I was nervous and not sure what to expect going into my procedure. Everyone from the admin at the front to the nurses and doctors in the back were absolutely incredible. The single greatest medical experience (that seems weird to say, but it's true) I have ever experienced. I can't recommend this place enough. Truly an incredible team they have assembled there. You will feel comfortable, at ease and informed the entire time.

The staff are incredible. Arrived very sick and they immediately saw to my needs. The entire process was smooth as always, with friendly staff and all my questions answered. I’ve been using this facility with my doctor for years and will not change.

I wish all facilities had the setup that Lone Star Endoscopy has. Good parking, good signage, easy access and bright and open building. Check in was a breeze. Step up to a kiosk, enter your information and you are done. You can watch your progress through the queue of patients. That is great for you and anyone who may be with you.

Just finished up a procedure here. Never high on my list of things to do but they made it as painless as possible. Waited about half an hour in the lobby past my 8:30am arrival but everything went very quickly and smoothly after that. Shout out to my preop nurse Suzanne. My veins weren’t the greatest today (little dehydrated, go figure) but she did a great job making sure I’m not all bruised up. Was out and in the car by about 10:15.

This was my first colonoscopy (53 y/o). Needless to say I was nervous and had lots of questions. This was an easy, painless experience. The staff at Lone Star were incredibly kind. They answered all my questions and made sure I was at ease. Dr. Brent Lacy was very kind, personable physician. I would very much recommend going to Lone Star Endoscopy at this location. 👍🏻

Very efficient facility. Everyone is friendly, kind and helpful. I talked to the doctor before and following the procedure. Great staff from front office to getting helped out.

I had a procedure at the Sherman location. The facility was clean and the staff was the best overall I have ever experienced at an office. My husband had a procedure 2 months prior and he had the same experience. I highly recommend this office.
