We came here to kill some time before checking into our hotel. We were in Cincinnati for the Taylor swift concert. Our first game was hosted by Nora and she did a fantastic job helping us out on gold rush since it was our very first escape experience ever! We escaped but had several hints along the way 🤣.They knew we were here for the concert and when we got out Meadow had a sweet surprise for my girls. She had painted them each a name plate with the colors of the Eras tour and gave them each a little lock and key to remember their experience. It was such a sweet gesture and I was genuinely amazed at how she managed to do that in 1 hour. Meadow definitely went the extra mile to make us feel special. We then decided to do playground and we had a wonderful chat with puck while we were waiting for them to set up the next game. Meadow was the game master for that one and we had the same great experience as the first game. We were exhausted by the end 🤣 All around we had the best time ever and I would definitely recommend doing an escape room with them. It was so well put together, and everyone who worked there was so friendly. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!!

My husband and I brought our daughter and her friend here for my daughters birthday. The Playground room was awesome, they loved it. All the games are so involved and have so many different components. There were times we were all working on something different. Sam was our helper and she was awesome. They gave my daughter a special sticker and a birthday card, which I thought was a really sweet touch. We love The Escape Game and will definitely return!

Absolutely loved it!!!!! So much fun😊 There is nothing else I've done that gives me this type of excitement and rush. Worth every penny, I know it seems pricey. But you won't regret it. Our guide John or Jason can quite remember was great too. All the staff was excellent actually

OMFG!!!! This place is more than amazing!! This was my first escape room EVER! We played Prison Escape and the difficulty on that game is 9/10! We escaped it with one minute remaining!! Me and my husband and my friend had a blast from the beginning! I highly recommended this place to everyone! Go for a birthday party a date night or a friends evening! I know next time we go I’m doing The Playroom!!! Can’t wait!!! Seriously the most fun I’ve had in a while! Oh and if you do Prison break out you can bring your own flashlight lol if you want!

Had such a great time! The puzzles were plenty challenging (for me haha) and I loved working together with everyone as a team to figure it out :) would definitely come back to try another one! This was my first experience so I would like to try a more challenging one next time.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! First off this was easily the coolest escape room I have ever done. Second off their hospitality was awesome. I went there for my birthday to do an escape room and it was great. When we went into the escape room, they had a banner and balloons that said happy birthday. It was such a nice touch. They then offered a discount on another room today and a free shirt because it was my birthday, so of course I did another one! The next one was even cooler, the coolest escape room I’ve ever done, and I’ve done a lot! (it was the gold rush one) We did it with another couple. It was the couples first time out in a year since having a baby, and they ran out and got the wife flowers to give her at the end of the breakout! I thought that was the sweetest! If you’re looking for an escape room, this is the place! I cannot say enough great things about them. I will be going to only them until I have done all their rooms!

My friends and I escaped from the Gold Rush escape room! We had a darn tootin’ good time! Our game master Laura was fantastic and made our experience so fun! I highly recommend.

Loved the art theme of the heist. What an exciting hour to spend. The rooms were amazing. Things popping open, very well done. Would definitely go back. Nora took excellent care of us her team were very warm and welcoming. Super fun!!!

Super fun room (Playground). Nice variety of challenges. Liv our GM did a good job. Interacted with the store manager, met every need. Was so fun we went back down (from Dayton) and have already done a second one. Layer upon layer of escape room goodness. We recently did Gold Rush and when we entered the room it smelled like the forrest. Amazing.

Our group had an absolute blast completing the special ops room!! Very creative. Joey was a fantastic guide and made the whole experience better than we imagined it would be. Definitely will return!

This was my boyfriend and I’s first escape game ever and we chose to do the Heist and Prison Break and we had such a blast. The staff were great and extremely friendly. I hope to return one day to try out the other games!

This was such an amazing experience!!! Me and my boyfriend completed the Gold Rush with 1:14 to spare. Joey was amazing and made the game super fun from start to finish! We will definitely be back!

The Escape Room Playground was amazing. Detail in the rooms were fun and cool. Like jumping back into grade school. The puzzles were fun! It was a bit difficult with just me and my daughter but it was extremely fun! Our Game Master/Host was fun and friendly and definitely added to a great experience!

Anthony was awesome!! Very good escape room- highly recommend playground. We had our family of 5- ages 11, 15, 18, 41, 43 and we escaped with 4 minutes to spare. So much fun!!! 10/10 recommend

This was a surprise birthday present for me, and my husband hadn't realized the room he booked was one I had done before. Maya was so helpful rebooking us quickly with a new room, and was so friendly and accommodating. Puck was really great hosting our room, we had a ton of fun and escaped with lots of time to spare. They also decorated the room for my birthday and got some birthday. I could not recommend The Escape Game Cincinnati more.

