I
had
to
wait
to
come
on
here
to
write
this
review,
as
I
needed
to
find
the
right
words.
On
July
23,
2022
we
came
in
to
get
some
school
shopping
done
and
our
daughter
left
her
shoe
bag
unattended
for
the
most
5
minutes.
We
were
literally
the
only
people
in
the
store.
Within
those
5
minutes
of
course
the
bag
was
gone
and
I
went
to
the
counter
and
asked
if
they
had
grabbed
the
bag
or
if
anyone
had
turned
it
in.
The
employee
immediately
said
no,
she
did
not
even
ask
her
coworkers
or
even
look
around
behind
the
counter.
The
he
young
lady
immediately
said
no.
You
can
see
another
employee
from
a
distance
away
paying
close
attention
trying
to
listen
to
our
conversation
and
it
just
seemed
sketchy.
My
husband
asked
for
the
general
manager
to
please
look
at
her
cameras,
as
I
previously
mentioned,
we
were
the
only
ones
in
the
store.
In
the
meantime
that
the
general
manger,
Connie
Sol,
was
looking
at
the
camera
footage,
I
went
to
go
look
for
a
security
to
possibly
assist.
Of
course
I
then
received
a
call
from
my
husband
stating
that
the
shoes
were
found.
I
walked
back
to
the
store
and
he
stated
that
our
daughter,
being
a
kid,
leaned
over
the
counter
and
saw
the
bag
of
shoes
behind
the
counter.
My
husband
then
tells
the
employee
"
That
is
my
bag:
and
the
employee
said
"are
you
sure"
Once
the
bag
was
handed
to
us,
we
confirmed
it
was
our
bag.
The
fact
that
you
don't
feel
safe
inside
a
store
with
situations
like
this
should
definitely
say
something.
We
spent
approximately
$300
and
I
can
say
that
I
am
just
genuinely
upset
on
how
this
whole
situation
went
down.
I
believe
the
employee
took
the
bag
and
was
stealing
from
us,
the
customer.
Such
a
terrible
experience.
