This was the best sushi I’ve had in Fort Worth. It tasted fresh and didn’t have a fishy taste what did ever. I don’t remember which rolls I ordered exactly. One was a tuna. One was salmon and one was crab. However, they were all delicious and didn’t regret any of them. The staff was also super friendly. Overall the experience was excellent and I will be back because of that alone.

First time at this location. Modern and layed back type of vibe. Had some spicy edemame as an app. Had the lunch option of two maki with a choice of house soup or salad. My friend chose the house salad with wasabi soy dressing. I ordered a crab coconut soup (curry). It was all very good. What really did it for me though was the dirty blue martini. 10/10 the bartender prepared it to perfection. We chose the Hotel California roll (not raw and tempura fried) and The lion roll (raw). Everything was amazing. Would definitely recommend. 👌🏽❤️

Great ambiance and the food was well- presented and delicious! Waiters are super polite and professional (at least during our visit)...They really did not hold back on the decor from the overhead aquarium to the vessels in which food is served. This is a great place to bring friends and coworkers for lunch to try suchi and have a great time.

Second time coming to this location and dang the service is QUICK! Love the vegan sushi, that’s all I get here. The Happy Hour is great, mostly for their cocktails but also most of the starters and rolls are discounted as well. I highly recommend the spicy edamame! My husband loves the crunchy chicken salad.

We were given a recommendation to try this place as the best sushi in Fort Worth. They had a good menu, quite a good fish variety, we could order pieces of fish individually which is our usual request and not always are we able to do so. There was a good array of rolls for those people that don’t like fish on its own. The serving crew were super attentive, very helpful and informative and knew all about the fish products. The sake menu was also varied and I tried a sampler which was good. When will definitely come back.

The hubs and I had lunch here yesterday and it was a mixed experience for us.  The hostess was on the phone when we walked in and while we understood she was busy, it would have been nice to have been acknowledged with eye contact or a smile.  Even a mouthed "one moment" would have been nice.  She was on the phone for about 5 minutes until my husband stepped into her visual line and she finally hung up the phone. Our waitress was really nice but service was so slow.  Our food was mostly good.  We ordered the edamame appetizer. Though I do favor rolls with fish and shrimp, I was really curious about their vegan options and was quite surprised. The vegan rolls were satisfying without feeling weighed down. A definite plus for their menu diversity. My husband's roll was not as great. The shrimp in his roll was almost non-existent. We ordered 2 drinks from their signature selections and an old fashioned. The raspberry mojito was cloyingly sweet and was returned. The China Doll was tasty however my big issue was their use of baby's breath as a garnish. It's toxic.  Stop using that!  Lol Overall I'd come back and give things another shot and try more rolls. There were some tasty sounding combinations. I'd hope that the pace of service was just off that day and that the bartenders stop using baby's breath as a garnish. It's not necessary; it's toxic.

As a chef myself, I am always on the hunt for exceptional dining experiences that offer more than just good food. And let me tell you, Blue Sushi in Fort Worth, Texas, is one of those places that exceeded my expectations in every possible way. We stay at a nearby Hilton hotel bc this restaurant is a super close walk. - fair warning - be careful crossing the 6 way street if you are walking from the University St From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the chic and modern ambiance of the restaurant, which perfectly sets the tone for the culinary delights to come. The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable and attentive staff that made me feel right at home. I ordered a draft Kirin - $6 Now, let's talk about the food. The sushi at Blue Sushi is simply divine. The quality and freshness of the fish are unmatched, and the creative combinations of flavors and textures are truly inspired. I highly recommend trying the Godzilla Roll, which is packed with crab, avocado, and tempura shrimp, and then topped with spicy tuna and eel sauce. Trust me; your taste buds will thank you. We had that last time. (This time I tried the crispy Brussel Sprouts, Crispy Rice cakes - which were amazing, and the Takaki Naki and Green Eggs & HAMA- Everything was stellar) But what really sets Blue Sushi apart from other sushi restaurants is their commitment to sustainability. The restaurant takes great care to source its ingredients from responsible and eco-friendly suppliers, which is evident in every bite. As someone who cares deeply about the environment, this was an important factor for me, and it made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. Especially the service. We ate at the bar this time. it was memorable. Beautiful Fish Tank. In summary, if you're looking for an exceptional dining experience that offers incredible sushi, impeccable service, and a commitment to sustainability, then look no further than Blue Sushi in Fort Worth, Texas. It's a true gem that's not to be missed. Check out their Mezcal Old Fashion - its fantastic

Great location and a plethora of vegan sushi options. My favorites are the Black Dragon, Shiitake To Me and Cowgirl. The Brussels are good, but I didn’t really care for the shishito peppers. The service could’ve used some improvement, but the fish aquarium was nice to observe while eating.

