A really great ambiance excellent service and delicious serving sizes for the prices. It helps that those prices are also totally acceptable for what you're doing here. It's less of a show up and get stuff and more of a show up and order a few different plates and try some different things and enjoy all the flavors and techniques they showcase. The pasta is pretty straightforward, it's also really well done! One of my favorite places to stop in, and an absolute must list on the best in the city

I love love love Pepp and Dolores. My friend’s condo is right above so I have been a few times. It’s always been fantastic service. Not a huge wait time as long as you get there early to put your name down. While I waited, the host brought out 5 free glasses of wines! EXCEPTIONAL service! I love the lemon pasta, which is what I get every time. The portions pretty big for the price you pay for. The broccolini was a bit salty but besides that, loved it!

Always have a great experience here with the best pasta you can get in Cincinnati. Highly recommend getting a reservation prior to coming though. Their drink selections of cocktails and wine are excellent and the pasta is divine. Their meatballs just melt and the ricotta appetizer is amazing. We've never had bad service either. Staff has always been attentive, brimming with energy, and ready to make recommendations if you need. It truly feels they care about your experience and are not just going through the motions. Anytime we have the itch for Italian, this is our number one spot to go.

Awesome experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our group of 10 last minute. They placed us in a private room which worked perfectly. Our server Mark was one of the best servers I've ever had. He made the experience memorable. They food was amazing. The dunk, the bread and ricotta and the marinated cucumbers were fantastic. All of our pasta dishes were first class. I would highly recommend.

A friend suggested Pepp for a girls night dinner. What a wonderful suggestion ! Everything about the restuarant was perfect ! It is very rare to receive exceptional service now, but we did. We enjoyed three appetizers which were all delicious. The plates were large enough that we did not have room for dinner. We also enjoyed a couple of adult beverages which were delicious and had a healthy pour. I will definitely return soon

By now many have either heard of or been to this restaurant. The rumors and hype is real. The pasta is made daily, staff is excellent and the atmosphere of their dining room with its high ceilings is open and enjoyable with a view of vine street and their closed street outdoor dining area. My last visit I had their meatballs, perfectly cooked artichokes, and the carpaccio. Can't wait to go again since they don't disappoint. They've earned the rating of one of the top 100 new restaurants in America.

Okay so I came in here on a total whim and oh my lord am I glad I did. Food was perfection, Alaska (the bartender) was absolutely amazing. Drinks made to perfection and the personality to match! Would recommend a million times, if you go ask for Alaska it will be worth the wait if there is one!

One of the best experiences in Cinci we've had so far, they completely accommodated our dietary restrictions (they have gluten free and even vegan options) and they were so good at recommending drinks to pair with our meals. For the quality, they were completely affordable (for 3 of us to get 2.5 drinks each we spent about $130) we felt so fancy and taken such great care of. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, everything is great in our opinion. Definitely worth a try. My favorite dish was the spicy vodka pasta, I need to figure out how to make that! Just try it, so good

** Update ** We went back to P&D again last Friday night. We had a 9:00 reservation but we were able to get a seat at the downstairs bar when we got there close to 8:00. I've updated with pics from our visit that night. Once again a fabulous experience!! Pepp and Delores is hands down one of the best restaurants in the city. Not only is the food delicious but the ambiance of the restaurant is so nice and the service is impeccable from the moment you're greeted at the door. Each time we've been we were able to score a seat at the bar, which we prefer. Lunch time on Sunday is our favorite time to go! Highly recommend checking out this spot.

This was our first time eating at Pepp & Dolores, and it was such an amazing meal. We started with fresh bread with olive oil/herb dip, and grilled shrimp. The main dishes were so flavorful. I got the Sunday sauce, which was delicious. We would definitely go again.

Absolutely loved this place for my visit to Cincinnati! My fiancé and I were in town and decided to stop here for dinner. They were pretty busy but luckily the hostess was able to get us sat at the downstairs bar which has full service. We ordered the the dunk bread & fried artichokes as our appetizers. As our main dishes we got the Pomodoro and the Agnello pastas. Everything was delicious! The service was quick and friendly. The vibes were perfect- a mix of modern and nostalgic and cozy. Very clean restrooms as well. I would recommend dressing nicer to eat here. And would additionally recommend making a reservation in advance. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Cincinnati!

The host and waitress were both very good. The reason I am not giving 5 stars are: from the time we were sat down to the time we got our drinks was 30 minutes. Our appetizers came first. We had fried artichokes and they were amazing. Everyone enjoyed their entree. I ordered the pasta limone. I thought it would have more flavor but was a bit bland for me. Perhaps that's my problem. The atmosphere was very calm and comfortable. Enjoyable experience.

My favorite pasta in town. Better than Sotto in my opinion. The ricotta is great - get extra bread. I’ve liked every pasta on the menu. It’s also a great price for the quality of food. The only downside is no dessert menu but I’m usually so carb loaded by that point that it’s not a big deal. If you can’t find a reservation, you can usually find bar seating or sit outside.

We went at about 4:45 because it was the only reservation time available, and it was relatively slow. It has a cute and open ambiance though the tables were a little bit too close together for my liking, personally. The women on either side of me had purses beside them and both purses were touching me, if that gives any indicator. My partner had a tree nut allergy and the waiter was very conscientious of that, which we appreciated. I do not, so I had the pesto and the little almond cookies they give you after dinner and they were absolutely delicious! My partner said his pasta tasted fresh, and his meatballs were “unlike any he’d had before.” We also ate the ricotta on scorched sourdough, and the ricotta was delectable. The bread may have been a little too toasty for me, but I will just ask if they can go easy on the scorching next time— because we WILL return! ☺️

Some of the dishes we had at Pepp & Dolores were excellent, others not so much. The standout was the house-made pasta with a delicious light red sauce. We also loved the bread & butter appetizer. The butter is listed on the menu as house-made ricotta, but I think that’s to justify charging $11. We took the leftover “ricotta” home, and it was solid when refrigerated. The broccolini was cooked way beyond a light char: It was burned. I should have sent it back, but the tips were tasty, especially with a dusting of parmesan cheese. The stems were ashy and tough. Decor is very nice, and the restrooms are clean. Service was very attentive. Our water glasses were topped up four times. Great location, right across the street from a public parking lot. $3 hour, payable with the Passport app.

We had heard so much about this restaurant. The fresh ricotta with the grilled bread is an excellent choice for appetizer and you cannot go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. All the pasta is made fresh at the restaurant. Patrick was excellent and explained the menu really well.

Had dinner with one of my colleagues. We both sat on the bar and the bartenders were amazing and very helpful. They made great drinks for us and recommend amazing pasta to try. I had the pesto pasta. it was one of the best and the freshest pesto I’ve had. Both pasta and the sauce were fresh and tasty. There weren’t any place to park by the restaurant, but there is a public parking lot that is a very short walk (1-2 min walk) to the restaurant.

The best Italian around. If you can’t find a table you can usually get one at the bar. Service is attentive, drinks are delicious, food is incredible with the homemade pasta and the local bread. I got the spicy vodka which is my favorite. Highly recommend!
