I had a really upsetting experience with the employee there today. I am not sure what her name is but I am very upset. Today, my husband, and daughter and I came in to do laundry since our washer broke this week. We sat quietly while we waited for our laundry to finish. We were almost finished folding and getting ready to leave when she got really angry with us for unknown reasons and began saying “You guys are really beginning to make me angry” and began mocking me when I asked her what we did! We genuinely were completely confused! She then began saying “you all need to leave because you put off really bad vibes.” Again, we hadn’t said one word to her the entire time we were there. She had white/gray hair with glasses. I would appreciate a message back about this please. My 7 year old daughter had to sit there and listen to this woman make fun of us and say awful things about us and she is upset and didn’t need to deal with that much less us! Do NOT recommend unless there isn’t anywhere else in Louisville.

No issues with the machines here besides it being pretty high priced but the lady that works here with the white hair mentioned in previous reviews is extremely rude. She felt the need to hover over me as I tried to do my laundry and when I asked her to please leave me to do my business she said “I’m just trying to avoid saying something hateful right now and said I can take my business elsewhere if I don’t like it” This woman is extremely unprofessional and needs to be away from customers if this is how she feels she needs to greet you as soon as you walk into the place.

Was my first time using a laundry mat, so I didn't know what to expect, I had heard horror stories from others about their experiences elsewhere but mine was very pleasant here. The guy that worked there was beyond helpful & nice showing me the ropes and even helping me clean up my mess when I spilled some of those scent beads. The price was around $5 to wash and dry a rather large load of clothes. Will def be coming back here to wash my clothes if need be.

Its decadent really, some washer are OK dryers not at all. Several out of order equipment and a little dirty. Bathroom okey !!

May be a small place. But love the ladies that work there. Very nice to talk to and care about their customers. I was sick in July and Miss Nora told me to drop my laundry off til I was better. I would recommend this place to anyone. They have the best dryers I have ever used in all the years I have gone to any laundromat...

A lot of broken machines really nice people working their. It's not the best laundry mat but I'll come back.

Went here because my washer broke. This place is very run-down but it gets the job done. $3.25 for small washers. $4.25 for large washers. .25 per 5 min for dryers.

Washer and dryers were pretty good, also wasn’t very busy on a Saturday, but lady working was very rude, after washing drying and folding 8 loads she asked me why have I been there so long it doesn’t take other people that long and it wasn’t starting to aggravate her. Really!!!

The washing machines do not wash good nor do they spin the water out of the clothes. I went home with dirty clothes and wet clothes. This place needs to be shut down! The attendant is nasty too. She needs to get a life. If you want clean clothes DON’T go there.

I had a wonderful experience with this laundromat. Needed to wash 2 large comforters because my washing machine wasn't big enough. The lady working was really helpful in showing me how to use the machines. She also advised that I could fit both comforters in one machine and I was a little hesitant. So glad I took her advice because both were able to fit and came out clean. Saved me $7. The customers were also very helpful even holding the door open for me when arriving and leaving. I would definitely go back.

Disrespect as soon as I walked in the door. Some old woman with scabies first accused me of having bed bugs(the place was crawling with stinkbugs) then continued to harrass my 9 month pregnant wife. Most of my wife's cloths have holes in them magically after leaving the laundromat. People like this give local business the bad rep. Shame

Omg upcharge on everything nothing state of the art old ratty machines and upcharged for different cycles. What a horrible establishment.
