Very friendly staffs 👍 It is a good location, nice atmosphere for studying as well. I wish they had more big sized table for over 5-6 people, though.

Tyler was so nice, he made me a "dirty soda" and all is well in my world. This Starbucks is squeaky clean, the staff is polite and welcoming and the vibe is chill. I am a happy camper!

I stayed here for a few hours working on my laptop, so I would say that the general atmosphere at this location was good (could use more comfortable chairs, but everything else was good). The employees had a great attitude even though it was pretty early in the morning when I got there. While there, it seemed like they were pretty good at handling lines of customers when it got busy too.

I know that it has been said a hundred times how classy Starbucks is, but it REALLY is! I would go there every day and just relax with some friends for a few hours. Maybe sit back when it ever starts snowing in Dallas. I will buy a Super Dose of Caramel Apple Spice with enough Whipped Cream to make Santa Claus forget about Cookies. But if I am in a traditional mood I will go with the simple yet unforgettable Hot Chocolate with a medley of ingredients to induce euphoria. I love Starbucks for these reasons and I love the food just the same but the drinks take you away.

I think Kev (Kevin?) at the register really made my day because it's rare to see the kind of customer service you get in starbucks these days. He def needs a raise for his friendly customer service and attention to detail. The starbucks overall had a cool layout where even it's a small store it seemed spacious. All the staffs seem upbeat and friendly. Got the protein package and the black iced tea.

Staff is so friendly! I love stopping by this Starbucks, hands down best in the DFW.

Just went it to get a tall peppermint mocha and when I got to my job and opened the lid I find that my drink is half way full. I am disappointed that the workers would think it’s okay to give someone a drink like that, I assume that if they put a lid on the drink the buyer wouldn’t notice it but I did and now I will not be coming back, I left a tip like I normally do when I have a good experience but this experience was not good at all.
