A well known store in United States. This particular store been always an attraction to the North East mall shoppers. Its always fully stocked. A huge variety and selection of everything is available here. Beautifully decorated and clean store. Very friendly and professional staff. Macy's always has sales events and different types of coupons to use especially for Rewards members. I love to shop here.

Store Manager at Finish line has a real bad attitude. When I got my shoes she was talking down to one of the workers treating him like he was dumb. I went back to return the shoes due to they didnt fit. She had a bad attitude then again. She told me she didnt need to hear my story. I did buy my shoes with a Macys card. I did not have a reciept. She was able to pull it up on her computer. She said next time have your reciept with a nasty ghetto attitude. I wouldn't have a nasty person like that running my business. Anyways beware. I dont think I will be coming back to this store.

The prices in the backstage area are good. The store looked like a ghost town. Not many helpful employees in the perfume department. I'll just stick to ordering online for gifts at this point or just go to the backstage area for purchases and leave after that. Macys has declined over the years.

Good cloths but surprisingly very distressed fitting rooms… (see pic). It would be good to upgrade it a little bit.

Big store with a variety of clothing brands, Jewelry, kitchen, bedding & bath items available. Is at accessible distance from Haslet & Fort Worth. This store has backstage available which has best deals on various products.

It was 5 star. Now it's 1 star at the northeast mall in Fort worth. The elevator not working. The escalator was out..Everyone had to walk up broke stairs . I think Macy's make enough money that the customer doesn't have to do this. The elevator outside was nasty and look like it had not be clean in 20years. This will discourage anyone from shopping

Went to find a certain parfume. They don't carry any longer, but my sales lady knew of a return! I got it for 50% off!

Like shopping at Macy's, they have some really good sales, however, I gave four stars because every time I have gone in the last 5 to 6 months their escalator isn't working and the elevator is broken. Normally I park at Macy's bottom level, shop, and enter the mall that way but it's a pretty tough when you have a toddler and a stroller to carry up and down a escalator!
