had a appointment for 9am and 2 hours later still no movement on unloading trailer. There needs to be more production in unloading trucks quicker. Some drivers have another delivery to make the same day after leaving here

So as I read all the comments I was so scared of coming here like man ama be here hours.. bought a bunch of things like alright let’s play this game. Security shack both the guy and the lady by the wooden shack roof looking type super super nice friendly kind not one bit of attitude.. y’all over here making this place look trash App is for 7 am already parked in door 105 and if I’m not mistaken 4 pallets have been brought down already Over all super quick haven’t left yet but nothing compared to the things I read

Make sure you have all day to kill if you’re coming here!! 6.5 hours to unload 19 pallets and then charged 349.00 for the lumper fee after spending most of their time on break, what a joke!!! Took a full hour just waiting for paperwork after they said they were done and the ridiculous bill was paid!!!

This place is a joke! Capstone Logistics takes their sweet a$$ time to get you unloaded. There’s no accountability. Super Value will not assist you at all. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I had to wait 1 hour to get a dock door. Light is red and no one is unloading the trailer. They all just stand around with there fingers in there noses. 22 pallets of water. It should be a straight pull. Most definitely will miss my reload. Do t come to this pace!!!

Wait wait ... appointment only If you planned to take 70 hours come over there, they don't care 6hours still waiting in the dock. This place is crazy. No overnight parking Pilot truck stop 2 miles away

HORRIBLE.... UNLOADING STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT DRIVERS TIME.. arrived at 730 for 8am apt... guards very friendly... check in guy friendly... after guard u have to park your truck in a spot and go check in.... u then have to wait for a dock... i finally got my dock aftet 9am... they 1st signs of unloading started at 12:15pm.. over 4 afters my apt time. I did read the reviews hoping mu experience would be better... if you have a choice.....AVOID THIS PLACE... done at 145pm

Big place, nice workers and I guess they are kind of fast if you are on time, I was 2 hrs late but still got unloaded, 6 hrs later, No overnight parking or inside toilet but they have a portable toilet outside.. Overall good place especially if you have to do a 2 or 3 hr reset, and very easy to GPS but use this address to get here 5020 Investment Dr. Ft. Wayne Ind. It's good for all of the other addresses. P.S.Check your bills to make sure they are there.

Arrived 9:02 Appt Time 9:00 Done 3:10pm They have their own company drivers docking. So they will stop unloading/loading you several times to do their company trucks. They are in no rush to get you out of there. After 5 hrs, they gave me a green light. I pulled up to close my doors only to find that I was still almost fully loaded!!! They called and asked me to back into another door because they didn’t have room to unload me at that door. Sat at the other door for another hour!

The market is really bad. The companies are really bad they don’t care about ur hours and our value I have another load to pick up and I can’t make still I’m on dock nothing yet they will just say wait I come here at 7 am to check and still it’s 11:03am nothing and every truck is suck here bad place to come here seriously 😒

Guard is very nice, lots of room to back in However, Bring Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner!or all 3! Arrived 2 1/2 hours before my appt. Didn’t get dock until 2 hours after my appt time, They never started unloading until 2 hrs and 15 min after I was docked. It’s already been an 7 hour wait day and I’m not unloaded yet!! It’s ashame the disregard they have for a drivers time!!

Reefer load/ delivery Feb.15.23 If you going there I suggest you cancel the load at any cost because you will be sitting at the dock for at least 5 to 6 hours. And don't even try your luck bc I am assuring you it is going to be a good 6 hours. My appointment time set for 8AM, I checked in at 7AM, put me on a door at 8:00AM I was out at 13:00 No overnight parking There is pilot 1 mile away if you decided to take this load. Never again to this place.

This place takes all day too unload you had 10 o'clock appointment put in door 1030 did not start uploading till 1430 an still not empty at 1549 there no reason it should take this long too unload I guess appt times are just a suggestion

Arrived 0850hrs for my 0930hrs appointment. Was unloaded at 1400hrs and finally got my paperwork 45mins after i was unloaded.... ask for more money because they will waste your time.... appointment times means nothing to them.... they will only use it as an excuse to reschedule you the next day if you are late.

