I
received
a
phone
call
from
a
guy
that
works
at
Avilla
Heritage.
I
was
travelling
back
home
from
getting
my
daughter
settled
in
at
college
almost
4
hours
away.
He
said
he
was
calling
on
behalf
of
Avilla
Heritage
and
the
manager
asked
him
to
call
me
to
see
when
and
if
I
was
moving
out.
I
had
no
idea
what
he
was
talking
about.
I
asked
him
to
clarify,
he
said
he
would
have
the
manager,
Andrea
call
me
cause
he
was
not
quite
sure
if
he
had
the
correct
information.
On
Monday,
Jan
16th,
my
grand
daughter's
birthday
and
the
MLK
Holiday,
Andrea
called
me
at
9:14
am
to
inform
me
that
they
were
not
renewing
my
lease
and
I
had
to
move.
She
mentioned
a
lot
of
the
things
that
had
been
going
on
including,
my
lease
and
billing
issues
that
I
had
been
complaining
about;
Ashley
calling
the
Grand
Prairie
PD
on
me
2
times,
both
were
perjury
and
falsification;
how
they
would
be
talking
with
Ashley
about
her
non-professionalism
attitude
when
her
90
-
day
review
comes
up.
Also
about
how
she
handled
the
situation
by
calling
the
authorities
initially
and
how
Ashley
also
set
up
the
1
o
clock
meeting
and
could
have
easily
called
me
to
say
it
was
cancelled.
She
instead
called
the
Grand
Prairie
PD
and
said
she
felt
threatened
when
I
stood
outside
and
knocked
on
the
locked
door.
Andrea
also
said
there
was
a
non-renewal
letter
mailed
to
me,
which
I
have
not
received.
She
said
she
would
look
for
it
because
she
is
not
sure
if
Ashley
actually
mailed
it.
Andrea
said
she
would
have
to
find
it
but
would
probably
just
have
to
mail
me
another
letter
for
30-days
to
vacate.
Andrea
said
she
remembers
when
I
came
by
the
office
to
talk
about
my
renewal,
but
was
too
busy
to
talk
with
me
then
so
she
was
to
get
back
to
me,
but
never
did.
She
also
talked
about
not
charging
me
for
the
renewal
and
some
other
fees.
Im
not
sure
why
she
was
not
billing
me
correctly.
I
am
very
confused
because
I
have
been
consistently
reaching
out
to
the
Avilla
Heritage
staff
by
email
and
in
person.
She
said
Ashley
threw
away
the
email
that
I
sent
her
regarding
the
billing
errors
and
maintenance
requests,
so
she
was
not
able
to
contact
me.
She
also
said
Ashley
told
her
that
I
came
by
to
discuss
the
email.
Andrea
said
she
mistakenly
talked
to
another
tenant
named
Sharon
about
my
apartment
issue,
which
is
a
violation
of
privacy.
She
said
Ashley
did
not
tell
her
the
correct
tenants
name
to
talk
to.
She
also
mentioned
how
Ashley
was
new
and
overworked
and
probably
going
remote
and
all
the
other
new
changes.
She
also
said
Ashley
was
"Red"
Im
not
sure
what
that
means,
but
that
she
is
a
direct
and
an
assertive
type
of
person?
She
also
talked
about
how
the
new
management
company
is
trying
to
save
money
by
not
hiring
enough
staff
to
provide
the
services
that
they
are
charging
tenants
for.
In
addition
to
a
few
other
deceptive
management
procedures.
This
is
a
direct
violation
of
the
Deceptive
Trade
Practices
Act.
Andrea
also
talked
about
this
new
management
company
who
has
all
these
properties
now
and
not
enough
staff
and
resources
to
manage
the
day
to
day
activities
of
the
tenants.
This
has
been
a
very
very
stressful
situation
for
my
family
and
I.
We
have
had
the
police
called
on
us,
false
allegations
made
against
us
by
Avilla
Heritage
Staff
,
including
Andrea,
Ashley
and
the
tall
maintenance
guy
with
glass.
The
office
staff
have
been
practicing
deceptive
trade
acts
against
my
family
and
I.
My
daughter
and
I
are
being
displaced.
We
have
felt
threatened,
retaliated
against,
humiliated
and
are
experiencing
extraordinary
amounts
of
pain
and
suffering
caused
by
the
front
office
staff
and
maintenance
at
Avilla
Heritage.
