Ordered around 10:0010:35pm through the drive-through. One of the workers was screaming the whole time in the background. Got 5 biggie bags and they got the orders wrong multiple times. The patties were burnt and I suspect it was on purpose. Ordered Dr. Pepper and it wasn’t Dr. Pepper. Wendy’s closes hours after we ordered so this is just gross. Hope the employees working at that time get fired and the food was bitten out of which is a violation of food regulations. I will be calling this Wendy’s again tomorrow because they didn’t pick up when I got home, probably because it’s those same workers that messed with our foods. Hope they get fired, honestly. Don’t work at a fast food joint if you can’t handle “late” orders, this job isn’t even hard.

I ordered a salad today & the presentation was HORRIBLE. Like are you really serving people this to eat . A few weeks back I had a salad from there & it looked good & it was a decent size. Today the salad dish was way smaller & the vegetables was not fresh. You can compare the pics and see the difference. Definitely not worth the price.

Do not recommend, ordered a pretzel pub my burger was cold and half cooked, ordered lg fries got a medium. The employee had the atmosphere that they did not want to work at all. The guy who took out order walked in from his car when we were walking in and he was right behind us to go back to his car when we left. Girlfriend left a bad review 7 months ago and this place hasn't changed. The on racetrack Rd does better. The lobby floor was sticky and yet very slick, not to mention all the flies in there too. This place deserves to be close.

The wife ordered me a Baconator weeks ago and brought it home, and it didn't have the right bread. I called, and the manager Rajay Swell he told me that the next time I come in, he'll take care of me. I went today, and he was the most nicest guy. He remembered me, and he did take care of me by providing me with another Baconator. People like him make me continue to come back, keep up the good work, leadership, and good attitude!!!

If you ever want a consistent, fast food experience with great food, Wendy's isn't it. Don't ever go past 4 ot 5 pm, the night crew is untrained, unmotivated, and just does not care. Very consistently, I order one thing and either don't get it, or they give me the wrong item. Beware!

Ordered my daughter a plain burger 😅 got this.. a bite already out of it lmao. Gross

41 minutes we waited in this drive thru for our food / OUR FOOD WASN’T EVEN CORRECT!!!!!!!!!!!!! my daughters entire meal was missing and mine wasn’t accurate at all!!! We got a 10 count nugget meal (missing completely) and a $5 biggie bag with a junior bacon and a regular coke instead we got a jr cheese e and a Diet Coke!!! Most ridiculous Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The girl who took our order - greeted us with “gimme a minute” I’m glad we don’t live here or visit here frequently- 0/10 - we suggest eating somewhere else!

I never experienced a restaurant that could care so little or less about food quality... however if you go to this one you definitely will... I guess it's true you always get screwed in the Drive-Thru

50/50 chance of good experience. It’s either going to be great with a manager working the window or it’ll be the shift that employees are careless about and it’ll show in the service and in the food. This is the better location Wendys of the 3.

Went tonight around 8:20 and ordered a few JBC burgers and a regular cheese burger plain as I was ordering the gentleman on the speaker was rushing me. When I received the food, I checked to make sure everything was in the bag and noticed the frys were very room temp. I asked the young gentleman if I could have fresh frys because mine were not hot. He took the frys back through the window and told me to pull forward eventhough there was Noone behind me. Before I pulled forward I watched the guy hand another guy the frys and they dropped them back in the oil to heat them up. He came out with my "fresh frys" not even one minute after I pulled up. Tasted them and they didn't even bother to resalt the frys that they placed back into the oil and burned off. If that wasn't enough, my sons buger I asked to be plainhad mustard ketchup and a burger set up. I will NEVER go back to this location. Long story short, check.your.items. The workers don't care about their job.

Food was crispy fresh Wendy’s. Consistent Wendy’s experience. Complies with my mouth and stomach. Entered food into my face. Chicken was crispy on the sandwich. Would eat here again…but experiences may vary depending on staff and quality control as all fast food stores are a gamble. And your stomach may or may not explode later.

I'll tell you what compare it to the McDonald's across the street. Go to Wendy's they're decently fast. They don't growl at you when you give them the food or they give you the food and the thing is just better
