Anderson Towne Center is a mall with so much potential. Every little store and restaurant matters and is cool! There's a juice bar, movie theater, little trampoline park, and of course a pizza place based on one of the greatest gangster films of all time because why not!

Arrived at about 5 PM, not too busy waiter seated us in a boot h near the bar with was so small we were wedged between the table and the bench seat. We went back to the hostess to request a different table, hostess I just see the desk didn’t even recognize it was us, and asked us how many in our party again. After explaining it out, uncomfortable are proceeding choice was, we were then seated in a different location, there we sat for 10 minutes and nobody even stopped by to even say hi so we left.

Some great stores parking is a bit clustered .

The staff there is first rate. We are fortunate to have a place like this to count on in an emergency

This is a really nice area to shop a few stores, like Hallmark and Macy's, then go grab lunch at Carabas!

Nice area. Good stores. The krogers is real nice one of the best produce section in any Kroger I have shopped.

My mom stays out in the Beechmont location we just love going to Macy's also to Kroger's CVS I can't say that I like Anderson Township Shopping Plaza

This is the center where Moe's Southwest Grill which I love is located. There are a few trees in the parking area which create two or three shaded parking spots, nice on sunny summer days.

Very nice place had a little bit of trash in the lots could be better

I use to love this place. Got tickets on line, signs everywhere saying, "skip the line". Get up to the front to scan my phone and nope, you have to go back to the front and wait in a very long line making us late for the movie. Finally get inside and the ceiling is leaking on the seat that we purchased. They left a bucket in the seat, so they were aware. We won't be back.

Outside of the equipment is getting run down and or broken. Tonight we were told it was too busy, to come back in an hour. This is after I just took pre-work out...

This place needs more usable places such as book store fabric store etc Businesses should be by local owners and not absentee landlords

My favorite Kroger's. It's one of two that I patronize. I love the layout and the selection.

Very great food. Just couldn't get the steak well-done like my family likes. But all in all great place.

I always like Anserdon towne centre. There is a movie hall. You can do grocery shopping with kroger. Drink coffee in starbucks. Eat in chipotle . You have Macys. Small n cute towne centre for all the needs. I keep visiting often

“The Vein Center is great”. I had restless leg for over 25 years and it was the best thing I ever did. I no longer take any medication. I had restless leg every night when I sat down to read or watch T.V. In the evening. The staff and Doctors were great at the Vein Center, they were friendly and professional.

My favorite Kroger. Today was the only day I've been where some places were messy, but there was also an employee tidying it.

Kroger is out of so much stuff it's unreal. Tried to do a 42 item orders, they did not have 27 of the items!!

Huge but for the area it is really nice the kroger is bigger than cherry Grove they have a lot of places to eat and fitness plenty of places to shop

Very clean and nice. Has latitudes a karaoke bar, a movie theater with very comfortable seats, several food places like Tom and chee, good fellas, and firehouse subs. I love pet people the shop right infront of Tom and chee. They have so many nice treats, a scoop selection to choose what your animal likes. As well as birthday treats.

This location is crowded and layout is different than any other Kohl's I've been to. Hard to navigate store.

Normally I don't give Plazas good ratings because they are attention seekers. But in this case, I have to say the Anderson Towne Center is pretty well maintained. Its clean and looks nice. Though its status as a "mall" I think is highly subject to debate. While I understand that a mall can have an outdoor concept, which is definitely a popular format for places out in the west coast, this "mall" set up seems nothing more than Some strip malls clustered together. I define shopping mall and strip mall very differently. I believe Plaza would be a more appropriate term for the current setup.

Really enjoy going there.i find some great bargain there I wish we had one closer where I stay at but unfortunately we don't I'll tell everybody about my store

Absolutely the worst Kroger for pickup. Order placed in the morning for 7pm pickup. I received an email at 4:30pm saying my order would be ready at the selected time. Checked-in prior to leaving for store and used the Google Maps feature "for faster pick up." 20 minutes into my wait, I was told that they were "running behind and that I can wait another 10-15 minutes or cancel my order." 20 minutes later, still sitting here watching vehicles that pulled in 5 minutes ago receive their orders. I understand being short-staffed, but this problem is bigger than that. Rather than emailing and texting me to not "forget to pick up my order at 7pm," I should have been alerted that they were running behind and given the option to select a later pickup time. Frankly, Kroger should have been offering to deliver everyone's orders at this point - it was that bad. Normally, I wouldn't have blasted this store for one bad experience, but after reading the Facebook reviews, it appears that this has been an ongoing issue at the Anderson Town Center Kroger. In the end, it took one hour and fifteen minutes to receive my order. And although I allowed for substitutions for the deli meat (turkey and ham) in my order, they fulfilled neither order. In hindsight, I should have taken the initial opportunity to cancel, but naively believed them when they told me - on 2 separate occasions - that my order was "ready and was on its way." There was one other car that was there when I arrived and they received their order approximately 10 minutes before I did. ALL the cars in the 8pm time slot, however, received their orders before us. Again, this is not "running behind." This was simply complete mismanagement. AVOID THIS KROGER FOR PICKUP

I love the kroger in this Towne center. They have the best sushi! The Starbucks in the Towne center is super quick with orders. Lots to see around here. Highly recommend.