Really had a nice evening out! Friendly, upbeat, popular and great food!! We will definitely be back! Tessa is a manager and went out of her way to see where we were on the waiting list! She got us seated and checked on us even though we had a waiter! This was our first time there we will definitely go back ... they take care of their customers!

Went for the Sunday special, half price sushi! We ordered the sesame salad, brussel sprouts, and peppers for appetizers to share. Each was beautifully served and delicious, but the brussel sprouts were my favorite. We then ordered the hot poppers and lion's mane. The poppers were simple compared to the lion's mane, but the flavor was amazing. Excellent service and affordable. $50 for two including tip. Definitely going back soon!

Our server was FANTASTIC! She recommended a few rolls and we went with tidal wave. It did not disappoint. In fact nothing was disappointing. Everything was amazing. We tried the mango crab rangoon and edamame. I could have ate 20 rangoons. We ordered the Tidal Wave,Hawaiian Roll and Red Crunch. The Dragonfruit Lemonade was just the best. We finished our meal with the tempura fried ice cream. The raspberry sauce was so fresh tasting. Thank you for the best meal. We are still new to Texas and are so happy to have found you guys! I havent had sushi in a whole year! See you soon. Maybe tomorrow hahah

When I first moved to Fort Worth I did not like any of the restaurant until I came here!! The staff was so kind, and our waiter was so sweet. He knew it was my first time and gave me a free appetizer. I was so impressed with this place when my dad came to visit I brought him here and he loved this place as well.

Delicious. We need to go back as soon as possible. So many options for all ages. My 12 year old loves the LA roll.

Obsessed!! This is now our favorite sushi place. The food is delicious. Especially the tower. The drinks are excellent as well. I suggest making reservations as the wait can be a bit.

Tuna tower was very good. Wanted a light meal and this was perfect. The chocolate spring roll desert was ridiculously good. We waited 20 minutes wondering why it took so long and was amazed when it finally came. Delicious. Order just one for at least 2- 3 people though. Staff was amazing.

No wait time! Everyone was very friendly. I love the fort worth location they have free parking garages very close! The food came quick and ordering was very simple. Our waitress was very attentive and made great conversation. Shishito peppers were my fav for sure! I will be coming back!!

The restaurant was nice but was understaffed by management. The bartender was running the bar and multiple tables, not uncommon, but it kept her running pretty ragged and service suffered because of it. Food was top shelf. A little pricey, but not overly so. They do have a "happy hour" on food where only some items are available for the special. We were not aware. The server did let us know before we ordered because we had come for happy hour. So kudos to her. Just be aware. Parking is extremely limited. There is a large sign at the door warning you not to use a parking lot to the west. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will return.

Love this place! Everything is always so delicious! The Hawaiian roll is the perfect balance of crunch, sweet and savoriness and river rock beef was so tender!!! The Philadelphia roll took a little longer than we expected, but I always love coming here for sushi!!!!

Not only was the food amazing, the presentation was phenomenal! 👌🏽 🙌🏽 Drinks were delicious! Service was great! We had reservations for 8, we were seated quickly too. Only issue, parking is a little difficult but definitely manageable.

Came here with a big group on a work outing. Sushi was excellent, but the service was FANTASTIC. Some restaraunts struggle with groups our size, they made it look effortless. Next time I'm back in Ft. Worth, they're on the preferred list of somewhere to take clients.

1st time having Sushi for both my husband & I. It was amazing! A lot better than we were expecting. When we eat sushi we will have to come here, even though we don't what to order, our lovely friends ordered everything for us. The Mint tea is also very good!

Great atmosphere, fun and friendly people. Grabbed dinner here while at a conference with some colleagues and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the Hawaiian roll and a crab roll and both were fresh and tasty. The service was fast and friendly as well.

Beautiful restaurant top to bottom. Went for lunch for the first time and absolutely loved everything. The attention to detail colored the entire experience, from the menus to the place settings and even the cucumber slice in the water that seemed to fit the aesthetic. The lunch special is soup or salad and choice from a large selection of sushi. My starter was a sesame cucumber salad. It was a good palate cleanser, but definitely not as flavorful as the coconut crab soup I tried. I selected two "spicy" rolls that were both delicious, as were the 2 my date selected. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and not overbearing. The atmosphere was fun and laid back. I'd gladly go back for more and I highly recommend it.
