    Never have I been in a Dr office where I have come across the kindest, courteous, most professional , helpful staff. These truly are remarkable people. Liliana, the receptionist at the front desk went above and beyond, I came in with knee injury and totally worried about what I'm supposed to do. Liliana explained everything I needed, then I saw Dr Connor, who is another amazing person. She was spot on with what she thought the MRIs would show. I went from being a total wreck to completely relaxed about this whole process and the future. I couldn't hand pick a better group of people I will be coming back if I. We'd any medical attention. I wish I could give them 10 stars, I would They definitely deserve it. And the nurse, Kendra, she was great as well. I can't Go on enough about the professionalism and the just genuine kindness that is so rare these days It seems like more businesses I go to the people are rude or mad about something everybody in here deserves 10 stars Great bunch of people Liliana Dr Connor and keyondra great great people.

    This Care Now location hires the best doctors that are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They always include me in the treatment options, fully explaining all the approaches. They don’t just give you an antibiotic like other places. They take time to fully understand your symptoms and offer treatment options.

    I had a really good experience. They attended me fast. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful, she made me feel welcomed and I really appreciated it. And my doctor and her assistant were really nice as well. I would definitely come back to this location. 11-18-23

    The front staff was perfect. Very nice and efficient however the doctor and the nurse were horrible. It was very late when I got off working a 12 hours shift so I assume due to the late hour that is why they were so rude however I went due to a cold but the doctor was more concerned about my blood pressure which I understand is a concern and voiced I understood I needed to follow up with it but wanted to know what my covid and flu test came back with. She was very snappy and belittling. My previous experiences with the male doctor were perfect. So if it's late I recommend do not go to this location.

    My ear had hurt for several days until I could not stand the pain any longer and decided to go to the care now right by my work on my lunch hour. And after checking in online I went over there and the staff who were so kind and Awesome got me right back and the doctor that saw me was absolutely amazing and took care me. Will definitely come back if I have a minor emergency again thanks to the staff and doctor there for making me feel so welcomed and taken care of.

    Do not come this location! The front desk staff and the nurse that admitted me were efficient and friendly. However the provider I saw was horrible. I have previously had good experiences at CareNows. I informed the nurse practitioner of my drug allergies and sensitivities and she did not listen instead went on a very unprofessional rant about why one medication is better than the other etc. The pharmacist at my regular pharmacy came out to ask me if they were aware of my medication allergies and sensitivities and stated that they did not know why this medication was prescribed to me. I had a bad reaction to the antibiotic and have left multiple messages and received no call back from the provider or any of her staff. Will definitely not ever come back.

    I had scheduled an appointment for my 6 year old on 11/26/2023. Got her paper work done and insurance information was given to Ruth. When my husband arrived he was told that copay will be $220 when our urgent care copay is $75. He even asked Ruth if it’s $220 with insurance and she stated yes. Not explaining to him that the reason was our insurance office is closed on Sunday so it is an inconvenience and didn’t want to deal with insurance. Holidays are coming up and that’s money we did not have to pay. We have an active insurance and if Ruth was unable to process it she could have explained to us or given me a call or asked someone else for help. I am an employee of HCA but insurance is under my husband. I The provider that saw my daughter was amazing and very patient with her. I thank her for that. But other than that Ruth and everyone up front needs to explain in better details and not say that is the amount with insurance when it’s not. Hopefully this will help someone out and knowing that the front desk is not going above to help the patient out.

    Either the doctors or the receptionist don’t care about the patience. I’ve been calling for the past couple of days wanting questions on my prescription. I’ve had an unusual reaction and everyday I call the front desk says they are busy and they will call back. It’s been 3 or more days and nobody has called me back. I decided to make an appointment during my lunch break and they told me you’ll be ready a one hour. I showed after an hour and driving across town and they said it will be two hours and after arguing with them she said said 20 minutes. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes doing nothing and they know I have work and I asked for an update she said she doesn’t know it could take hours. Why would you make someone wait knowing they have work. If you care about your health and life don’t come here.
