So me and my fiance came here for a chill afternoon of chilling and playing golf. And the place was clean and everything was very nice. We ordered drinks and chips and Buffalo dip. When the Buffalo dip came out it was not very good and our server got it taken off our ticket and a free bowl of queso to replace it! We didn't even complain she just went ahead and did it. Missy and Dave were fantastic and Dave even took a few minutes to give us some pointers on our swings. I cannot recommend this place enough after how wonderfully they treated us!

Called before to be told there was a 15 minute wait for a bay, arrived 15 mins later and told there would a 45 min wait on a lane, waited for a further hour and a half before we got the text, we had finished food and drink in this time so didn’t get to play at all. Food was average and price was average, service was pretty slow and the waitress wasn’t initially that pleasant! Have been to other top golf venues before that were much better

It was fun and the service was quick. No complaints. I just wish they had a sanitizer on each table for InBetween swings and bites.

We didn't have reservations and there was a 2 hour wait. They have a great text alert program and it gives plenty of time to return when your bay is ready. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, fun, and attentive. The food was great. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be going back! It was family friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and we all had a great time!

The game portion of this location is the only reason I’m giving two stars. If you want to understand how terrible customer service can be, come here… you’ll not only waste your time, you’ll spend your money to do it! The golf bays are on time limits, so slowing down to wait on your food or drinks is not an option. And heaven forbid you order food and sit in the restaurant area- chips and queso 40 minute wait… not kidding. If you do get a drink, guard it with your life and ration the serving size you get… you won’t be getting a refill anytime soon.

Amazing experience! Brought a friend here for his birthday and ordered drinks and an appetizer. Since the appetizer we ordered (wings) ran out of stock, management and our server, Alyssa took care of the meal and provided additional minutes of golf for our party, for the inconvenience. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!

Celebrated my wife’s 36 birthday party last night and we had an awesome time. The staff from start to finish made it a time to remember. You can tell they take customer service seriously and the manager Evan did an amazing job in just accommodating us in every way. Will be back thanks for making my wife’s birthday one to remember.

Our family had a wonderful experience here yesterday afternoon/evening! My “kids” range from 26 to 8 years old, and EVERYONE enjoyed themselves with the game play, food, and beverages. We had an amazingly friendly and attentive server in Brooke! She was very quick to retrieve kid clubs and left-handed clubs and we never went without a quick refill and the food service was phenomenal since we all ordered different appetizers and meals at various times during our two hours there! We will definitely be back soon!

It was really fun. I love coming here. I can get a good burger and play golf without having to focus on aim. However the service isn't that great. The food service was pretty good and the tracker on the gold ball wouldn't always give us our points but you can put it in manually. It still is really good technology.

I asked one the red shirt employees if they could help me out. She said she could and that she was the manager of the place. Then I asked if I could order some cheese fries. Mind you I haven’t eaten all day and was going to wait until after I left but the group I was with had ordered some and I had caved into my cravings. She then said she would do that for me. An hour later I never got my fries and was left with a growling stomach and unsatisfied taste buds. Thank you Top Golf Manager for getting my hopes up and never fulfilling them.

We come here alot! Always a great time and we celebrated part of my hubby's birthday here and they gave him a free desert!!

Such a blast! We went on a Tuesday which was half price. There were fun mini games to play and a selection of clubs to use for free. We had a couple of appetizers and burgers and everything was delicious. Our server was fantastic and kept us topped up with drinks. The food prices were completely reasonable (think Chili's or Red Robin prices) and we had no complaints. It was an all around great time and look forward to coming again!

My family was looking for something to do before the 4th of July. Settled on this place. Apparently, other people had the same idea. We got there and was added to the wait list, 2 hrs. While we waited we ate and had drinks. The bartenders and servers were good... Drinks purchased at the bar are separate from purchasing with the server on the driving range. Make sure you close you tab at the bar before going to the range. This place has three levels. When you enter the facility, you are on the middle level. At the time of this visit, the lower level was closed. The upper level has a small room with a Foosball table, tv, and sectional with a/c. This place is wheelchair accessible with ramps in the front and an elevator. Each level that we had access to, also had restrooms. The range have a sectional, coffee table, bar height table and chairs. The clubs are in racks and there is space to store clubs that you bring. S/N if you are left-handed, you will have to request the left-handed clubs.

Lack the core value of EXCELLENCE! We did not experience…………… "Good Enough" is not in our vocabulary. We are passionate about the work we do, and we DON'T SETTLE for anything less than greatness. My husband booked an event and the food and beverage service was HORRIBLE. The money spent, we could have easily taken our party to enjoy a nice dinner at an upscale restaurant!

Great experience Mgr. Tatum was awesome went out of his way for my son's 10 th birthday!! Thank you so much our first time here but definitely not the last!!!

We had such a great time for our son's 16th birthday! The staff were extremely welcoming and the manager was awesome! They accommodated our every need and the food was uh may zing! The spicy chicken sandwich is most definitely a must and the flatbread pizzas! Thank you Justine and Cassidy and all the other crew members at top golf for making it such a special night for our family!

What a Great Time!!! Queen Justina and Kuli Boo made our time at this location a great one! From the time I walked in I felt welcomed. Great Food, Great Vibes, Great People who care about their customers experience. It was truly amazing. Shout out to the grounds people and managers as well for putting down the non slick pavement out on the steps!!! I have to get back there asap!!!

First timer!!! It was epic and had a blast suckin at golf but somehow got better with more cocktails. The drinks were plentiful and food actually not bad, pretty good in fact. Nice, clean facility and friendly staff. Dare I say that this is the new bowling...think about it!?!

The staff at this location is amazing!! Fun for a date night or event! I’ve hosted two events here now and the event staff always goes above and beyond - everything goes off without a hitch. Food is so good too!

Seated for more than 30 minutes, all the staff in bar and no one approached to our table.

We were there with family to celebrate two birthdays. The only thing I didn't like was that the lights weren't working in most of the holes which took away from the night time ambiance. I understand they have been out for some time. We hope to return when everything's up and running.

At first we had such a great experience. The team working was very attentive and the food was good. The prices for everything was good and the wait wasn’t bad for a weekend. Unfortunately the assistant manager during that shift was unprofessional and caused a negative feeling from the overall visit.

The manager Justine was amazing. She was very busy helping other customers. As a courtesy to me and my kids she gave us additional 30 minutes of free play to welcome our stay. The server Baily was fantastic. She took care of us every possible way and was on time with our food and our needs. Great service by manager and server Baily!!

Had a birthday celebration on Friday for my son and myself here. Excellent time as always. Katie & Jamie made sure the drinks were full, the food was hot and that the experience was great one! Highly recommend Topgolf Ft. Worth. And as always...reserve a bay before you come!

The short: Schedule in advance, great time with friends! Like other reviews state, book a slot in advance, especially weekends. Outside of NYC, everyone knows Topgolf. Imagine a driving range, but it's on three floors, has food/drink service, and enables you and your friends to play actual scored games. Similar to bowling, if you will. It's been a looooong time since golf for me, but I still had a blast. They had drinks on deck at a decent price. I didn't try any food, but it looked good. I wonder if they ever got the club I flung on accident onto the green... super embarrassing but my friends got a good kick out of it. This is the answer to mini golf for anyone that wants to blast some balls off into the distance!

Had great time. Got some mimosas and donut holes for the kids. Both were a hit. We got lots of swings in. Was already warm but it is summer in texas too. Few more trips here and I should be ready for the real thing.
