After traveling 14+ hours we decided to stop here for a quick bite and a cocktail or 2 and I am so glad we did. I wasn't thrilled about the way we were greeted by the host but the bar tender OMG she was amazing. She was quick fun and cool af. The passion fruit margarita was delicious. And although my big baby was so tired from driving he enjoyed his self as well. The food was great best experience I've ever had at a Applebee's. Thanks guys!!!!

I ordered take out from here. The 4 cheese Mac was pretty bland. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was good. I’d order again if I had to.

There was a long wait around 9:45pm. New staff members, I was told that that fired all the previous staff including management. I would rather go get a burger at McDonalds. No bread with the meal and no gravy with the mashed potatoes. No cheese with the broccoli. I would NOT RECOMMEND unless there is no other place to eat. The cook Gilberto did a wonderful job on my steak. $1 long Island tea was good.

This is like the third time I’m not happy with this Applebees restaurant, my fries were the last from the bag, my ribs were burn, we order drinks and they never came, waitress come back after 20 minutes served and brought some more fries and mention OH I SAW YOUR FRIES!!! they didn’t look ok so I’m bringing you more without charge!!!! Really???? And on top of that we ask for our drinks and she say omg! They didn’t bring those to you? But don’t worry I will bring this now that’s 45 minutes after we order!!!! No no no that’s not right! She also say I’m sorry but we don’t have enough stuff to help with the restaurant, this is the second time same waitress attend me and always is the same thing ….

Came here today 9/6/2023 at 2:45 pm to enjoy a good meal. As soon as we entered, we were wondering if we were going to be seated or if we were just supposed to sit anywhere we liked we were not greeted. I did not like the hostess. She had no smile, she didn't seem like she really wanted to be there. Was not welcoming However, our server was great. Good service and we left her a her a tip

I ordered mozzarella sticks. Was half price 9- closed. It was a bit salty. Not sure what's up with that. But a few drinks were on special so that made up for it. I got a miller light mix with Tito's 🤔

My waiter was not very in the game when we sat down. I was ordering my steak off the menu she didn't ask how I wanted cook or anything. However even after she placed the order she has not stopped by not one time to check on me and my fiance see if we wanted more drinks, or to see if we was OK, just keep walking past us and going to other tables. The last thing that made me upset was she literally walked past us slowly didn't ask if we needed silverware to eat our foods or even napkins Anna Needs a bit more training. Thank you so much for the manager Nikki for stepping in to resolve this issue and making us feel little more better. I just moved to FT Worth this is the closest Applebee's to me I want to keep coming back here so I will give this another try in a few weeks hopefully the service is better.

I took my family here on Saturday 9/2. We walked in an the hosted never said a word, we spoke and asked for a booth. She took us to a table and we asked for a booth again. After taking us to a booth, she put the 4 menus down on the table and walked away, without saying a word. Hind sight we should have left the building right then. Our Server came and she was the highlight of the visit. She was nice, happy and helpful, placed our order and soon came the boneless chicken for our appetizer, it was ice cold. The server apologized and went to the kitchen to get them remade. Not long after our meals came and we began to indulge. I asked to server about the chicken wings and she said the GM, was coming to talk to us. I said she didn't as a matter of fact she walked straight passed us. I asked for the GM at that point. She came to the table and I knew why the atmosphere was so dry in the entire restaurant. It was her, maybe it was a bad day but it looked like a bad life. I asked about the wings and she said we can take it off your bill or make u some more, I said please remake and place them in a to go container. She said ok. I went to the restroom before we eat and passed directly by the kitchen, and over heard arguing and loud talking coming from there, as I looked inside the kitchen was nasty,#2 I should have got my family and left then. But I have been here several times before and it was nothing like this. Food was sub par, atmosphere was bad bad. We paid the bill, giving the server the benefit of the doubt she was tipped nicely. We left with the wings and as we made our way home the wings started to smell like sewage, so we trashed them.

2 for 30 dinner for 2. Spent less than $33 for dinner with drinks, including tax. Not a bad deal for a steak(ish) dinner and chicken Alfredo dinner and 2 teas. Alex was a wonderful server who was attentive. Atmosphere has gone down a little, but considering the whole area has gone downhill it's not surprising. All in all a wonderful evening dinner

This is Great place to meet n Eat. They have several Value Menu Options and Excellent Happy Hour Deals. Downside, being ❤️ Patient, SALT amount is very High. Next time I will ask for Salt Substitute. Bonus, they give Military Discount too!!! Loved the food. Excellent portions for Prices.

Had lunch with my husband today at your West freeway location. Stopped by and Megan took care of us. I had the Queso Chicken& lime with tortilla strips and rice, my husband the full rack of ribs and fries. The food was delicious and Megan's service was excellent. Also I had a cup of tortilla soup with chicken. Will definitely be back.

Yet again Christy at Applebee's provided exceptional service despite a hectic restaurant. We arrived at 8pm but left to play pool to return later around 9pm just to dine in with Christy. It was still busy but as always she was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Despite the challenges, she remained composed and positive. Christy's kindness and genuine care for customers made the dining experience memorable. Food, drinks and service was excellent. Highly recommended! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

The food was delicious and the service was professional and quick. We went there on Sunday after 12pm and got seated immediately while the other restaurants had a 45 min wait minimum.

