    I moved in The Mark 2600 on 7/22/23 and have literally been to their office every day with some kind of maintenance concern. I’ve also put in work orders that are marked as completed when no one have ever come out to service the issues. Today I wake up to pouring water in my restroom coming from the second floor unit over me. I do not know my neighbors but, knocked on their door to find out if they were aware and was told they’ve been putting in orders constantly about water in their unit as well that have not been answered. I have contacted the office directly and emergency maintenance but, no one have come out. And this is consistent pouring of water non- stop that is now entering my hallway and bedrooms. There have been standing water and roaches in the dishwasher since I’ve moved in. All cabinets have water damage and rotting wood underneath. Faucets rock out of place when turned on and an infestation of roaches in which I’ve began treating myself. I am not from the area and was unaware of the ongoing issues with this apartment complex. Did not know until move in that all the ongoing issues I’m having are the same complaints listed in the apartments reviews. With all the water damage I am sure that the apartment possibly has mold and I have a 9 yr old with asthma and epilepsy. The apartment managers when addressed with issues just brush you off. This is totally unacceptable to be paying $1540 per month. Anyone thinking about renting here please take my advice and don’t!!!! Everything you read in reviews on the apartments regarding complaints is a total absolute truth! Save yourself the stress.

    I wanted to update my review of this property and I would love to have been able to give this place a negative review I would have. I went with this property because I was in desperate need of a place to live for my and my 8 year old granddaughter. I told the office exactly what my needs were and I was told no issue. Fast forward to after I had written this review. I was asked to come in and sign my lease and pay and get the keys. I get there and I'm told oh I'm sorry we went to clean the place and the air conditioner is broken so you can move in tomorrow after 3pm. Ok, sure at this point I'm just thankful that something is getting done. AT this point I have already had the electricity turned on since that was required to get the keys. At 5pm that same day I got a call from the office and the lady, that term is being used very loosely, says that there is another problem and I now can not move in until the following week. Well past my time that I have to be out of the location I was at. I explained that to her and she said she is sorry nothing she can do oh and the key she gave me is not a good key she just gave it to me because I was in the office and she wanted to get me to leave. At this point I'm in tears and beyond frustrated. So I asked about a new unit. She said that she would have to talk to her manager and would call me the next day. The next day came and crickets. I called but of course no answer. Finally on Monday I get someone to answer who tells me that she is the new manager and she is going to walk my unit and see what can be done. She said I would hear back from her that day before 5pm. The next day when I have still not heard back I try calling and of course it goes to voicemail. I then sent an email and copied the property management email on it and within 5 minutes I had a phone call saying that now they are just going to refund the money and we can just part ways. This property is a joke and the parent company is a joke. They refused to make this situation right and I am still fighting the electric company to get my money back. I hope that this helps someone else. Does this office ever answer the phone? Is there a secret number? I have called and emailed every day straight for almost 2 weeks. after all that and i have now called almost once an hour since this morning and you are right back to ghosting me.

    This place is a joke, don't move here. Can't get a hold of anyone. Had to stay in a hotel twice because their breaker kept malfunctioning. Called the after hours maintenance and you can't even leave a message, says system down. I understand the first time but 2 months later happens again and same scenario. Nobody answers the phone in the office. Today had an issue paying rent on site, have been trying to talk to someone in office since noon. Doors lock with sign saying they will be back at 6:15. They close at 5 🤦🏽‍♀️. Pool opened for 2 days this summer, had mold in areas, looks like the city saw that too has not open since.

    The move in process was great, but since I've been here things have gotten increasingly worse. Maintenance never shows up when they're supposed to. My kids and I have gone without power twice and emergency maintenance is a no show!! We're paying for hotel rooms to have A/C and lights when I have an apt.... Unacceptable

    It’s 94 degrees in my apartment and this is the living conditions management feel is suitable for me and my kids to live in paying a $2k rent. I need an explanation as to why this is ok. And I called in and went to the office several times in over a months time . Mind you management and employees has been switched several times within the time I’ve been complaining about my ac unit being fixed. And still no one has attempt to come. I will be contacting code of compliance and whoever else I need to about this matter. This is totally unacceptable. Not to mention they closed the office for tomorrow so we can’t come inside and they brought a small portable unit that doesn’t blow much of anything out to cool a 3 bedroom apartment. THIS IS COMING FROM A TENANT THAT PAYS RENT ON TIME!!!!

    I been over my friend house for a month and her air been going in and out and just recently now her air went completely out she called them and nothing has been done. It been three days already. They gave us a small cooler to keep cool mind you it’s already 104 degrees here and it’s not blowing cool air at all. We have kids here and the office not doing their job!

    This is by far the best experience I have ever had moving into a new place! Ashley and DERICKA are fantastic!! DERICKA really went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I need to have a great move in. I am thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, kindness, customer service skills, and her being a genuinely great person.!! Ashley also has been honest and upfront with me and also is a great person! She has to set the expectations properly. I still have a few maintenance orders that need to be done but I am confident they will take care of them as it might take a bit longer due to the holidays . The only negative is that my door is missing quite a bit of paint. However, I asked them if they can touch that up and she said she will get back to me. I’m still waiting to hear back from her. I’m confident that she will reach out to me as soon as she can again with the holidays it might take a bit longer than usual . I am so incredibly pleased with how quiet to community is!! it’s quiet and peaceful overall I’m extremely happy with my new community that I’m living in. Robert in maintenance is wonderful!! He came to fix a few things in my new home and he truly cares and is excellent at what he does.He is thorough and efficient with great customer service!! I’m definitely impressed with Robert and very pleased with the quality repairs he did.

    Worst apartment ever, I wish I could live a zero review if that were possible. We moved here because we needed to cut down on rent but it’s not worth it, DONT MOVE HERE , they will be nice to your face until you move, but after give you the worst service. We stayed with a broken AC for almost a month ,broken washer cold water tap that they haven’t fixed yet, I honestly don’t think they ever connected it at all. Loose bathroom mirror that dropped broken, thank God non of us was in there because that’s dangerous, faulty breaker, you can’t use your cooking stove and microwave at the same time here because they with go off on you, no working smoke detectors, blocked bathtub drainage and let me not forget the microwave not connected to take the smoke out but right onto your face 😂 I am so angry writing this but I am still laughing. They promised us free second month rent, but second month came and they said it wasn’t written which I kinda take blame for taking their word for it, they then go ahead and decide to keep their word which I am thankful but moved it forward, I am just glad they still gave us the us the free month, but yeah still angry because we don’t get unplanned money from the treeeeeee…. DONT MOVE HEREEEEEEEEEE.
