Although this hotel sports the old fashioned TVs and the furniture from the '50s and '60s, it is the cheapest place in town! Weekly rates available. Friendly and respectful but quiet front desk staff. Accommodations are sufficient, including ice machine and coin laundry. Clientele is a bit iffy, so keep to yourself. Someone is always getting arrested or getting hit or any number of elicit and illegal activities always going on in other rooms; however, no one bothers anyone and everyone is respectful and keeps to themselves.

Myself and wife like the owners and staff here if have any issues with people around we just let the office know. The owners and staff are great to be around. They are make this places a great place for people to be off the streets. You can tell that they are making this motel a better place for people to have a place to live besides the streets of fort Wayne Indiana

I was attacked, robbed, and assaulted at this establishment! I ended up in the hospital with multiple broken bones, lacerations, brain damage, ect.. the 2 whom violently attacked me have now been charged and arrested. they were both living there at the time. I am now going to hire an attorney and the owner will be hearing from us very soon ! I have to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else! My child and child's mother were there as well when this violent attack happened. She even told the manager on shift what was going on and he just waved her off said it happens all the time. WOW just wow. I'm going to make sure EVERYONE KNOWS what has happened to me and others there.

This place is not for your average let's stop and vacation here. This motel is part of the police department, they mine as well rent rooms here. Would you like to see true crime up close and personal. Shootings, raids and people awake all day and night. Creepy critters, "You'll know they don't like to hang out with themselves. And hey watch those potholes on the way out.

You get what you pay for. Around $45 a night or $220 a week. Hot water, clean bedding. Sometimes noisy just depending on your neighbors. Walk across the parking lot to the Dollar General, Speedway gas station, a Greek restaurant that serves fantastic breakfast and lunch, a pawn shop, and a local closeout store!

Terrible this place should be free for the Homeless at the very least I was sick this placé is able to remain open

It was okay for $30 a night as a basic shelter I guess lol. Room and furniture wasn't too bad.. They probably don't wash sheets very often and there was a couple cockroaches and other bugs. I'd say its alright if your in tough spot, or desperately need some sleep but other than that, probably stay away. What do u really expect for $30 a night ha. Also no refrigerator of any kind.

This isn't a high dollar hotel so you do get what you pay for. That being said, the front desk people are really nice. The housekeepers go out of their way to help you. They even helped an older man moved to a downstairs room because he couldn't walk up and down stairs anymore. Above and beyond their job. The rooms are clean and have the basic things needed. Fridge and microwave

We were in town for an event and were supposed to be at a nearby Hotel but checked in late No room since pipes were broken in our room and there was nothing else available. Popular weekend I guess because no decent hotel in a 5 mile radius with availability. The Marriot Clerk searched for anything in the neighborhood and came up with this place: for $120 (!) per night. We checked in with a decent fellow at the office: was 1 AM so didn't check out the place first. I couldn't believe what I saw. Shady characters walking around. Approached by a very drunk woman trying to find her room. Within 2 minutes, I went back in the office and told him that we did not feel safe and would not stay there, but he refused to cancel the transaction or refund us. STAY FAR AWAY.

Awful rooms. Dirty and bug infested.. Managers are very rude,, if you can even understand their language. It's america here,, speak English

I guess the next time I post a review the owner won't respond with his incorrect response. I posted that I lived there for three months and they never once had a bug man spray the room. He said they got sprayed every month but just a week or so ago he fired the manager for fraudulently supplying bills for bug spraying she never had done. Way to go Sarah, so glad you got caught in your fraudulent activity.

just locked ur car, ur room doors and especially make sure ur windows can't be opened even wen u think they are locked

Room smelled very nice and clean front desk very nice housekeeping are very great people will go out of the way for you great for what price is very cheap well worth it

So my refrigerator went out around 11am and by 12:30pm the owner had a brand new refrigerator out of the box put in my room! Thank you to all the staff at the Coliseum Inn for all that you do!

Bed bugs. Stayed there for a week in Room 423. Left September 3. The clerk tried to deny there were any, even after they sprayed for bed bugs. I paid for a second week beginning September 2, but go my money back.

Wow!!! Staff is amazing really down to earth people,But however the rooms it was kind of like the movie The Mummy when you turn off the lights and. I turned turn the the lights on togo take a leak 3 or3:30 in the morning.There would be thumb size cockroaches all over the place EEEEEkk!!!!!kinda like being in the haunted Castle

We have been here roughly 5 months now and I'm absolutely amazed how things are taken care of in a timely matter! I want to give a big shout out and thank the Coliseum Inn employees and the Manager for being so intentive about the up keep of the motel! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK COLISEUM INN EMPLOYEES! I am Jay, the manager of Coliseum Inn. We have been working toward improvements on the hotel. We hired a couple to clean rooms and they have done an excellent job plus they go out of their way to help customers. It is a slow process but we are getting better. Low Budget hotel however the Service was friendly and Accommodating. They were booked so I made Arrangements for them to hold the next Available Room. It only took 24 Hours. The Laundry Room Appliances dont hardly work and the ice machine is broke. No coin dispenser in the laundry area. There is No Cigarette dispensers on ground level rooms. There is No Vending Machine either. The stay is pleasant and shopping near by in walking Distance. Restaurant Cafe next Door. Gas Station convenience near by.
