It’s a decent strip mall.. some good stores, shops and restaurants. Feels pretty safe and you can get done what you need. Parking is easy to find.. I mean it’s a strip mall..

This area was a pleasant surprise. The many eatery's and shop's. This area is quiet but busy. Plenty of parking and you can just walk from store to store. Nice high in area.

Fun place to visit with a very good mix of restaurants, small shops and big box stores. There is truly something for everyone here. If anyone gets tired shopping just have them park their carcass in one of the many eateries, coffee shops, or bars and pick them up later. There are also lots of benches if they want somewhere more public to wait for you. A great place to spend the day or just an afternoon.

It was a great visit 5o Ford's Garage for an early dinner. Expect a small wait even at 3:30 on Saturday. This commons has plenty of shopping and dining options. It also has a grocery store. Parking can get limited at busy times. Especially during the holidays. But very walkable as well.

I had so much fun! Going from shop to shop. Looking at all items. There is such a vast selection. It was a good mental relief break.

Has lots of store to choose from, lots of apparel & shoe stores. There are some restaurants on both sides, but mainly apparel, shows & furniture. Lots of parking either side but mainly it seems people are parking where the clock tower is at, home goods area. There's still more to it on the other side.

5 tars Good wood Good Rock Solid common Desperate attempts to make a community out of uhhhhhh spending money on stuff you don't need. Bad parking lot design but there's a steak and potatoes bowl unlike anything in the natural world at fords garage that can't be beat. They hate poor people because they aren't hip. Bad desigh I rate it 3 out of 5 out of 5.

So many good things all in one location. You can shop till you drop and then visit Ford's Garage, Starbucks, BW3, Rusty Bucket or Brontë Bistro for a well deserved break.

Excellent dining experience. It was a very short wait for a table during peak hours, food was hot and delicious. Staff was professional, courteous as well as friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

This is my favorite go to lunch recovery spot as a Real Estate agent. I love eating in the bar for a late lunch while charging my phone and getting hydrated on iced tea. Clean bathrooms, speedy service and the best tea and salads in town. The carrot cake is a true piece of heaven when you have the craving too!!

Lots of shops, restaurants, etc. They always have it really nicely landscaped which I appreciate! It can get crowded and parking spots can be hard to find. 5 stars from me though!

Quiet and relaxed when I was there on a Tuesday evening. Stores are clean and the outdoor patios were filled with people. I'm more of a walker and explored the stores around the intersection. Plenty of foot traffic as there was a crowd of runners ... I think they're with a local running club.

LongHorn Steakhouse that's all you need to hear! And all you need to eat...... is everything on the menu! I know, that's impossible, but hey, make Longhorns your bucket list for food!.... I guarantee your taste buds will thank you on the other side, check out the Longhorns restaurant in The Rookwood Pavilion in Oakley!..... it is superb!..... the staff of the restaurant is out of this world!

It is open outdoors and not that many fancy shopping stores. The only good spot is the REI. Also, the traffic getting in and out is terrible and the layout is so confusing going from one section to another. They did not put any thought in designing it correctly and kinda added locations as needed.

A crummy experience. Extremely high prices prices. Unreasonable merchandise and lack of selection. Poor service. Did not feel valued as a customer.

Great place! Lots of shopping and the parking is in the center of most places. It's a bit inconvenient as there are two areas though not obviously connected that makes it confusing unless one knows the commons well.

The UPS Store Madison- Rookwood Warning!!! This store is ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! LIARS & THIEVES!!! RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! First Off- They are a Franchise of UPS they are NOT UPS! They refer you to corporate for corporate to explain they have NO control or authority to enforce UPS POLICIES or PROCEDURES! They refer you back to the store who hears you but doesn’t listen. My package was open & contents stolen and then taped back up delivered EMPTY! Google Reviews say this is common for this location and they take no accountability for it. I requested cameras to be pulled, I was told they run a tight ship and doubt it was something their employees would do. My shipping details were changed- I was told it wasn’t their problem to call corporate AGAIN! No empathy or compassion- literally disappointing and wrong. Reviews reflect that. Sat on Hold with The UPS Store Headquarters & Customer Relations for 25 minutes to be disconnected. I will continue to on every avenue possible voice this experience- I’m awaiting a call back from my attorney as it’s against the law to tamper with MAIL!

