I had a great experience at this store and what set it apart from other Bath and Body works is Monica’s awesome customer service! Monica was so kind and told me about the sales that were going on, the mobile app, showed a new scent that I had to have after I smelled it and she also didn’t give me a hard time at all for an exchange I had to make and addressed me and my sister by name. I wish there a Monica at every Bath and Body works.

Staff was rude and was talking poorly about me when they didn’t realize I was standing behind them. There was 2 or 3 staff members that were kind and helpful, but others that were extremely rude, and agitated. I was so confused as to why I was being treated like that over something as simple as trying to see if I could pick up a small order before I received a pick up notification. I had placed order 1hr prior and when I arrived I told them no rush I was just in area and figured I would stop by. They were agitated immediately… I even tried to be helpful and find the items, but I still was given dirty looks, spoken too like I was a massive inconvenience, and talked about poorly within ear shot… it took almost an hour to pick up 3 items which honestly I did arrive early so that didn’t bother me until I heard them say to another staff member they were specifically making me because I arrived early I was shocked..

This store is one of my favorites but this location is small. I really appreciate how nice and helpful the employees are. I'm not a big holiday person and I would appreciate more gel hand soap varieties

I had other coupons that a young lady said I could bundle and stack yesterday and then the guy that checked me out said my other coupons were online only! I just got done reading on the coupon online and in store. I drove 25 min to get there I won't go back. This happened on Black Friday! I spent at about 200.00

I love the bath and body works in Southlake. They are kind and well help. I've gone to others and they just care about their phones and don't help. I highly recommend Southlake.

Parking was a little hard to find but the staff was really nice that this location. They had a good selection of everything

Excellent customer service. All the women there greeted me and were very helpful finding items in the store.

Customer service was great the night I went in. There was a gentleman that was very informative and helpful. Great location.
