I love my experience! My first time at moes.. I seen I had a birthday coupon and wanted to try it.. let me tell you… amazing service- the redeem coupon worked- I went ahead and got a meal. Tried the burrito. Fire! Clean, friendly. I would recommend. Good job guys! ((A crew needs to come in and help their debit machine- sometimes it goes down I know it’s time consuming for both parties- hopefully the district manager can get this fixed)) thank you again.

Tight parking lot but there's plenty of parking. I normally get a quesadilla but recently found out I'm allergic to dairy so I tried a burrito for the first time - delicious!

I'm disappointed to report that my recent visit to Moe's left much to be desired. It's evident that the quality of this establishment has taken a significant downturn. The issues I encountered were numerous. Firstly, the chips served were disappointingly stale, a far cry from the crispy and flavorful ones I used to enjoy. It's disheartening when even a simple item like chips isn't up to par. Furthermore, the attitude of the employees was concerning. It seemed like they simply didn't care about providing a positive customer experience. Friendly and attentive service used to be a hallmark of Moe's, but that no longer seems to be the case. Lastly, the newly renovated interior was far from impressive. Instead of an upgrade, it felt like things were falling apart. This lack of maintenance and attention to detail was disappointing, to say the least. Overall, it's evident that Moe's has gone downhill, and it's disheartening to witness such a decline in quality. I hope they take steps to address these issues and return to the standard of excellence they were once known for.

I always enjoy coming here because of the friendly staff. It's a shame they were short today and had to close at 7, but even getting there at 6:20 it was very evident that they were still ready and willing to make our food. Not necessarily excited, and I don't blame them, but they made the best of it and still seemed to have a pretty good time. My favorite part was definitely the way I heard the employees talking about the manager, they seem to have lots of respect for him.

Came to Moe’s after leaving Chipotle following a ridiculous incident. I was warmly greeted by two employees who stated that people often leave Chipotle to come eat at Moe’s because of the better food and service. Moe’s may not be as new and shiny inside, but clearly has friendlier Staff, and much better food than Chipotle. Your meal also comes with free chips and salsa. Guys I downloaded the app, and I appreciate your service tonight. Thanks. I be choosing Moe’s.

Just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know about the strange encounter I had here on June 19th. My food turned out great, and the store felt well maintained and clean. Its my first time eating here but my fiance orders catering for her company frequently from Moes, she also grabs lunch here about once a week. She suggested we eat lunch at Moe's. Everything was great until we went to Check-out. The person who was ringing us up was probably a manager or a shift lead, we're not sure. We didnt catch his name, but the best way to describe him was he was tall with a cane. Here's where things got weird. When checking out the man asked us of we were military. I said, "No, im a veteran." He then asked to see my ID, and I presented it. I carry a tan DD2765, which is for 100% disabled veterans ID card. Myself being a disabled combat veteran this is the appropriate card to carry. This gentlemen being the expert that he is decided to call me a dependant. Then proceeded to try to grill me about my service and duty locations thinking he is going to catch me for stolen valor or something. I dont know. He then decided to present his veteran ID in some attempt to have a gotcha moment and explain that he was some sort of a veteran in his own right. My words cannot articulate how belittling and embarassing the interaction felt to me and my fiance. I found the entire interaction insulting and degrading. When my fiance and I sat down she mentioned how incredibly rude and tense the interaction was. I agreed, I thought it was probably the most disrespectful encounter ive ever had at a check-out. The two young men who helped prepare our food were excellent, friendly, and seemed to enjoy what they were doing and were clearly working well together as a team. We're not even sure if we got a discount as after our card was rung he just abruptly walked away and then started belittling or talking to his employees in a condescending tone. We never got a receipt, or a thank you for coming. To be clear Im not even concerned about a discount, its great when a business will throw a bone for veterans but it wouldnt exclude me from visiting a restaurant. My issue was the incredibly rude service I received. For this reason I will not come back. I would encourage the company to reach out to me if any clarification is needed.

To be honest I expected more variety and flavors. Just normal food nothing crazy. Just order the burrito, it’s cold and flat. The space it’s comfortable and clean not gonna lie. The service was normal.