Great eats and a variety of shops for a quick get out of the house to do some low stakes shopping, have lunch, or grab coffee.

one of the worst parking lot and pedestrian management designs I've ever seen. they somehow managed to make it extremely difficult for cars to manage and yet not at all because it's better suited for pedestrians. if you're going to make it a pain to drive here at least make it walkable. it does have a lot of good places I enjoy visiting like Joseph beth, the Pub, REI, and Yagoot to name a few. sorely disappointed in the walkability though.

First time customer. The restaurant was crowed. Our predicted wait was 30 to 45 minutes. We were seated in about 20 minutes. The service and server were great. I had the pulled pork which I was somewhat OK with. I would have preferred a richer, heavier sauce. The other party member had some sort of burger meal. He said it was excellent and we both agreed that the fries were different and extremely good.

Went to REI. Good store. Nice selection. Sale was happening. Got a Pacsafe crossbody security bag at 25% off. Carl with the mustache was very helpful.

The navigation to get in and out is not the easiest. The area seems safe enough although no security in sight. Everything is a mish mash and I only go there to eat at the Pub

It's a nice shopping center. It seems to be mostly specialty shops. Retail stores that no one really wants to shop at but they do because it's close by.

It's like driving through a maze, serious traffic just trying to get into the area and just too many cars coming and going to even bother with the area. Never again unless I need to return something from Amazon.

My husband I were in the area so stopped in for lunch. We sat at the bar. Service was excellent, food was good and atmosphere is fun although very "staged".

The parking lot layout is like a maze with angry in a hurry shoppers. Not as many options as there once were. The shops are nice though

Rookwook is a great shopping area with many shops to visit. They have TJMaxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sierra, Fresh Market, Rei and Joseph Beth as anchor stores to Lands End, Talbott, Soft Surroundings and others. I can get a lot of my holiday shopping done in this mall!

Nice Plaza with multiple shopping outlets and several good restaurants conveniently located right off 71 at Smith Edward's Road.

Pretzels & beer cheese were really yummy! Loved the shepherds pie and he had the chicken Gouda pasta. We also had the warm cookie sundae. Definitely will be back for fish & chips and bangers & mash.

Awesome strip mall, has all the stores you could possibly want if you love good deals on great clothes. There are outlet type stores but also more upscale stores as well. My favorite place to shop in Cincinnati!

  • 4/5 Mohammad M. 1 year ago on Google
Place has cleaned up, the stores are pretty nice. Even though theres a lot of parking, it gets unbelievably busy at times. The useless security guy driving around in a truck usually does more harm than good with parking the vehicle in the middle of the lane and goes to get food.

  • 5/5 Kelly E. 1 year ago on Google
One-stop shopping at its best - an excellent selection of anchor and specialty stores. A great option for those (like me) who don’t enjoy the indoor mall experience.

Just drove through to get to Ford's restaurant! Which was a mistake! First foot out my car door and a homeless woman was asking for money! And things went down hill from there! Ford's wouldn't seat us because we had a party of 12! No party seating! 😞

Lots of shops and restaurants. Only real downside is that they have very little in the way of sidewalks. If you arrive here by bus (as I did) you have to choose between walking in the dirt and around shrubbery, or chancing it by walking in the street! Not good. Come on Rookwood you can do better, not everyone drives a damn car!

Like a little city dedicated to quality shopping and restaurants. Malls are dying out and places like Rookwood are taking over. The only problem is all the parking lot traffic... though that kind of proves how awesome and popular the place is.

The food at BJ's was delicious.Customer service was good not excellent. One server seemed a little on edge. But I would patronize again.Maybe I'll get a different server; and if the same, she'll be in a different mood.Let's hope.

Pretty good place with a lot of different stores. Parking can be kind of a hassle as there doesn't seem to be a ton of extra space, and the spots are very close together in parts. If you don't mind walking a bit though it's possible to get further away. Good variety of stores and restaurants.
