The stores are great but parking is a nightmare. Rows are narrow and the place is so busy and people have a hard time getting out of their spot. It's worse when encountering rude people and drivers. I counted at least 5 almost accidents caused by people walking into the driving lane without looking, cars backing out and drivers not stopping and lots of speeding.

Went here to get to the bank inside the store. I was shocked! Is has been at least 12 years since I last stepped inside the store and boy have they remodeled this place! Lots of room, food looks great and it was busy. 5 stars for the layout.

The Kroger's in Hyde Park is the best Kroger's in the state of Ohio. it's always very clean every last single employee that I encountered went above and beyond their job description what really struck me that I enjoyed the most is that they had entertainment there they had a guy they're singing and playing a guitar it was SaturdayJanuary 21st 2023 he was a very accomplished musician very very good!! if you get a chance visit this Krogers in Hyde Park.... You will not be disappointed.

Always nice place to shop. Have been going here for as long as the (new) building was built. It was something special in its day it was one of the first SuperStores around.

I'm writing review for the plaza, Hyde Park Plaza. There's a Kroger & many other stores that are of convenience. A place to eat out, shop, groceries & few other miscellaneous stuff. Lots of parking, although depending on the time it can get packed

The stores appear run down . I stopped in to the office store, and the bathrooms were broke. Panerai had a broken urinal. Everything looked old and dirty . I love Hyde Park, and typically, everything in the Park is extremely high-end and tip top shape . I was disappointed. Honestly Swifton Commons is a close comparison ?

definitely one of the better Krogers as far as they go. Liquor store inside is convenient and the layout is nice. The parking lot is less annoying than nearby Oakley and it never seems as dirty or chaotic as Oakley as well. but a Kroger is a Kroger. they are consistently overpriced, badly managed, and poorly maintained. it's a symptom of a corporation that has gotten too big and is motivated by profits and not by being a part of its community. Kroger is a disappointment to its home town.

One of the best Kroger's I have shopped in. Large selection. Fully stocked shelves. Nice people.

This is a convenient location. Had what I needed for a job I was subcontracted for. Good selection of hardware. The checkout line is a little confusing the way it's setup but I can't complain having a good experience.

Best Servatis bakery! My grandma has stage 4 cancer an this was gonna be her last birthday so we wanted a cake exactly how she wanted. So she wanted daffodils and tulips. I called every bakery in Cincinnati area. No baker could do it. Finally Hyde park servatiis said yes. And it was a gorgeous cake! She loved it we were all very happy and grateful. Thanks again team at Servatis!! ❤️😊

Regarding the plaza itself, it's run-down and actually pretty filthy. I shop the stores there and the walkways especially badly need a powerwashing. I haven't seen any signs of a cleanup in over four years. Look at the stains and food tracks into and out of the restaurants. Look at the filth around the picnic table at Kroger. No upkeep. The mix of stores is good but they do nothing to make this place an appealing place to shop. At least clean the sidewalks once in a while for crying out loud. Not sure why the shopkeepers don't step up and do it themselves. It's turning into a dump.

I shop here regularly. The staff are friendly and glad to be there (I know for a fact). They have products not necessarily in other stores. BTW I am beyond disappointed that 5/3 bank branch is being pulled out at year end. I Do Not want to go to Oakley Station and the Hyde Park Square venue means an extra trip.

Fresh veggies and meat products are available in plenty. However, some of the price tags don't match with products marked. If you are price-sensitive, you've got to spend more time scrutinizing.

I go to the Kroger here because of convenience as well as options, especially for the n.a. beer. It's worth mentioning that if you like live music while you shop, the evenings and weekends have some decent musicians.

Did a pick-up order for work, and I had to wait almost an hour before anything was brought to the car. Was told some of the order was missing. Not a fan of pick up orders from this location

Shopped at Kroger. Bought a few items. The cost was ridiculous 😔 I didn't even by food for real meals. I bought items to munch on, like hummus, lunch meat and things like that. I'm going to have to change how and what I eat. Can't afford the good life anymore.