Everyone was really friendly. But they didn't have the nest that I wanted. I understand that at the end of a shift and the beginning of a new shift. They should have been stalking so the customers could be fully satisfied. It was only myself and another customer. Other than that I was greeted when I walked in. The staff looked very nice.

Overall great experience, if you are looking for an alternative to choose chipotle with more flavor, and free chips give Moes and chance. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the great portions and customer service. Restaurant was slightly messy but it was busy! 4.5/5!!!

At Moe's Southwest Grill, I had a fantastic experience. The food was exceptional, though slightly pricey, but the portion sizes justified it. Parking was generally convenient, although busy times could pose a challenge. The real highlight was the consistently amazing waitstaff; their warm welcome set the tone. With great food, portion value, and attentive service, Moe's Southwest Grill guarantees a satisfying visit.

My 13 year old daughter and I visited the Mary Esther location on Aug 30 at 8:22 p.m . Upon entering we were greeted by a loud “ WERE CLOSED ! “ we knew that was false because we pulled up the hours before going in . With that being said we started our orders and the two guys preparing our orders just seemed aggravated with us being there . Another customer came in and was greeted with a “WERE CLOSED WHAT DO YOU WANT?“ Honestly I should have went with my gut and left after the greeting. While checking out one of the guys started making moaning noises which I thought was completely inappropriate in front of my 13yr . I work in the service industry and work very hard for my money to not waste it on terrible customer service.

We love this restaurant! It could use more cleaning in the dining area but the food is always GREAT and the line moves smoothly with no issues.

Friendly service (they welcome you when you come in the door), great food (a lot of it) and a very clean dining area. I had a pork bowl and it was yummy! Moe's is a necessary stop when I travel in Florida and Georgia.

Pretty happy with my selection. Selling point is toppings and selection of sauces. Value for for the money. Clean with good staff. I’m happy.

Food was good, I went an hour before closing so they were out of things (like steak) so my go to steak burrito was not to be had! That was disappointing as it seemed like the staff wasn't up for making any more food. Tried soothing new and it was tasty.

My mother and I went to this restaurant around 6 o’clock tonight. My mother ordered a burrito with the adobo chicken, white rice, and a few other things on there. Her burrito was completely cold and soggy. The rice was disgusting. It was soggy. Everything was cold we ordered queso for the chips that came with and the queso was cold, and the chips are stale. I ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole. The chicken was not warm or hot. It was cold everything that we got was cold and it just tasted awful. The service was not the greatest when ordering the person who heated up the burrito wrap, said it down on the counter, and then walked away and didn’t say anything. Then another gentleman came and tried to do the order and did the same thing. The place was dirty. Staff did not seem to care when ordering they were very quiet or didn’t talk to you. Overall, the experience was really bad and we will never eat here again.

Went here for the first time in 10+ years and I’m never going again after watching an employee reach into his back pocket, play on his phone, and touch my food with the same gloves on, all on the front line. Couldn’t be bothered to change them out. These folks need training on hygiene and proper food handling.

Would really like them to pay attention to online orders at this location. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds there and I still wait 20 minutes after the fact of when it said it would be ready for pickup. It’s always late because they didn’t see the online order or put costumers there first. Even if the online order was ordered first. I still have to go in and tell them that there is an order to actually make. 4 times now i have done this. It’s getting old. I see them sit there and start cleaning things. Then realize I have to tell them

My wife and I come in here often, almost daily for lunch. Typically it’s always a pleasant experience. I noticed one of the workers who had really long hair wasn’t wearing a hair net or anything. I didn’t make mention of it because I’m usually not that person. However when I brought lunch to my wife there was a long strand of hair in her salad. This is food services 101 people, figure it out.

Went over the weekend, their credit card system was “down” the moment my husband paid. They claimed it didn’t go through and told us that we would have to pay again once it was back up. Now I have two charges on my account for the one meal. Cashier doesn’t make eye contact when she talks to you, seems pretty sketchy to me Food was great and the people on the line were great, but the cashier that shift wasn’t great at all
