we've used other Caliber in the past unfortunately...no one wants to have to take their car in for repairs. Greg at this location continued the wonderful customer experience we've had in the past at the other location we typically use. Throughout the process he was constantly in contact letting me know the status of the repairs as things went through the process. Process was smooth and can't thank the team there enough for their work.

My daughters car was hit in the side and we were pretty worried because the whole door had to be replaced, but it came back looking brand new and was even ready the day before they told us it would be. Both the customer service in the workmanship were top-notch!

These guys so quality work. They communicate with you through the entire process so you know what’s going on. Have Enterprise car rental on site if you need a vehicle while yours is being fixed. I have dealt with them on many occasions and I come back because I know they will do it right.

Be caution with this people. They continue playing around with me. 3 weeks ago they told me car will be ready... Since then I call every day and every day they says car will be available for pick up in the evening... I cant. I have to take my 4years old daughter to school and I need to go to my Therapy and they keep playing arond with me. Th.

Got rear ended kinda badly and my tire was stabbed by the rear fender they fixed my car up like new the service advisor Kevin was super helpful and helpful with the status of my car . They did an amazing job I would definitely go back and recommend for future reference!!

Tony made the whole process incredibly easy. Months after having my wife’s bumper replaced some of the clips had to be replaced and he took care of it no questions asked. Even went as far to help fix a door panel that popped loose. Very professional and great to work with.

The car was hit broadside, right at the post. They fixed everything. No sign of collision. Doors open and close properly, as do the windows. No new road noise. No unanswered questions. Lifetime warranty on their work. I highly recommend this body shop.

His name is Greg, the very best customer service, and a man of his word. He contacted daily (as he said he would) giving me updates, and always asking if I has any questions. They did an awesome job on my car, and it was completed way sooner than expected, and way cleaner than when I brought it in. Kayla help me out with my car, I was in a car accident and needed both my front finders replaced as well my front bumper but she didn’t just replaced them she went above and beyond to tell me extra stuff that I might need to replace soon, if it wasn’t for her and her shop I wouldn’t have known that if probably would have been way worse or more expensive. Over all i highly recommend Kayla if you go to this location!! 5 starts all around

My vehicle's paint had been severely damaged over the years. I am that type of person where I sometimes just ignore issues if they don't immediately decrease the overall quality of my life and this was one of those things. Eventually I got into a bit of an accident so no longer was able to ignore the issues at hand. Giovanni was quick to assist me. Made my experience effortless. He was incredibly knowledgeable, provided great communication, answered all my questions and my vehicle came back to me looking 100 times better than it had prior to my incident. He went far beyond the scope of his job description which was comforting for me as a customer who is not familiar with the ins and outs of the auto body world - 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this Caliber Collision. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. I took my car in for repairs and the staff made sure I knew what was going on. I also got text messages for my updates on my repairs. The manager is very friendly and will go above and beyond to get the job done and always with a smile.

Greg was fantastic! He for my car fixed in less time than expected. Not to mention I had a silly request I had these American flag valve caps and they were important to me and I told him please don’t lose them. He then made it a point to have put it on the work order in bold so that no one lost them. I truly appreciated it and recommend this shop.

My son was involved in an accident and Caliber made the experience so much easier. The tow company was able to drop st their location after hours and work started within a few days. We received constant communication on each step and the truck looked like it had never even been involved in an accident. Highly recommend.
