These people are awesome. I started using them after being treated horribly at CareNow. Their staff is the most understanding and welcoming people ever. I recently had a bad allergic reaction and I didn't know what to do because I didn't fully know if I was allergic to that item, they made me feel heard and helped me through the symptoms. The nurse explained what was prescribed and why and she was amazing at making me feel comfortable. I love this clinic.

Brought my kid in for possible strep. There was little to no wait time. Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me with registration. Medical team really know their stuff. I appreciate that they spoke to us with respect. I've used other walk in clinics in the past, and it was so horrible it put me off seeking Medical attention. Community Med in Mansfield has renewed my faith. I will recommend them to EVERYONE!

I give this place 5 stars ❤️ I will be returning for my urgent needs. I’ve tried other urgent care and did not receive the care that I received at this place. The PA was awesome. Service was quick and thorough. Mattie has hands like an angel. She did not hurt me when giving me my shot. AWESOME CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I found a new home urgent care for me ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I took my daughter in there for a strep throat. They were great with the service they gave us. They showed that they really cared about our problem. I will recommend them to my family and others. The nurse was great, she put my daughter at ease after realizing she was very on edge. She is great.

Made an online appointment, filled out the paperwork, walked in and only waited about 10 minutes. From the receptionist to the two physicians I interacted with, everyone was so polite. My first visit but it will not be my last, they are so much closer than the VA and my insurance is accepted.

I had a great experience here! I was able to book an appointment, get my vitals checked, and talked to a provider all within the hour. The staff was very professional and Chris and Chelsea took great care of me. All of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed.

My medical care was out this world. Very professional staff and very attentive to your needs. From the front desk to the bedside doctors care was beyond superb. I can not say enough about the medical care I received. They all listened to me as soon as I walked in. They made eye contact with me and treated me so well. The doctor listened to me and also made eye contact with me. I felt so much better after being in the care of CommunityMed Family Urgent Care. They all and I do mean all showed so much care for my needs. This is the way medical care should be. I could go on and on about the spectacular care team and atmosphere. Wow.. First time ever I found a facility that was fast, efficient and homeopathic friendly. The PA I saw was very detailed and I would go back to him anytime. Thorough and very knowledgeable.. I felt important. Valued and heard. So appreciate the service.
