Terrible they advertise 24/7 but all the gyms have these terrible hours that pretty much dictate when you can work out. Not when you feel like working out. I'm cancelling ASAP and you should too.

Good club overall, nice staff onsite. I moved out of State after having a membership for a couple years. They told me I couldn't cancel the membership without sending a hard copy letter with my signature. They said I could also fly into town to cancel the membership. Pretty disappointing considering they have a full understanding I cannot access the facility any longer.

Visited the other night, found two employees working, one was cleaning and the other well lets say he is a heavy sleeper. Myself and another woman wanted to use tanning beds, but as you can see by the attached picture we were unable to. We tried to wake Sleeping Beauty but couldn't wake him up, so we just left. Gave it four stars because of how clean the gym and women's locker room were.

I forgot my water bottle at home, when I arrived I was greeted by Stephen. I felt he was annoyed with me immediately (bummer). After the first attempt of paying he said my card declined but I told him it said approved, I felt like he was annoyed with me the entirety of the transaction. I told him that I think he charged me twice and the way he responded was not friendly. I went upstairs to meet my friend and then I saw I was charged double. I felt compelled to go downstairs and call him out. He was absolutely gaslighting me. The other two employees seemed to side with him bc I’m sure they were intimidated by the situation. As I was leaving he said have a nice day…so naturally I stuck up for myself. I walked up and politely said “you could have been a little friendlier earlier.. and then he did some more gaslighting, blew up in my face and loudly, banned me. I’ve been going to planet fitness for years. I am baffled by this. I could not drive myself home because I was really shocked and disheartened by this whole thing. I called to get the managers name and number and the girl that answered which was Natalia, gave me a hard time and would not give me the managers name. Instead, She said I was the problem and continued to argue with me and said that she “witnessed” the whole thing and that the manager was already notified that I was “banned” I hung up and here I am. I just wanted to let somebody know that this whole thing started with a guy accusing me of having an “attitude” when clearly he was just being misogynistic, wanting to abuse a woman that forgot her water bottle. I never yelled, didn’t curse, was not verbally abusive in any way. He was mad that I was calling him out on his behaviour. So his ego got in the way. And as for the other team members, lack of integrity. Unbelievable.

Overcrowded at all times. Staff clean the locker room and showers at 7am when people are trying to get ready for work. Yesterday he was in the "process 'of cleaning 3 showers at the same time while 6 people we waiting to shower. Same guy violates personal space while mopping. I was just out of the shower completely naked and the worker literally mopped between my legs. I mentioned to staff and he was doing the same the very next day. It's borderline sexual harassment at this point

The staff at this location are helpful and are willing to provide information when needed, especially Rhonda. I needed to know basic specs about a particular type of equipment to log my fitness journey and although she did not know the answer to my question on the spot, she took the time to find out and gave me the info I needed. Sounds like a small thing but not everyone is willing to go one step further to help customers (trust me, I found this out when calling another location). Thank you, Rhonda!

I don't have any genuine issues with this location except that it's too busy. I have yet to be at a location consistently this busy. It's at the point I don't even want to go because it's so crowded and hard to find space and machines and weights. I know it's the cheap option, I just really hope they build another location nearby soon to lessen the crowd. It's not dirty but it's not as clean as other locations.

This is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been apart of,…and it’s large, two levels! I give Miss Kristie 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because she’s always pleasant when I speak to her, she almost never stops moving, so if you need anything during night shift she’s close by, she’s constantly vacuuming, filling the spray bottles, helping customers, refilling the towel rolls, mopping, lowering the benches, raising the bars, pulling the trash, restock the beverages, she even mops the men’s bathroom! Just Wow! This gym doesn’t have a indoor track, no pool, no basketball court and it’s only 24 hours Monday-Thursday (except major holidays) and Friday-Saturday-Sunday 7am-9pm but it does have a large variety of assistive machines, treadmills, and exercise bikes, and exceptional hard workers like Miss Kristie! A black male wearing all black that supposedly had a gun according to a witness raided a bunch of lockers stealing car keys. He then proceeded to steal people's wallets out of their cars and go on a shopping spree at target. Planet fitness will not address this. I had to spend $300 on a locksmith to get new car keys.

