This location is convenient and easily accessible. They carry a better assortment of brands then most of the other Stores around as well.

Just visiting thinking about moving here....We where doing an scavenger hunt and I was like let's try this wal mart they should have everything we need and guess what they did and the workers where nice and friendly. Helped us find everything we needed for us to get ready for our scavenger hunt.

Nice little strip mall, sufficient parking, I went to the Red Bank wine and spirits store

El Jinete is the restaurant we go to on Red Bank. Good food, great margaritas, actually have tequila in them. Kid friendly. It's all good. Relaxing. Really good employees. They actually like their customers.

Most of the employees are so willing to help and find things for you. Have to have more time or patience for items in a locked case.

Waited over 20 Mins in pick up because they had a meeting. Maybe you should have the option to pick up instore I would have bought more stuff.

I haven't had any bad experiences just that there's not always enough registers open when they are busy. Overall it's a great place to shop and I shop here god all my needs. 💗

While the Walmart is bad even for a Walmart and the Wendy's is one of the worst in the region, pretty much everything else here is pretty great like El Jinete and Red Bank Fine Wine & Spirits. It's definitely a nice developing shopping area for people who live and/or work in Madisonville, Fairfax or Oakley.

More organized than a lot of Walmarts I have been to. Of course there are long lines but the cashiers are doing their best.

I visited the Walmart in this mall for some Christmas shopping. They had a large and well stocked Christmas decor section. We had been to a different Walmart earlier that had almost nothing, so this was a nice surprise. This mall area had several stores we like. There was plenty of parking and the location was easy to find.

Best Walmart in Cincinnati proper. Cleanest, most organized, and well stocked. Only one I shop at in the city!

Jimmy in the Vision Center was brilliant! He waited around for me to get my money straight. But, in the mean time, we laughed. He never made me feel as though I was wasting his time. 99.9999999% because of the shame and embarrassment I did my best to keep his spirits up (not actually knowing how long it would take to get my money together. He has patience and seemed to enjoy my funny. Thanks again for your help! Jimmy is definitely on the ball when it comes to his job but, he also expressed a human side that mage the entire experience one I won't soon forget.

Seldom has what I need. Simple things like half gallons of milk. I don't need a gallon. My favorite brand of coffee and coffee cream. I have a bad knee and can't stand on it long periods of time. Most times there are no available electric carts around to use. So I'll just buy a couple things and leave. I actually do not like this Walmart at all.

I can ALWAYS rest assured that I can find anything that I need at Walmart. And, the savings come in handy too. I just wish there were more registers available..

It's like no one knows all of these restaurants are here. So there great but not very busy! Now that the road construction is almost done traffic is only REALLY bad during rush hour. Hope they put more businesses here. It seems out of the way but it's actually very convenient, especially the Wal-Mart!

It was a relief to come in and find that everything I needed was in stock and on the shelf!!! Seems like this Walmart has finally got it together!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

this Walmart sucks! the employees are less likely to help you than normally and there clearance is marked down to the same price as it normally is lol

They think everybody is stealing from them The woman who works at the electronics department was very rude and had no clue About the products that she has. Bad business!!!

Clowns bagged my stuff up and apparently didn't give me all my bags! Seasoning and Kool aid was just left in bagging carrousel I guess, I went through a register not self scan.

Much as I hate to hate, I lost an hour of my life waiting for a propane exchange. Not sure if it was the lack of training or willingness to help. I'll blame the guy that looked the part of the manager but acted like nothing mattered but that shelf he was stocking. I will give 5 stars to the self checkout guy going out of his comfort zone for limiting my loss of life to one hour

I don't know if it's all Walmarts or just this one but this store has stepped up its game! I've never seen the shelves this full and they really have branched out with some of the stuff that they are providing like sporting goods and seasonal products for summer.

Very clean store in a nice area with well stocked shelves and a better variety of items than I've seen in other Walmart stores, post covid.

Got a while two stars bc the eye center is AWESOME.. they were so helpful and friendly and fast!! I get it.. Walmarts known for bad customer service... But DARN IT if I needed something from inside a case. There's no one to help at even the front end of the store. The traffic here is INSANE too.

Having to relearn the layout of the store after moving, it's a little odd to me to have frozen foods up front, then all the way in back, milk & dairy, but the store is clean & bright & very large. I haven't seen all of it yet & I've been 3 times

This review is about their garden center. No help, no entrance to the store via the outside display. Not sure how you expect to sell stuff when there is no help. Not sure, but am I supposed to load a cart outside, drag the cart thru the store to get to the inside plants? Makes no sense. I assume the entrance is locked for security and that far outweighs my concerns. I usually spend about 100 on tomatoes, peppers etc. But not this year.😞😞
