What happened!? For the prices of tickets, I expect a clean theatre with clean chairs. There’s popcorn on the floor, and the room smells like urine. I wish I had seen the reviews before coming. The smell while watching the movie was horrible.

Went to Alamo Drafthouse today. The seats were ripped beyond belief. It took 30 minutes to get the right glass of wine. They initially gave me a sparkling champagne drink. I asked for a Pinot Grigio. I said give me a sauvignon blanc because clearly they do not have a Pinot Grigio. The waiter then decided to charge me for the most expensive glass of wine they had on their menu. I guess maybe to make a higher tip. The whole place is poorly run. The food was cold. I would not go there. It’s better to just go to Lake Highlands or Richardson if you want to go to an Alamo Drafthouse. The seats are ripped and gross.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Food and drinks are good. My only feedback would be to renovate or reupholster the theater seats. If it's not in the budget to replace the leather seats perhaps get some chic seat covers for aesthetics. Otherwise I would highly recommend and will be back!

Just by down town the view is amazing all around .. perfect for ur date. 😀 love the location an great service . Food as always new location yet always at my expectations.🤌👍

I went to see the Renaissance, which was amazing. The sound quality was perfect. The biggest negative was the cleanliness of the theater. The seats are worn or discolored. The table and menu were dirty which led me NOT to order a food or drink. It was a shame because I was starving. My seat didn’t recline. I switched seats and it didn’t recline either. $25 wasn’t worth it.

This experience was awesome, we went for an event and the staff was professional and prompt. We had cocktails and the bartenders were great! We spent some time in the patio.

I was a little nervous going to this cinema because English isn't my first language but we had a lovely experience!! My best friend wanted to visit this place since it means a lot to him as a filmmaker! And our experience was incredible! The staff were really nice!! I had issues using my card at one of the machines and one of the staff members was super sweet and kind while helping us get tickets! We watched Bottoms and honestly, it was by far one of the best films I've watched this year!! The service at the cinema room itself was wonderful, the woman serving us was also very kind and sweet! I highly recommend visiting this theater and I would definitely come back if I ever go back to Dallas!!!

This Alamo draft house was absolutely embarrassing. Half of the seats did not recline, because they were broken, and the leather was completely peeled off, and there was tape on the actual seat to cover holes. We were the second couple there and ordered 2 entrees… we didn’t receive our second entree until the whole theatre around us got their food. The person next to us, who ordered after us and ordered the same thing, got their food 15 min before we did. Once we got the food we were thoroughly disappointed. It tasted like they just took it out of the freezer and slapped it on the tray. Absolutely appalling. Overall we will NOT be visiting this almo drafthouse.
