I just got the dozen. All of donuts looked so old. The reason that I love the Krispy is "fresh" and "soft". But all of donuts were not fresh.(the red sign was on) look at the shape. The donuts were too hard to bite!!!!! The cashier overcharged. They did not know what promotions they offered. Even, they did not know how to refund. So horrible experience. Bye Krispy Frisco.

I gave 2 stars, but I wanted to give none. First off, I travel 3 hours to mainly get Kripsy Kreme donuts because we (Shreveportor's) no longer have one here. A friend of mine and I had been wanting these donuts since forever! I told her the next time I go to Texas (Frisco), I would bring her some back. I went thru the drive-thru and was asked to wait a min before ordering. After sitting there a period of time, I drove up to the window where a young lady opened the window to apologize because she had gone to the bathroom. She then went on to tell me she was pregnant, so she had to go. Ok, I understood that and went on with my order. I ordered 2 dozen plain glazed. As she came back and handed them to me, I said, "Wow, that wS fast, were those already pre-boxed?" She told me they WERE NOT and that she was just that good. I said ok and paid for them and drove off. As I got on the highway to head back to Shreveport (about 15 mins into the drive) I opened the box and to my dismay, the donuts were lacking cream and looked like they had been in the box for days! They also tasted old! I did reach out to the manager (Paul), who did offer to replace the 2 dozen the next time I came. I mean, my delima with that is, ur only replacing what I paid for and didn't eat. So it's kinda like I'm just getting what I paid for anyway. Not only that, I traveled 3 hours to get them. Can someone make that make sense?

The workers don't care about the order of the line. A woman came in and the line was so long she had to stand around the corner. As the line got shorter she couldn't see this because she was around the corner. A family came in and tried to cut in front of her. She told them she was in line and he went off on her. I assured the man she was definitely there for a while. He started screaming at me. My boyfriend started yelling back. The staff did nothing about it. They saw who was walking through the door and the wait was about 30 minutes, so they know she was there. They just care about money.

service was awful. no one was attending the drive thru and the queue was over 10 cars long. we sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins and eventually came inside, just to have the cashier interrupt us and take another customers order as we ordered. we will not be coming back.

Nothing beats a hot Krispy Kreme donut. Service was fast and the donuts were nice and hot. This is a really good Krispy Kreme

Krispy Kreme's new Oreo & Chips Ahoy Cookie Blast is like the Turducken of doughnuts. To start with, there's a chewy Chips Ahoy cookie stuffed inside. And it's been filled with Krispy Kreme's normal cookies & cream filling and Oreo cookies & cream filling. Plus the top of the doughnut is iced with cookie dough icing and covered in both Oreo and Chips Ahoy cookie pieces. And, if that's not enough, there's a mini Oreo and a mini Chips Ahoy cookie perched on a mound of Oreos cookie and cream. With all of those ingredients, I was afraid the flavor profile would be overwhelming, but it wasn't. In fact, I found it to be quite tasty.

Busy. Crowded. High Tension among customers waiting in line. Be prepared to wait on Sunday morning. Saw fresh made donuts like the kind I ordered but they were not offered to me.