Out of 4 local Kroger's, Hyde park has an abundance of food products that other Kroger's do not have. Not to mention , you can listen to live music daily and have a refreshing alcoholic beverage at minie bar inside the store. Also has Starbucks.

Went to Kroger's. Had a buy one get two packs of chicken free. Valued price's. Courtesy customer service.

Dorothy Lane Market is always nice. Always stocked up and attractive so that it says to you, "Come and get me." Thank you. The employees are always helpful and courteous.

Hyde Park Plaza is one of those places that is hanging on to life with a few good retailers mixed in with some middle of the road and then some bottom of the barrel type stores. Seems like the neighborhood is going down hill.

The workers there treated me like I didnt belong there, accused my 2and 3 yr old of sealing when I had them in a stroller, and then when I paid for my groceries in cash!! The manager followed me out of the store and asked to see my recept.! Very rude, but I'm not good enough to go shopping there, so I will never be back at that KROGER! VERY DISCRIMINATING, AND MAKE ME FEEL LIKE LOW CLASS AS IF I WERE ON THE TITANTIC TRYING TO SAVE MY CHILDREN FROM DROWNING, BY HOW UGLY PEOPLE CAN BE

Went to the Sketcher's store and found great helpful people and good prices. Did you know Sketcher's sold at other chain stores (Kohls & Meijers as examples) get different lower level of Sketcher shoes! The real comfy ones are sold at the Sketcher's store, cheap ones are shipped to other retailers. Check it out for yourself.

Pretty decent plaza. I miss the old days of Woolworths, radio shack and many other stores that no longer exist.

Nice little Plaza has grocery, hardware, fast food and a fuel stop, plus other businesses.

It has many good restaurants, grocery, clothings, it has everything that we need, with reasonable and affordable price. The vast parking lot, and safe environment.

Pretty good place to get groceries. They have a lot of carts with wheel issues so it takes a few tries to get a decent one. They have a bar with around 10 beer on tap--which is nice. You can also get a single from the cooler to enjoy while you shop.

The employees are really nice and the store is well kept it can be rather busy and lack carts at time and the security guy definitely only talks to women which is gross... However, the store is kept well and the employees that will talk to you are personable and down to earth peeps. Kroger, I hope you value them because they make your business great!

Was nicer back in the day. People were much nicer, but you can find a lot here. Just overlook the unfortunate upturned noses and it's a great place to shop.

While in Kroger I ran into the Actress Thandie Newton here. They always have what I need in stock. Hopefully when I go back another famous person will be on there.

We had a wonderful lunch at Panera Bread. The food was delicious and the service was good. We will definitely be going there again.

Had to go to sell couple things at store and i can say this was clean nice shopping area very clean also.

This is my favorite Kroger's. The food, fruit and vegetables are very fresh and always stocked. The store is clean and smells great. The Kroger's staff is always friendly. The checkout line is quick. Never a long wait in line. I love the atmosphere. They have musicians playing music, people enjoying themselves. In 2018 I had surgery and used the pickup service. Highly, highly impressed. My sister picked up my groceries and the customer Service was thee best. They called ME to go over my order and made sure I had everything right. They really care. Treated my sister so sweet. I used the pickup service for four months straight. I highly recommend this location. They also have a great liquor store inside.

Will not return….we went and took our 3 young children. When placing our orders we made sure to say that we wanted them to have the children’s portions. However when we received the bill they charged us for 3 adult meals for them. They lack basic listening skills and were not very attentive when we walked in and we waited about 10 minutes before we were greeted.

Parking lot layout sucks, too many elderly people driving which makes it more treacherous. Stores are good, and most have bathrooms

This store has the best selection of fresh fish of any other Krogers or grocery store for that matter that I've ever seen in Ohio