First time doing an escape room! Had such a good time! Caden checked us in and was absolutely awesome! He explained how they work and got us even more excited for the room! Meadow was great too, showed us a couple different rooms after so we knew which to try when we come back! 10/10 recommend!

the rooms are sooooo cool and difficult but thorough.definitely so so much fun. staff is so amazing! puck, mj and jordan are so kind and helpful they make the experience that much better. i will so be back!!!!!

What a Ball!!! Tim and Jordan were great guides! We had a great time. Gold Rush first and Special Ops second same day! Ok so we had to get a few clues but they were great helps. The staff here is great and made sure we had a great time! We’re coming back!!

2/10/23 My sister and I visited here tonight for my nieces birthday. We have never done an escape room. We decided on playground. It was amazing. We escaped with 2.29 mins left. Will definitely be back! Eta: 3/3/23 my sister and I have now completed all 5 rooms at this location. And plan to seek out other locations. Plus bring our Girl Scouts to go through Playground!

The Heist was very fun. I went with my sisters and niece for my Birthday and we had a blast. The staff was great as well. I highly recommend The Heist. I can’t wait to return to do the Playground and Prison Break

Jordan, Nikki, Zack You guys were great!! Really made the experience wonderful and kept us coming back for more (literally did 2 rooms in one day, doing a 3rd in a couple days). Highly recommend this company if you're looking for a GREAT escape room that REALLY works your brain. Best company I've tried thus far.

The Playground was challenging, but it was so much fun trying to complete all the puzzles with just my cousin and myself. I look forward to visiting again and trying out all of the rooms! Dietrich, Andrew, and Laura were so welcoming for my first time at The Escape Game! Thank you so much for making my cousin feel special in honor of her graduation. It really made her night.

I have been to many different escape rooms, but The Escape Game has to have some of the most top notch rooms I’ve ever done! I’ve completed all 5 rooms at this location and each room was so unique. The atmospheres match the rooms perfectly and the puzzles are challenging but not impossible. Some of the games have amazing twists that took me by surprise! I will be visiting other locations of this chain any time I’m near one of those cities!

Joey, our game master was great! He took into account our preferences and gave us subtle pushes when needed. One of the puzzle was not operating so we all got a second game for free. So far we have done 3 out of the 5 rooms. Will definitely come back for me. Highly recommend the playground one because the ending is super fun!

Honestly, I’ve never been to a better escape room. The people there are so amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help you if needed. I’ve been here a few times now and the staff is just amazing, the games are awesome and super fun. And this past time, they found out it was my husbands birthday and put balloons and a happy birthday banner out in our last room along with giving him a gift at the end. It was just super sweet to see strangers go above and beyond to make this day even better for him.

Very fun, detailed theming and excellent staff. The puzzles feel a bit linear, but the experience was enjoyable. I wish this location provided discounts for larger groups like Breakout and other similar businesses as an incentive for filling up a room, especially since the ticket price is more expensive than most other rooms we've ever been to. Rose, our game master, was incredible and they really managed our game well with their hints. We do wish hints were provided via intercom in the event the group is in another part of the room and can't read the text on the monitor above the door.

We had the most fun celebrating our Friendsgiving here! We escaped with just a little over a minute left and everyone had such a blast. Lid was a fantastic game host! We will definitely be back!

Our family went here on a weekend trip to Cincinnati and it was a lot of fun. We scored 600 points, which was the max. The puzzles were challenging and we worked together as a family to solve them. A great experience.

Moss was our crew leader and we had a great time. We mixed with other people we didn’t know but we all jumped in and worked like a well-oiled machine. We got a few helpful clues to keep us on track and we escaped with plenty of time to spare. Oh, and also saved the world!

We have done every room here and they are easily the best in the area. Tons of fun with great staff. Ava was our guide today and she was awesome. During our game there were some audio issues and the staff did their best to resolve them. It didn’t effect the game at all, and after they gave us a very nice note and a couple of free shirts, since we had already done all the other rooms. Highly Recommended

We were visiting Cincinnati and had a group of 4 and we loved our first room so much we came back again, and again, and again! We ended up completing 4/5 (playground being the only we didn’t get to) of their escape rooms within two days and can we just say that they were the best escape rooms we have ever done (having done multiple in different towns). The room details, puzzle interaction, and stories are everything you want in an escape room and more. As far as picking a room, you really can’t go wrong. Gold rush had the most fun surprises/interactions, special ops had the best storyline, prison break had the funnest room setup, and the art heist had the most aesthetic setup. We want to give a special shout-out to Oz, the manager, who accommodated us so that we could get to play multiple escape rooms before leaving town and for being an awesome game master!

We had Olivia as our game guide for The Special Ops room and she was awesome! She was super informative at the start of our game and very helpful providing hints and clues throughout our time without it feeling like too much! We escaped with only 55 seconds left and we definitely couldn't have done it without her help!

We did this as a family holiday outing. For most of us it was our first Escape Room experience. We had a great time and escaped the “Special Ops” room in 50 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
