I
had
scheduled
an
appointment
for
my
6
year
old
on
11/26/2023.
Got
her
paper
work
done
and
insurance
information
was
given
to
Ruth.
When
my
husband
arrived
he
was
told
that
copay
will
be
$220
when
our
urgent
care
copay
is
$75.
He
even
asked
Ruth
if
it’s
$220
with
insurance
and
she
stated
yes.
Not
explaining
to
him
that
the
reason
was
our
insurance
office
is
closed
on
Sunday
so
it
is
an
inconvenience
and
didn’t
want
to
deal
with
insurance.
Holidays
are
coming
up
and
that’s
money
we
did
not
have
to
pay.
We
have
an
active
insurance
and
if
Ruth
was
unable
to
process
it
she
could
have
explained
to
us
or
given
me
a
call
or
asked
someone
else
for
help.
I
am
an
employee
of
HCA
but
insurance
is
under
my
husband.
I
The
provider
that
saw
my
daughter
was
amazing
and
very
patient
with
her.
I
thank
her
for
that.
But
other
than
that
Ruth
and
everyone
up
front
needs
to
explain
in
better
details
and
not
say
that
is
the
amount
with
insurance
when
it’s
not.
Hopefully
this
will
help
someone
out
and
knowing
that
the
front
desk
is
not
going
above
to
help
the
patient
out.
