I keep telling myself I need to work on giving positive reviews.I am so pleased with the customer service I decided to make a review before I leave 😂 The girls at the bar were very friendly and welcoming.The sampler I had was good and the drink was good as well.I like the prices, the tv vibes and how clean it looked.This will be a spot I will keeping giving my 💴

This is a side of fries to go. Never again. Called, and Lisa really tried to justify it. “Pre measured,” every morning, is what I’m told. Funny how consumers are encouraged to continue to support, however this is how I’m spending the money that I work hard for? Do better.

Gravy burnt, ordered chicken fried steak got chicken fried chicken, everything is cold and burt. Never order to go. Nasty, great food when go in but they serve trash to go. Called in and manager said just sue them. Great customer service togo.

After moving to Texas 6 months ago, Boomer Jack's has become a staple. This location is my favorite! Bri (bartender) makes me feel so welcome. SW egg rolls are my favorite and they have Lone Star.

Presley was our server and she did an amazing job! The food was perfect and hot and my family had a great time. Definitely going back!

Overall still a great location. Usually a calm but exciting atmosphere. Good for your sports game or hanging out with regulars. Staff is well mannered and often attentive bartenders. Parking can be tight on weekends but nothing new to the area.

The excellent food and service stood out, even with only one pregnant server. Our meal was promptly served, hot, and accompanied by exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this place anytime.

Food was consistent similar to other locations. The service was good. Our waitress was very attentive. We had to BLT sandwiches, salads and flavored teas. Fries and BLT was slightly greasy but to be expected. Tees and salads were awesome. Overall, we had a great time and great service. I want to rate this 3.7. however there's no such thing. I do recommend the location and there are many other things to do in the area before after you have your meal. Also, and ideal location for doing some shopping in the same parking area to the rear of this location. There was no wait to be seated

Ma'Kayla & Hannah (trainee) we're our waitress, and they we're both nice with knowledge of the menu. They both had great positive attitudes, and both had beautiful smiles. Food Was HOT, delicious, and had a great portion. Great atmosphere, clean environment, family friendly with multiple T.V's throughout the building. * Yes I Did Get Permission To Take Their Picture 🥰*

If you want good food, SKIP this place. We got a couple of different flavored wings & different sides to try. Not any of the food we ordered were good. They were unseasoned & very underwhelming. The garlic parm was the most disappointing, trying 1 was more than enough. It was basically unseasoned chicken with a couple of cheese strings on top. The sides that we got were bland. On top of that, there were multiple wrong things with our order even when what we ordered were pretty clear.

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! I ordered from here last night on Uber eats. Ordered the Jack Sampler and an order of fries. I received barely any fries, all of the wings could fit in the palm of my hand, and the egg rolls were overcooked. $27 for barely any food and overcooked egg rolls. Like they just threw the trash scraps pieces food in my order instead of disposing of them. AVOID this place especially if youre not sitting in the restaurant making sure you get good quality food.

We made it into the restaurant about 11pm and walked into a nice atmosphere. There is a really nice patio sitting in front of the restaurant. We were happily greeted by the hostess, which is awesome! We had great service from our waitress. Our food came out quickly. Our boneless wing plate and the South West Quesadilla Chicken Salad were delicious. From the fresh salad to the seasoned potato cut fries, spicy ranch dressing, everything was delicious! We will definitely be back to this location!

Located in a nice area. A great spot to get a drink during the week! Good appetizers and good atmosphere. Bartender didn’t have the best attitude but overall I would come back.

My Food was great my cousins plate was a lil skimpy on the meat but the drinks, service, solving the issues, etc. was solved appropriately. My drink was bomb! My service was bomb!

Finally had a chance to take the family out to this amazing establishment. Rachel was hands down the best server we've had in a while. She was super attentive and be personable without bring in our face, made some very helpful suggestions, promptly brought us our drinks, appetizers, and food as soon as it was ready. This place was very clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere inside and out. The outside area was a little constrictive, but worked. Now the food I thought was a little on the pricey side until it actually came out. The orders are a great price to portion, was cooked to perfection, and served in an amazing time from ordering. This is going to be one of our regular stops when we are in the area. I only hope the other locations can live up to the same standards.

I ordered chicken fried chicken with fries and what happened is that chicken fried chicken was not soft. It has been over cooked and I called speak with the manager to remake order and the manager won’t remake it. She is not friendly person. They suck at cook! Not happy with this place anymore. I’ll never go there again.

The meat was tough, you better have some good teeth eating this tough meat, fries were over seasoned , I got mash potatoes on the side ,that was the only good part of the meal. I threw it away half way through . That photo of the cornbread is what i ended up eating after i had this awful meal. People always told me " goto boomer jacks" i finally did and was highly dissapointed, i guess when people drink they cant tell the difference of quality food vs prison type of food . If you go to boomer jacks just drink , dont eat there unless you enjoy stale prison style food.

I came here during lunch time and ordered the lunch menu specials. Lunch ran about $30 for two people. The burger was delicious and service was pretty good. The restaurant was clean and the waitresses were respectful. This is a good restaurant for bar type food and catching a game. Delicious french fries and good location. Parking out front is limited so be prepared to walk.

Not bad for $0.99 wings . 2vegas bomb 2 gummy bear shot. 2 strawberry margaritas and a banana pudding to finish

Set in the Historical Montgomery Square Plaza, this American Grill has a well designed patio with a nice view, along with patio bar seating, Reasonably priced and delicious, when ordering selectively. I've enjoyed my time here, and the Service is obviously a reflection on good Management. I plan on returning at least once or twice every month.

My new favorite , the turkey swiss pretzel sandwich with awesome housemade honey mustard!! Soooo good!!

Came to watch the game and eat some wings but I would not come back for the wings. The buffalo sauce had a vinegar taste and not spicy at all. Best food we had was the fried jalapeño and pickles.

Nice place, great customer service! Food could have been a little more seasoned but it was ok also we had to wait a tab bit longer for our food , not sure why tho but overall this is a go to place if you’re new here and can’t decide what restaurant to go to
