was throwing up off her medicine and just needed some fluids and now we are both sick that’s the only place we have been! That is ridiculous. They should be more clean!!!! With everything that is going on !! They just want to slap a mask on and call it a day ! It should not be like that at all!! We are running a temperature, feeling head pressure. I am even scared to go there anymore !

My experience at Mercy Fairfield during c-section and post operative care was a nightmare. My symptoms were ignored by the nurses and the doctors. As a result, had to be ICU and survived by sheer stroke of luck. Few of the nurses are very rude and don’t have any manners on how to talk to the patients in the post partum care. I amost died due to negligience and incompetence of the doctors. I had 30 litres of fluid come out of my body, when they put the catheter. It took them 3 days to figure that out. That too by mere guess and a step towards preparing for the biopsy of the kidney. The care provided is pathetic . The doctors ( nephrologist and gynaecologist) are not in sync regarding the course of action and refuse to talkwith each other to agree on the plan for the treatment. They keep blaming on the nurses if the test orders are misplaced or delayed. Besides the incompetence of the staff, they are rude and get irritated or one would cross question or clarify any doubts regarding the treatment. I had a newborn at home with no support to take care of them. My husband was managing jome and hospital visits. It was a very tough time for us. Thanks to the negligience of the doctors that I ended by this situation. Please DONT EVER go to Mercy Fairfield for your medical needs, if you want to survive and live longer. The negligience, carelessness and incompetence can cost you ‘ uour precious life’.

Been there twice in Regular ER and once in Trauma care. The professional care from the nurses and doctors is great on it’s own but almost everyone I’ve come into contact with also creates incredible hospitality making you feel genuinely cared for. Of course there are some nurses that think they are on the set of Grey’s Anatomy and take themselves a little to seriously but at least they are doing their job with pride, and are probably the ones who will rise further in their field. I see people have had some bad experiences and there’s always going to be a few employees that don’t get along with specific people or anyone at all. But I haven’t seen that at all here and would recommend it to anyone

It was seriously disappointed it the worst experience ever! Been with mercy hospital over 20 yrs. Emergency services were pretty bad long wait to be seen no excuse plenty of staff there. But when I FINALLY got back to seek medical assistance nurse was nice took good care in ER NURSE J he was just awesome Dr. Berg was great very nice very educational and caring towards my illness. What landed me in ER. Primary doctor gave me an antibiotic that cause my blood pressure to rise really bad the sad part about this MERCY ERnotified dr Mitchell NOT 1 damm follow up call to come in to be seen from this dr. Mitchell will never return to dr. Mitchell cares nothing just want the paycheck like dr. Saad the neurologist! Mercy hospital system needs to clean house get more professional doctors who are not out for just a paycheck. I winded up in these horrible doctors care because my beautiful smart doctor Gaines retired. OMG I miss dr. Gaines deeply. the neurologist on mercy hospital staff totally unprofessional! Seriously dr. Saad was horrible. Dr. Saad Showed bad disposition, bad body language just outright did not care about my health it upset me right back to point where my blood pressure shot right back up again. I will never go back to mercy hospital ever again just broke my heart I trusted mercy I cannot believe I was there 2days could not bathe because there was healthcare medical equipment like portable potties and tables stacked up in my shower in the hospital room they placed me in food was deplorable meat dried out veggie ok. Nursing was beautiful Jay,Jackie &Jess took good care of me. No fresh h2o at my bedside table really bad experience. For this reason I must now seek much better care. I also informed my insurance company about this! Unbelievable! The sad part about my experience at Mercy Hospital if you speak your mind and tell the truth about their medical staff Mercy Hospital labels you are bad patient that is what Dr. Moousberger dermatology did to me because she left me sitting in the exam room longer than 20 minutes and I reported it so they discontinued me from the dermatology primary in Kenwood and the orthopedic clinic in Mason and main hospital because I told the 2 unprofessional doctors which was dr. Hill orthopedic primary and dr. Moousberger dermatology that they were late coming in to the exam room treat me. Dr. Hill just outright had the I careless about u attitude just like hospital neurological doctor dr. Saad..People please be on the lookout for this unprofessional conduct from the orthopedics and dermatology clinics at Mercy Hospital primaries. As far as orthopedics to this day I have no clue what I did wrong there all I did was show up for care when I was unsatisfied with the care. I just didn’t go back so I guess they labeled me a bad patient because I didn’t return I never spoke to anyone I just checked in and did a care interview with a medical assistant so I felt it was poor care treatment there so I just didn’t go back there I felt that was no reason whatsoever to discharge me from this orthopedic office so the orthopedic primary care office decided to labeled me a bad patient crazy huh. Bottom LINE FIND BETTER CARE LIKE I INTEND TO. I feel people need to know.

If I could give no stars, I sure would have. I went to the emergency room, and I would advise anyone not to go there!! The emergency doctor was not very informative at all! She could not answer my questions without calling an on-call doctor, which a 100% made me feel uncomfortable. They tried to keep me overnight to do surgery without explaining anything to me. Other than, I need my gallbladder removed because of gallstones. They couldn't tell me how long the recovery would be or how long the surgery would be. She couldn't tell me anything, so I made them release me, and when I called the next day to schedule my surgery the nurse on the line said I have an infection in gallbladder and I have gallstones, which I was no informed at the hospital and they think they will be doing my surgery. Not!!!! I will be going to another hospital and will never be back to mercy Fairfield ever again!