Wow. This location is not up to par. Went with a friend after a movie late and it was chaotic. The crowd was light but the staff plays around till the customers are confused. They got our very simple order wrong. It was just dessert and non alcoholic drinks-nothing special. The manager had to intervene when the staff was being rude and playing (joking at our expense), but he was not good at his job, he is the one who got the orders wrong! We did not complain because it was that kind of sneaky rudeness, not outright. Nothing was right, overall experience was terrible. I do not suggest anyone go here, at least at night.

The most noticeable thing we noticed is that they had completely revamped all of their lunch deals in the menu since our last visit and not necessarily for the better. The food was just average, and for me, the cut of meat I had was a little on the dry side. They drink deals still seemed to be good, and I actually encouraged my wife to enjoy them on the days of the week when this happens. There is room for improvement, and we will probably try them again in another year are so to see if it has improved.

The first plate was good. Second plate for everybody was cold, it took 40 minutes for a single plate to come and we ordered two drinks. Only got one. The second one came only after we asked for assistance. The manager was trying to help but they still took over 20 minutes to do anything. They only had a few people so I'm not sure what took so long... The chicken was cold... The plate itself was hotter than the food, and not to mention they didn't even give us fries.

I don’t usually leave reviews. I sat and waited about 10 minutes before greeted. Which is fine, I don’t mind. Then my food came out. No check in for how I was doing. I waited about another 20 minutes watching my food get cold because I had no silverware and no server check in to ask for any. She kept checking in with the table directly to my left and right. Maybe because they were groups of 3-4 instead of just 1 like myself? She never asked how my food was, just asked if I was ready for my check. With food untouched in front of me. I finally got to ask for silverware. Didn’t ask for dessert, I was going to bring the kiddo home his favorite. Then I waited forever to get my check. I was here for over an hour. I usually over tip by a lot. But only left 20% today.

Food was great as usual. The service was great. Very friendly and attentive. My wife loves the wonton tacos and French onion soup she is hooked on them two.

My visit was 12/2/23 around 8:30 pm. Towards the end of the visit, there were a lot of chaotic things going on, including a drunk lady smashing her cup on the bar in the managers face. Yet, all the staff was very friendly and concerned with those nearby to make sure that no one got hurt. My waitress (her name tag said Jennifer, but I think people were calling her Hannah) seemed to be a bit under the weather and not feeling the best, yet she was doing great and keeping up with her tables the best she could. There were a few hiccups with our food, but with how crowded it was in there, that's to be expected. Everyone came together to help each other out and make sure everyone was taken care of to the best of their abilities with the amount of chaos going on around them.

A decent bar and grill experience. Great music on the new aged jukebox. Food always come out fresh and we'll prepared at this location. They have a lack of servers since the pandemic hit but the people that are there are great!

Just ordered curbside!!!? They not only put the mushrooms on my steak. It was uncooked mushrooms!!! I don't even eat those. They cooked my steak well down, when I selected medium.. green beans hard and crunchy....didn't even put the sauteed onions like I requested 🤬🤬🤬🤬 . Hell so many mushrooms, can't even see the steak!!!

Quick seating. Tuesday afternoon was uncrowded. I ordered the Classic Cheeseburger with Waffle Fries. Delicious!

Great drink specials. The house Bahama Mama is better than most top shelf drinks. I saw LOTS of to-go orders being picked up during our visit, so I was surprised that it didn't take our food very long at all to arrive at our table after we ordered. The cheese bites are on point, and the blackened salmon is amazing.

One thing better than the food was our Server, Cynthia. Not only is she a Military Vet, but she was the only server in our area(the other girl was late) and she told the Hostess, "That's OK. Have them sit over here." She was attentive to everyone m💟🤗

Honestly we went for dinner and there's practically no one there. I drive by this building a few times a week and honestly there is really anyone there. I've been here more than once, it's very good quality food, drinks and surprisingly good prices for a sit-down restaurant. The seating is nice and the restaurant is very well maintained. The staff was very nice as well. I'd go here more if it wasn't on the other side of town for me because it's not super visible from the highway so I just don't think a lot of people know that it's there. The benefit to this is there's never a wait to get seated and food comes out pretty quickly because no one else is ordering because the building is practically empty. We went there for dinner right at about 6:00 and there was just a few other groupings of people at other tables.

Not very good . Service was AWESOME , food was not . Lemon drop shots were NOT dressed . Will not return based on food alone , Photos look good however the food was not.

Food was good but our waiter Jeffery was AMAZING! I really hope his management team appreciates him and they let him know what a great job he is doing. Every table he was helping seemed to be having a great time and was full of laughs every time Jeffery stopped by.

It was good. They were very short in staffed but they managed to get us in and out without too much of a wait. The hostess was fantastic! She actually took our order even though it wasn't her job. She was absolutely FANTASTIC!

me and my girlfriend went during lunch time around 1 and once we got there we seen that it was empty so we thought everything was going to be fast and smooth but ended up the opposite we were waiting to be seated for 10 minutes with barely anyone there besides 2-4 tables and once we were seated proceeded to wait another 20 minutes without even getting our drinks for us. all the other servers we’re looking at us and just kept walking past up and we eventually just got up and walked out do not recommend this is beyond disrespectful