Reviews are correct this place is horrible. Bring Pepsi load appt at 730 get here 725... For check-in lady to call someone and they say they don't want load. Email to reschedule if you don't want what good is rescheduling going to do. NO REASON GIVEN NO PHONE NUMBER NOTHING BS..we drive burn fuel to get here for NO GIVEN REASON UNFI REFUSE LOADS......I WILL NEVER EVER EVER DELIVER FOR XPO UNFI OR SUPERVALU..

Wasted an entire day here. Spent hours and hours at the dock and then was stuck with "damaged" product, that they probably caused! The staff members I interacted with were nice, so it's probably just a bad system.

I go in young to unload their freight I am still waiting two hours from my appointment time it looks like I will be finished by the time I am old. Sad sad may be boycotting them will improve their service and rate still sad I wonder management see their incompetence it is a reflection of their management as well

Great staff at the front end. Lumpers/Receiving staff are something else. +5hr wait ending with a broken load lock. SMH

This place should be permanently closed! This is a fine example of a why unions are outdated. I'm an otr driver and this place is one of the worst slowest places I have ever been to! Avoid their stores and if you are a driver don't take a load in here!

Came here first time they are really bad my appointment is at 7:30am on 02/02/23 i checked-in at 7:05 am they call me at 8:30 am for door they gave me door-6 and now time is 1:00pm and they finished unloading 12:30pm 5hrs30 mins for unloading and now they are counting products another 2-3 hrs for counting it means 7-8 hrs total don't come here they waste whole day thatsit if u wanna come u wanna waste ur whole day then ure welcome come truckers come i know u can waste ur day i know these days u all just want to rollin there trucks for free of cost

Worst receiver EVER!!! They held my driver for more than 8 hours and only unloaded 3 trucks in that time. The guys who are unloading are very slow at unloading and counting the product. My driver tried to call them a few times to see what's taking so long and they just laughed at him and are acting like they do not hear him. TERRIBLE!!!

Checked 6:30am for 7am apt got the door at 7am and it is 10am still unloading. Slow as hell! Stay away from this place. It’s my first and last time here never coming back!

First when i read all thr reviews, it scared me .when i got checked in at 8:300 am for my 9:30 am apointment ,i got a door and unloaded in 1hour and 30minutes out of the door at 10:30. all i have to say is THANK U.

Well, my experience was pretty good. Got there at 7:30 for a 8:00 am app. Lady at the guard shack was nice and explained everything good. Though I would be there a lot longer, but got me out by 11, so I’ll call it a win. I’ve definitely had worse. They have porta johns, so I’m good

Entrance is on Investment not Executive. Plenty of room. That's where the good stuff ends. No overnight parking, portable toilet only. Checked in at 6am for my 7am appointment. 4 hours later no unloading in sight. Was told that Receiver comes in at 8:30. I said, well at least unload me before that so he has something to count. Was told that it is the same guy unloading and receiving. I just put this place on my Do-Not-Go list.

This place is absolutely horrible. It doesn’t matter if you’re on time or 3 hrs before your appointment been here 3 times and it’s the same results. Hurry up and wait!!! There is no sense in this. If you don’t have to come I would advise you not to. The detention time is not even worth it!!

First and last time! I won’t be back for sure. Takes forever to unload you. I read all the reviews but still wanted to give them a chance. Big mistake! Do not come to this place unless your load is paid really good, otherwise you’ll regret. Wasted my whole day, unbelievable.

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! UNFI staff is nice, but the Capstone crew is horrible! Checked in at 9:30 am for 10 am appointment and out by 3:45 pm. Capstone sent me a lumper message at 2:45 pm, and I paid it instantly. Then, I waited an hour just to get my paperwork. I advise you to book your next load for a very late pickup, or else chances are you will miss your next appointment.

I was not aware when getting load I was coming to UNFI until I arrived. 7:30 am appt.-I was finally unloaded, paid lumper & got green go light at 1400. UNFI Truck Entrance, if coming off Coliseum, driveway on right, just before railroad tracks. You will sign but it's hard to read until you get closer. Pilot is off exit on Coliseum about 2 miles away. Be prepared to wait. No Overnight Parking
