I had one piece spicy grilled cat fish with a coleslaw and a hash brown casserole. The food was tasty as usual but I thought the food plate came out looking dirty, so I actually had to wipe them off, so I can feel good about eating. It wasn't really dirty but there was a lot of food residue here and there making the dish look messy, and the plate itself had a big chip and it just gave a poor presentation of the dish. I think in the restaurant industry, the presentation speaks a lot about whether the kitchen cares or not. It is very rare for me to leave a 3 star rated comment. I am hoping they can address the issue. When I am on the road, I always stop by at a cracker barrel, so I hope you take this as a constructional criticism. The server was good and it was a friendly environment esp for the mother's day weekend, and the cashier ladies were nice.

A little hard to get to (marked at the street to turn in though) but man, once you do! The older male host, served eight years Marines, but I didn't get his name was wonderful, even pulled out my chair for me! Our server was very attentive with prompt refills, and the food was very yummy and filling. This Cracker Barrel is an excellent example of one!

Went to breakfast here before going to Kings Island. There were 5 of us. Our food took longer than expected, but there were 2 large groups seated before us, so we were aware that it might take longer. I ordered this hash brown casserole skillet. It was tasty and very filling. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service from our server was okay. She did what she needed to do, but wasn't super attentive or friendly. Wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. Maybe it was an off day for her. Restaurant isn't the easiest to get to, but right off the Interstate. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this Cracker Barrel.

The most important thing I have to say about this place was that they welcomed us and treated us kindly, in spite of the fact that we showed up 15 minutes before closing. I have worked in retail and food service and never did enjoy last minute shoppers or diners, so I was very apologetic. I even asked if it was too late to be served, but they graciously welcomed us. We had the catfish dinners with two sides each, biscuits for me and cornbread for my son. The food was ready within a very short wait time, it was cooked to perfection, hot and flavorful. There was no hovering by staff or clean-up working going on around our table; no effort to push us along and out the door. We were thanked for our patronage with smiles as we paid our bill and left the restaurant 10 minutes after closing. A pleasant dining experience for two very tired and hungry Christmas shoppers.

Our server was terrific. I forget her name, but I think it was Kadence or Cadence. . She was pleasant and attentive. I eat at CB a few times a month, and the food at this location was not great. I ordered the 2-choice sampler. The meatloaf was cold, and the chicken was so over-cooked that I could hardly cut it. Managed to pry one piece off and it was like biting into a stone. My sisters had breakfast and said it was good.

We were seated almost immediately. Our server was incredibly nice and checked on us several times, refilling our drinks when needed. The food was delicious. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the food. We waited about 30 minutes after we ordered before our food was ready and this was Monday morning when there weren't a lot of other customers.

Great food, best catfish around. Waitress didn't bring my drink until halfway through my meal. Came over twice to tell me they were out of what I wanted them came back again to tell me they had it only to come back out and tell me they didn't. Very frustrating but other than that the food was perfect.

Everything was fine except when go to pay bill. 3 Cashiers checking people out who had made purchases in the country store. I had to stand there waiting almost 15 minutes just to pay my bill and get out of the place. Need to have one of those cashiers taking care of patrons who had their meal and just want to pay his or her bill and leave. Place is always too noisy.

Cracker Barrel always has good , hot, quality food, reasonably priced. My husband likes their grilled catfish and I love their chicken pot pie. It's a rare place anymore where you can get delicious home cooking of real food, not just fried bar food, burgers pizza, salads, fries, Just plain good food. Only problem with Cracker Barrel is how loud it can be at busy times.

My partner and I came here as a stop on our road trip down to Louisville, KY. Kim was an excellent server, recommending things and keeping a good conversation. Cannot say enough good things about her, except she should get a raise! Food was amazing, exactly what we needed after driving for a while! We will definitely be trying to stop by here on our way back up.

I ended up coming here for Thanksgiving at the last minute with my family, and even though we came close to closing time, the staff was incredibly accommodating and did not make us feel rushed. The service was exceptional, and staff members were kind and friendly. I would have loved to have more vegan and gluten free options, but overall it was a good experience.

Who dosent love the peg game. Our party accidentally had a spill with some drinks that got on the waiters cloths. She was super kind and understanding. Food has improved from last time I visited.

It's always a problem to deal with the store employees. They can never get carryout straight. I tried carryout on three separate occasions. Once my order was wrong, once items were missing, and the third order was very late. Even worse, they give the impression they don't care. My concerns were minimized on two occasions and outright ignored on the third. I also sent my feedback directly to the company, with no response. On the third order, I spoke to the store manager, who was dismissive. The food is good when I finally reach it, but disrespectful behavior is a real detractor. There are other places that treat customers better and still cook decent food.

When traveling across country Cracker Barrel is always a welcome sight. While there are a few that don't have overnight parking, this one does and the lot is spacious. You can rely on a decent meal whether it's dinner or breakfast with great service. If you RV please be respectful and clean so this privilege is not taken away?

I had the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken meal. The flavors are hard to beat. The portion is a good size and I feel the price is fair. The service was not great. The server seemed annoyed that she had to go to a table that had people sitting at it. Ours was no exception. I'll definitely go back dut will think about asking to be seated in a different servers section.

We waited thirty minutes for our meal. My husband's hamburger steak was good. Baked potato was hard. Green Beans were good. My chicken pot pie was not a pot pie. It was mixed vegetables in cream of chicken soup with a crescent roll top. What a disappointment. Our waitress never checked with us about our meal.

I normally receive better service at Cracker Barrel, but the experience this time good have been better. We were seated in a timely manner but it took entirely too long for a server to come to the table to acknowledge us. The food came out in a timely manner but it didn't taste as good as in the past.

I came in tonight for dinner with family spent 45.00 and my food was ice cold!!! I told the waitress and front when checked out to pay all they said was sorry.. we left food and more than likely won’t be back!! This was one of my favorite places to go😔 I think a refund should have been offered especially seeing that food wasn’t touched!! I shouldn’t have to go home and heat up the food that was supposed to be HOT when I received it.
