Today I experienced the worst customer service ever. I shop Ross cedar hill all the time. Today there was a really bad storm that caused power outage. The staff told customers to go to the front of the store. Then told everyone to get out n go outside. They endangered lives by kicking everyone out into this tragic storm. Winds were high, rain was pouring down, it’s was foggy. We couldn’t see. They could have at least waited for the storm to pass and ask customers in a professional manner to exit the building. Instead we were told to “go outside” I’m quoting their words exactly. I have photos and plan on documenting and sending to district manager. This was sad to see, instead of keeping customers safe inside building until storm passed by , they decided to kick all of us out. I am very disappointed to see that our safety was not a priority.

The store honestly looked a mess, as long as I've been shopping here I've never seen this particular location in Cedar Hill look this awful, not even around the holidays... I hope you guys hire more help to improve the appearance of the store to make it more presentable for customers to shop... This store was literally unsafe for walking because there where items in the middle of pretty much every single aisle. I wish I could upload the video I made so you guys could really see the extent of the mess I saw while in the store...

Caren was extremely unprofessional, she was on the phone with both AirPods in the whole time while checking us out talking about how she “finna add someone to the call” I am extremely disappointed with this employee!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I am saddened and upset with this store. My husband and I stopped by to shop around. We found some some items I wanted to try on because every item fits differently. I will not buy if I cannot try it on. I walk to the fitting rooms and I’m immediately told “we’re closed”. I asked “what time do you normally close the fitting room” . The lady shrugged her shoulders and tossed up her hands. “ so you just close whenever you want to?” I asked to put my items on her rack for return so I didn’t miss place the items I couldn’t buy. My husband and I immediately left even though I wanted to shop in the home goods department. It’s seem like this Ross cares little for customer service and is doing fine by turning business down.

This was the neatest & well organized Ross Department Store with PHENOMENAL staff that I've ever shopped in...I was literally blown away the floors were clean (WHITE) everything was spaced out not bunched up like all the other stores. This Cedar Hill location hands down is the top dawg Ross

Aldo pumps and handbag. Ross never disappoints when it comes to home decor. I've decorated several spaces with Ross pieces. Love the black art! Yes everything you see is from Ross!

I love a good deal at Ross. Occasionally you can find some really nice home decor and clothing items when they aren’t picked over.

I love shopping at Ross! I find some amazing household items and otherthings. My wardrobe looks great thanks to Ross!!! I always get a lot of compliments on what I'm wearing. I couldn't be more happier with this piece! This jumpsuit was only $16.99 the brand is Enfocus Studio and the handbag is from ALDO not sure of the price is was gifted to me.
