Great service. Our server, Eric, was very attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, well-balanced in chatting without disrupting our dinner, and helpful considering our needs with our child at the table. He did a great job. My wife and I both had the dol sot bibimbop. I had beef, and she had chicken. Both were good, though I preferred the beef. It had a sweet marinade and was sliced very thinly making it tender. Atmosphere was pleasant. The space seems a little small, but it was well-lit and they were playing k-pop music. The food was a little pricey, but we had a great experience.

Excellent Korean food. Very authentic and great portion sizes. A little more on the pricey side but you know you're getting good stuff. They have a raised platform seating where you take your shoes off in order to sit on little cushions at a low set table. Very fun. Really gets you into the atmosphere of eating in am asian style restaurant. Really great service too. Everything was prompt and our food came out very quick.

This is genuinely my favorite restaurant. I have gone here so many times and I am never disappointed. The food is authentic and delicious and the staff is kind and always helpful. I love eating here every single time. The portions are great, the flavor of everything is amazing; not enough good words. I visit as often as I can!

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious meal here recently. We were seated quite quickly and got to eat on the bar side of the restaurant, which is located inside old structures giving it a unique feel. While we ordered crab Rangoon appetizers we also received a number of small dishes to try before the meal began. Everything was delicious and well prepared and the atmosphere was fun. We will definitely be back. Note that all menus were digital, accessed via a QR code scanned by your phone. Also nearby parking is paid, but free on Sundays.

You wouldn’t think that one of the best Korean spots in the Midwest is in Newport, but it is, and Riverside quickly became one of our favorite dinner spots. Wish I had pictures of the interior and food since it’s such a great spot. Two different sides to this place: a trendy new wave style side with bar and lots of plants hanging from the ceiling with some dope tiger face wall paper and a traditional Korean side with booth and traditional floor seating. Been here enough to try a majority of the menu and have never been disappointed. This is a spot to get outside of your comfort zone and order something you’ve never tried before; you won’t be disappointed. Limited selection of sake and other drinks but this isn’t a negative as the limited list is all of the best stuff.

Good food... But you will be paying a lot for it. They don't have actual menus so I scanned a QR code that didn't work. I then had to look up their menu on Google. Most their entree items were about $15-17 After getting the bill I noticed they jacked up their prices around $5 for each item. For the 3 of us with entrees, a beer, and tip came out to just about $100. Although it's good food it's just not worth the price unfortunately.

I went here recently therefore I believe I am obligated to leave a review of my dining experience. First and foremost the food is pretty dang good. Their service is pretty dang bad. After getting our food and drinks noone came back to refill either mine or my spouse's waters. After about 15 minutes, someone finally came. The restaurant was not busy at all. Every person who left was spoken to as they left. Me and my wife were ignored, felt like crickets basically. I love using chopsticks however none asked me but as I left I heard them ask a customer that when they ordered. I had to specifically ask for them. Food is good but nothing is that good to deal with that bad of service. Sorry.

Been here a couple of times and the food is absolutely excellent! Extremely authentic and full of flavor. Must try the chicken wings, I always ask for extra sauce on the side because it’s SO good. Beef Hot Pot is our favorite entree, it has sweet potato noodles, dumplings, bulgogi, tofu and veggies - plenty of food for 2-3 people.

I loved it here! The waitresses were super friendly and answered all my questions kindly. The food is very delicious with big portion sizes, I will definitely be coming back again and again.

Authentic Korean restaurant. The sides were good. The seafood pancake was the best seafood pancake that I tried. The hotpot was okay, but I'd recommend the other entrees. The seafood soup was really good too. Good service all around and a great atmosphere to eat in.

Awesome Korean restaurant, the service was excellent the servers were attentive patient and very helpful. The food was excellent! I'm not a Korean restaurant expert so I can't say if it was authentic or not but it was extremely tasty. I got the stir fried tofu and it was awesome. The sides come with entree's for free as well. They have seating in the front room which consists of booths and also low table seating where you sit on pillows on a raised platform (you do have to take off your shoes). There is also another seating area in a side room but we didn't get to see it.

Why are most of Korean restaurants are not clean??...Needs upgrade. Foods are good though and price are very good. But 4.7 stars? I dont think so. But I will be generous today(still 2020 new years mood) ... I will give 4 stars for this C class Korean restaurant. yukgae jang was good (Not hot though) but o-jing-o bokum (squid) was way too too sweet. Service: quick and dry. Authentic Korean? Traditional Korean? ?I think not. Hope this helps.

My friends and I love Korean food, so when we find a good place, we are repeat cuatomers. I love this place for the food! It absolutely delicious and authentic. Riverside is quite small, so it fills up pretty quickly. The cool thing about this place is that you get to choose to sit at a table or booth, with regular chairs or sit at a table with traditional floor sitting. I think sitting on the floor is my favorite part. To start, they give you appetizers to dine on. These are little Korean side dishes that can be eaten alone or be eaten with your entree. I recommend trying it both ways! I really love their bulgogi because the flavor is fantastic! Although everything is quite expensive at this restaurant, it is worth it for the flavor and deliciousness. My group of 4 split 3 entrees and a pancake appetizer and it was a good amount of food for us! I recommend this place for a small group hangout, casual date, family dinner, and many others. It's a great place to dine and we will come back!

Stopped by here on a weekend night for a meal with friends. We were seated pretty quickly as it was getting kind of late. Was a bit pricey for what you got but it was a nice experience overall. The stone bowl was pretty typical, the noodles we ordered were on the sweet side. We liked the sides. Staff was friendly and prompt. Check it out if you get the chance.

Authentic, fresh and delicious Korean food. We went for lunch, had kimbap(Korean sushi), pork bulgogi lunch box, and fried tofu vegetable dish. The service was fast and friendly. The decor is beautiful, we sat at the side of the restaurant with traditional Korean design, another side of the restaurant is bright and modern with tiger-themed design. Highly recommend!

Great Korean food and overall dining experience. I got the Jham Bong, a red noodle soup loaded with shrimp, squid, mussels, crab meat and pork (plus vegetables). It looked, smelled and tasted delicious with the steam rising and was perfectly spicy. It was a very large portion. Also, the banchan was the best I've ever had. Excellent service too.

I am staying at a nearby hotel and have never had Korean good before. I ordered for take out but on the phone they were very helpful with recommending something to my tastes and concerns about sweet potato noodles. (I now know they don't taste like sweet potato) I am super happy with my experience and will be happily coming back next time I'm in town.

This place is hands down my favorite restaurant in Covington! I’m in NKY/Cincy area about once every week or two for business and I always try and eat here whenever possible. My favorite dishes are the Gal-Bi, the bbq short ribs, and the Bibimbap. If you’re looking for a new place to try and feeling a little adventurous, definitely eat here. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing little joint in Covington that looks pretty plain on the outside but has terrific food. We started with the corn tea which was really unique (it tasted exactly like corn), then switched to the traditional green. The Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap was amazing! Served steaming hot in the hot stone bowl it was cooked in so there's even some crunchy rice on the bottom. All of the toppings they brought to the table to enjoy with the bowl were brightly colored and full of flavor. Overall an extremely satisfying meal both in appearance and taste.