Nice gym to go to but they decided to change their hours to no longer be 24/7. They are opening with same hours as nearby gyms starting 05/15/23 so I'll switch over to another gym that is also $10 a month. Only reason I stayed was for the 24/7 open times. Edit: Lowering to 1 star since I need to cancel 7 whole days before the next billing month. Why does PF need 7 days before the monthly billing date to send a bank invoice?

I joined PF in March 2023. I was excited to join. PF offered free training at no extra cost, while the other fitness centers offered personal trainers at a price I couldn't afford. The trainer,Mr. Scott was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and what my goals were. He modified workouts and informed me of things I could do at home to help me improve and strengthen my core. I looked forward to the training. Now..in May 2023, PF discontinued the personal trainers. There is no longer anyone available to work with me, and make sure I am performing the workouts correctly. Sure, there are tutorials, but tutorials can not show you what you need to correct in order to prevent injury to your body. I know I'm only one person, but without personal trainers, I don't know how much longer I'll continue going to PF. I'm so disappointed.

Love this place. Have a membership. Front desk is filled with younger people but they are so helpful and kind. Always a cheerful place. They really are welcoming and that makes you want to come back. Thank you all!!

I typically don't do this but this location is terrible with customer service. It's been more than 1 occasion where the staff is extremely unhelpful it's like they don't wanna do their job. This has been numerous times.

This is a Great place to accomplish your fitness Goals this year! I've been here twice since I started my membership and it's been a great experience! The membership was a great price and I look forward to coming every week!

Super clean and friendly staff. They’re very attentive to the equipment and keeping everything clean. The staff is super friendly always greeting you and telling you to have a good day. Also, it’s nice to see the managers contributing to cleaning and stuff too. Leading by example is a great quality.

Cleanest gym I have ever been in. Plenty of cardio machines which are in good shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. (I have been in other planet fitness with the opposite experience)

Markus and his team are amazing! They not only keep the gym up to shape, they create a welcoming space each visit. Since this is a 2 story PF, there's plenty of space and equipment to get in a solid workout regardless of how busy.

I totally love Planet Fitness! My favorite location is at 4503 Marburg Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45209! Great staff and super clean!

Date : 11/15/23 Time:11:30/11:55am Two front desk girls -Snobby, Rude, Disrespectful, No customer service skills, upon entering gave my daughter and I very dirty mean looks before even saying anything . Nasty attitudes. Wasn’t a good vibe at all . We left because once she tried to get aggressive with her tone I knew at that moment planet fitness didn’t want none of these problems . That won’t stop me coming back to workout there in the near future because I like that gym it’s always clean never had an issue . They guys always nice and greet with a positive attitude but I’ve notched the women are so rude and mean . Who wants to come and workout and be looked at mean upon entering and have an attitude when greeted ! I pay just like everyone else those girls don’t like their job tell them leave . Don’t take your attitude on me .But please check your front desk staff about their customer service and nasty looks especially the two girls that were there today 11/15/23 between the times of 11:35 -11:50am. Thanks

Go at least 4 days weekly..love how up to date the machines are and you have an individual television

I like coming to this planet fitness location. It’s always clean and the staff are friendly. It is a little more crowded than the Kentucky locations I go to. I just don’t like this prototype with the dumbbell section is set up. It gets crowded because you have three walls immediately around your dumbbells.

Have been coming for almost a year now and have had a great experience. I will say though, the loss of Jake Schenz as manager at this location has been felt immensely. The energy and kindness he gave off as soon as you walked in made my day. He had a contagious attitude that the whole gym fed off imo. It’s definitely not the same without him there.

I was leaving planet fitness this evening and Ronda took a moment to acknowledge my presence and say bye to me with a friendly smile and wave. She made me feel very welcomed. Thank you Ronda and PF management for hiring her!

