24-hour laundromat it was clean well it's not crowded

Krogers in Norwood what can I say they need to keep the restrooms clean terrible service half of the time the money center appears not to be open if they are open the machines are down therefore you cannot get money orders or pay your bills needs more better upkeeping with bathrooms and customer service needs work

Way better, Krogers to go than one downtown. This is the one place to go if you want more items. The Krogers Downtown is so little, and I have had several problems there with employers. One worker is totally rude. I had to call the corporate office about it twice.

This place is a nightmare. Have fun trying to find a handicap spot. People just park in the front of the store and leave there cars sit. Where are the police to explain that is a no parking zone. Once inside have fun trying to get down a aisle that isnt blocked. Never again

You can dress it up however you want... it's still Norwood, and it will get steadily trashed no matter what because people can't leave nice, alone. Well on its way already...

NO carts in the lobby every time I go there. I always have to get my owe from parking lot

This lil mall area is good for shopping for multiple things, and they even have a Dentist, Nail shop, and a krogers

Lots of your needs can be met in this one location. From urgent care medical needs. To dental. Restaurants of several choices. Beauty suply. Smoke shop. Clothing store. Auto store. The BMV. Even a cell phone store. Very convenient location for the locals in the neighborhood as well as the surrounding area's.

It has a nice variety of cuisine to choose from in this location. Grocery store, auto parts store newly built and it isn't so packed that getting in or back out ever becomes an issue

This is a nice little shopping center. That actually has a mailbox near the Kroger entrance which is great because those seem to be so rare lately. I haven't been to any other stores besides Kroger and Taco Bell in the center but both of them were nice and the people were extremely friendly in both Taco Bell and Kroger

Cooks from scratch and fair prices, only been 20 yrs and I still do Wednesday and Fridays..

Clean, stocked well, friendly customer service. Bustling but in n out pretty quickly 👍🙏😁

Every time I'm there, there are long lines and about two lanes open. The self checkout is never opening which is a head scratcher.

My favorite stomping ground. Kroger and clothing at same location suits me just fine!

This is my favorite Krogers. It's very clean and has almost every product cause the keep it stocked well

The parking lot is small but they do have good deals

No real complaints for the store, hadn't been inside in a good while and was took by surprise with all anti thief railings im the front of the store

I always enjoy shopping at this location i don't worry about crime here and i love the old fashion candy store here,well i haven't been in awhile so i hope there still here🥰update later.

The store is nice, because Kroger employees mostly take care of their stores well. However, there are a few cars driving by the front doors because of several fastfood places on the plaza.

I can go to kroger's first and get fast food from any restaurant like mcdonald's or wendys. Kroger's is great. Lot of selection.

A branch of my favorite restaurant opened up here fusible is now in Norwood. Stop by with my wife to show her the artwork on the wall. Pretty clean, pretty compact. Pretty great restaurant

Only one complaint, I am disabled and every time I shop there electric scooters are broken or none available, overall shopping experience is good and it is my local market. Because of above issue reluctantly I have decided to go elsewhere.😭

Xavier chicks are by far the cleanest thing in the store, hotter then anything coming out of the deli and the only reason I give it 2 stars

This is a small Mall that includes a Kroger store, Sally's cosmetics, McDonald's and a Salvation Army Thrift store. A pleasant atmosphere. You will find lots of bargains.

This Krogers in Forest Park is pretty decent sometimes you get nasty people sometimes you get great people it's the role of the dice

This is an average Kroger store. A bit larger than some other urban Kroger locations, but the same old issues. Carts spread all over the parking lot, dirty store, lines fir cashiers. Kroger invests the minimum in operations that it can possibly get away with.

Routinely stocked as, if not more so, than other food and light home goods retailers in the area. Some things like soda are almost always higher than every other option possible but in most instances prices here are equitable if not noticeably less. Staffing is always hit and miss in this modern era, here is no different, though it seems that this has perhaps been an issue longer than the pandemic time frame, so with that said, key positions are filled with longterm, knowledgeable, and approachable humans.

Very busy parking lot can be crazy at times but enjoy shopping and not hard to find food

Very nice and clean and organized store! Oh and also was pretty well stocked unlike some other Kroger's I've visited.

Great location and always have what I'm looking for. The staff is helpful. One woman that's been working there is very unfriendly and numerous times my mom doesn't go in her service line

Not impressed with the lack of check out lanes open. I shouldn't have to self-checkout my whole cart full. Store is big and crowded

Wanted to get something to eat and it was almost 11 pm and we tried Kroger and they close at 10 pm. We went to Chipotle and they never disappoint us. They were out of sour cream and we went elsewhere to get that so no big deal and the food was delicious. I ate every bite of my steak bowl.

This kroger sucks so much!!! First you fight for parking in the tiny lot, then inside is just complete chaos

Kroger's is good got a handy plus card and I'm just happy to run around and get what I need always helpful staff always clean and most important good food it's #1 with me