I would like to thank all of the wonderful doctors, nurses, and entire medical staffing that took care of me on 12/12/2023. It was an extremely difficult, painful, and scary time for me and everyone was completely compassionate and prudent. I would also like to thank them for transferring me to UCMC Trauma floor for the remainder of my healing process. Thank you for saving my life !! True Earth Angels 😇

Waited 3 hours for my sister's surgery, no one kept us informed why it was taking so long. And when we asked the girl at the desk she said she didn't want to bother them. No instead let's let the family worry. I have never been to a Hospital and not keep in the process, especially if the doctor said 1 hour and it's been 3 hours.

Just wanted to give a great review for Erica RN on the fifth floor tower. My mother was a patient for a week back in March. Erica was extremely helpful and professional. Even the days when she wasn’t assigned to my moms room I could go to her and she was ready to help. Thank you, Erica. My mothers name is Helen and she was in the last room by the lounge, just in case you remember her.

Had an appointment for an ultrasound at 5 pm. Was told to get there 15 minutes before appointment time. Guess how long we had to wait? FOUR HOURS. Why offer an appointment if they can’t stick to the alloted time. 🤦‍♀️

Front Desk help was very friendly. Intake woman was very friendly. Sharonda at intake was fantastic. Abby in diagnostic lab was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was apprehensive coming here based on My ER experience in 2022. ER is horribly disinterested in their profession.... Sharonda and Abby go above and beyond as did the others I encountered today!!!

Shout out goes to STEPHINE in the LAB. I am a nurse at a longterm care facility. My resident had a apt. Transport lady just dropped Pt off on the first floor and left when it clearly said the suite # on the paper! Pt was in a unfamiler place, had no idea where to go, and on the wrong floor. Thanks to Stephine for going above and beyond helping my pt out, calling me and taking pt to the correct location. Thanks for caring!!

Went to ER on my Mom's doctor request. Arrived at 6 pm. They admitted they forgot her and didn't get her back to see a nurse practitioner u til 8:50pm. I was pulled back around 10 pm to sit with her and wait for doctor to come in. Waited over an hour, no doc. ER room was busier early in the evening but not after 10 at night. I am highly dissatisfied with the level of care and attention we received (or didn't receive) on this visit. Would have been better to go to an urgent care.

I just had surgery at mercy. I have to say the staff there is awesome.. I was so well taken care of before and after surgery. I believe my post op nurses name was Celine and I think my pro op nurse was Megan? They all took very good care of me. If I was in pain they listened and made sure I was well cared for. If anymore surgeries are in my future I will be using mercy. Thank you!

Just had my second child here & the labor & delivery, entire birthing unit is incredible. I came in to get induced on a day that just happened to be extremely busy & they handled everything so well. The nurses are so kind and understanding. So thankful I had my children here, I would definitely recommend.

Went in because of signs of a miscarriage (not bleeding for three months, sudden pink fluid, then heavy bleeding, sharp stabbing pain, etc) wasn’t checked with an ultrasound but did have an iv put in me for 2pm-6:45 gave a urine cup of blood, and had a pelvic exam without being properly checked. Was also supposed to be discharged at 3:00 pm (according to front desk after partner asked) and was left in a room till 6:45 with the iv still in. Still experiencing signs of a miscarriage but they tried to diagnose me with premenopausal period even though I’m only 22??? Have had a sharp soreness since being there and my symptoms have worsened. If you need help go to another practice and do your research. Gave me a piece of paper and were completely vague when they chose to remember me.

the only reason I even gave it one star is because that’s the lowest ranking I could give AND my nurses were absolute sweethearts. The hospital itself isn’t the worst, at least in my experience. My issue with this hospital is the doctor I had when I gave birth to my daughter. I was assigned to Dr. Hall. The day my water broke I was drove to the hospital where my nurses took me in. Like I said, complete sweethearts. So sweet & so patient. Continuously made sure I had what I needed and talked me through the childbirth. Unlike Ms. Hall who was extremely insensitive. While I gave birth she was extremely demanding with no type of empathy. Just so so rude. After I gave birth my daughter tore me to the point I needed stitches. She started stitching me up and like any normal human would I was screaming from the excruciating pain. Dr. Hall had the audacity to ask me why I was still screaming.. because the baby had already came out so apparently that means I shouldn’t be screaming while she pulls a needle in and out of a FRESH OPEN WOUND. I did get the epidural but it wore off after about 30 mins so I felt every push.. and every tear. Regardless of the circumstances I’ve never had such an insensitive, cold hearted person assist me with such a traumatic event. This was my first child and I would say it was the worst experience but luckily my nurses are regular humans so they did their job to a tee. Like I said the hospital itself I would personally give about a 3-4 but if you are assigned to Dr. Hall PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE switch to another doctor for your own well being.

I went for financial help and unfortunately I was not treated well. Maybe it's because I don't speak English. But it's the second time I've tried to request it and they give me a lot of frustrations. And bad face. I only ask to be treated as a human being and with a little more empathy.