Been going to this gym for 3 years. I'm generally impressed with the quality for the money. Lots of machines, most of the time I can get in the work I need to do without having to wait around. The facility is pretty clean, and the staff is visibly out cleaning most mornings. Most days, they greet you at the door and say goodbye as you leave. I miss the energy of the team a couple years back. Seems like some turnover happened, and some of the friendly faces have moved on, and the vibe isn't quit as upbeat. Maybe it will improve again with time?

Great place to work out. The staff is friendly and helpful, a lot of variety of exercise equipment in a positive, spacious environment; clean and not too crowded. The Black Card area is super helpful for chronic pain, and the total body enhancement machine seems the most helpful for pain. I take my 13 year old grandson a couple times a week as a guest and think this is a tremendous value for the low price. Just love it really!

Standing puddles of soapy water all through the shower area after they had been “cleaned.” (I would love to have taken a pic, but it was the shower area.) Initially, I thought maybe they hadn’t finished, so I waited 10 minutes or so before I went ahead and showered. Still standing water with soapy suds after I had finished showering, changed and headed out. No effort made to mop up or squeegee.

It's a good gym. The staff are friendly and helpful and the patrons seem like pretty laid back people. There's no one there to make you feel self-conscious or stupid for trying to work on yourself, no matter what kind of terrible shape you might be when you come in. They really do deliver on their "no judgement zone" promise. I do wish they'd do a better job of policing the "self setting combination lockers" in the main part of the gym. There are fewer and fewer available every time I come in--You can tell this because there are times when there are like 8 people in the gym, but most of those lockers are engaged. Clearly people are squatting on them as permanent lockers and this seems pretty unfair for those of us who want to use them correctly and fairly while we're in the gym, leaving them open for the next patrons. I see a time coming soon when all of those things are locked down, even though the people "using" them are not in the gym at all.

This is a really huge, two story Planet Fitness in Oakley. It had a lot of stuff, but also had a lot of people, a full parking lot, and just felt uncomfortable to me compared to my regular, smaller, lower income one I usually go to. So it depends on what you want. This was also younger, spiffier crowd than I am used to, which also made me uncomfortable.

One of my nieces was harassed and rudely addressed by one of your employees. This employee is a white male with a reddish colored hair and mustache. And he wore glasses. If you guys can't be professional you shouldn't be working at a gym or anywhere. Strongly considering cancelling the membership.

Christine was EXTREMELY helpful. She assured me all my questions were ok to ask gave me tips on what to do recommend things that she likes and easy steps for beginners she even worked out with me and showed me how to use machines. She made it fun to work out and made me feel very comfortable and safe with It being my first time working out. Thank you so much Christine

I honestly don't have enough good things to say about this gym. •It's clean, very clean, extremely clean even. •The staff is extraordinary and you can honestly tell it's a good location for employees based on their kindness and attitude toward service. •It can be very busy here, but folks are friendly and patient and there is lots of equipment. So glad I joined. I hope you will too!

I love that you can go 24 hours a day I'm also grateful to have a personal trainer named Charles who will work you out and get you in shape so if you're looking for a place to go and a trainer that will work with you that cares about you this is the place to go

Cancelation policy is ridiculous here. You have to cancel in person. First, that guy at reception kept on saying system down, come again. After the cancelation, they charged me again for no reason! On the call, some gentleman said that they would work on reverting the charges, its more than a month and nothing happened. Will dispute this charge with bank soon. Only good thing about this place is its location, rest all pretty average. Staff is below average in performing their basic tasks.

I love working out here and it’s incredibly clean. Staff is also some of the nicest people you will ever meet, especially the assistant manager and the blonde haired girl… I think her name is caley or something idk. But overall I had a great experience

Nice gym, friendly staff and very clean, but more hand sanitizing dispensers would be great. I only counted 1 on the ground floor.

I love this location!!!! Been coming here for a couple years now. I actually drive past 2 other PF locations to come to this one. It’s ALWAYS super clean, staff is ALWAYS friendly, especially the night shift staff. I really wish they were open Sunday night into Monday so I could add an extra day to my fitness journey. I’m looking forward to them updating their equipment soon. Definitely a FIVE STAR LOCATION!!!!!
