Love this place. Was right across the street from our hotel. In town for convention and spent a lot of our nights enjoying great food and drinks. I am big on burgers and gotta say they have pretty good ones! Friendly staff! Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

Samantha was a wonderful waitress and made our meal a delight. We started with the deep fried Jalapeño bottle caps and fried corn balls. The dipping sauce was amazing. The burger was juicy and we'll seasoned. The BBQ fried chicken salad was made with fresh veggies and the Chipotle ranch made each bite a delight. The special bbq pork quesadilla was crispy and loaded with cheese

Got the wings, those were good. Beers were good. 2 burgers and both were mediocre at best. Not horrible but not amazing either. Good service and a clean restaurant.

Went on the recommendation of a friend. Went during lunch and was seated immediately. I ordered the Hot Hickory Burger and fries. Absolutely delicious! Wish we had a Jakes closer to my home. Good service and good food along with good prices I’d hard to beat. Highly recommended!

Stopped in for a cold beer. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beer was definitely cold, and they had a non alcoholic beer. The prices were reasonable. We will definitely return when we are in the area. We recommend stopping by.

I was staying across the street from Jake's and wanted to eat something from nearby that I could take back to my hotel room. I was able to order online and picked up my order shortly after. The burger was great and I'm glad Mexican coke was an option on the menu. No complaints on the service.

The Kicken Chicken Froed Steak and Eggs was delicious. Perfect spices and huge!! I couldn't finish it all. Delicious!! The Saddlebum ketchup is a bit thin for my liking but the flavor was good.

Killer burger. I had the classic double cheeseburger on a poppyseed bun, with a side order of half fried pickles and half fried jalapeño caps. Everything was excellent. The bun was supremely soft and the meat was seasoned extremely well. The pickles and jalapeños were all well seasoned and crispy, and not oily at all. Highly recommend Jake’s Burgers and Beer.

This is a difficult one to write so let's do the good, the bad, and the ugly... First, for a place known as a burger joint, Jake's does not disappoint. The menu was full of mouth watering options from sweet to spicy. I ordered the double cheeseburger and added an egg and bacon (and left off the veggies). It came quickly and was prepared just as I requested. The menu says "double cheese" and they clearly take that claim seriously. The burger was delicious. So what's the bad and the ugly? I stood at the hostess stand for over five minutes before being greeted. When I declined a seat at the bar and asked for a table, the hostess didn't seem pleased. She then offered a table around the back side of the bar area. We got there to find it still full of the prior patron's half consumed drinks and meal. Things happen and I would normally never even mention this. EXCEPT, she handed me my menu and left with the dishes. I assumed she was going to return to wipe up the mess at the table. Nope. Two minutes. Four minutes. Six minutes. I'm still sitting at a messy table and I can see she'd cleaned up three other tables with sight of mine and taken multiple calls on her cell phone. Eight minutes after I was left standing by a dirty table, the bartender came out to take my order. I requested that someone wipe down the table first, which she did immediately and with apologies. She was great. Took my order and brought it promptly. But the hostess was far from welcoming.

Great burger place! Decided to go here to meet up with some friend of mine for lunch. Was great. Our waiter was nice and polite. The food was good, both my friend and mines kids burgers were good, my mom’s chicken sandwich was yummy, the fries that we all got was good. The chicken tender took a while but was good (keep in mind that if you want them not spicy, it’ll take a while) . My orange Fanta was good and so was my friends sprite. And the alcoholic drinks the mom’s got were also good as well. All in all, great place. Will be back whenever we visit Fort Worth again!

A very nice place with good burgers. I got the classic double cheese burger. It was a good thick cheesy burger. The poppy seed bun elevated the taste. I've always said a good burger doesn't need condiments. Well it didn't need any therefore it was good! The Jake fries compliments the burger very well. It was seasoned well but my only knock was the fries were sometimes limp. The BBQ burger was really BBQ-like and was juicy because of the pulled pork. The bacon and fried onions gave it a nice crunchy texture. Sweet potato fries. It was desert French fries. I liked the marshmallow sauce that comes along the fries. Fyi. Wait to be seated. Can get loud with food loving patrons.

Wow. I get it that help is hard to come by but honestly you'd be better off closed. So slow. So unenthusiastic. Just overall a very awful experience. Looked so promising. Do yourself a favor and stay away. The food when it arrived was soggy and congealed. The tater tots in this pic sat so long they turned into mush. And the cheese fries were one giant clump. So ridiculous. The bartender was supposedly overwhelmed - not really sure how.

Stopped in for happy hour and stayed for dinner! Nice selection of local microbrews and great range of unique margaritas! Very tasty and generous pours on the mixed drinks. Food was fast, crispy, and tasty…I had the chicken fried and tots and appreciated the spicy breading as a unique twist on a classic favorite. Service was great and bartender took good care of us through the whole evening. Will drop in again for happy hour when in town!

Probably THE best local diner/bar in Fort Worth. I had the Frito Pie Burger and Sweet Potato Fries with Marshmallow dip. Tasted like a little piece of heaven on Earth. Mind blowing.

Enjoyable burger spot. A little pricy but what isn't nowadays. Burger patties were fantastic. Fries were just ok, nothing to get excited about (maybe the onion rings would bave been a better choice). I did enjoy the fried pickles and jalapeño chips quite a lot. They were nice and crisp and flavorful. Overall enjoyed the place and would eat there again.

Chris sat our party of four right away for Sunday morning breakfast giving suggestions and a warm welcome! Beautifully crafted juice blend was a knock out of there park. When the food arrived, there was nothing but deliciousness, the whole table over! From a pancake kids plate to an absolutely flavor punched giant plate of French toast, and two Traditional orders cooked to perfection! Samantha served with candor, and great heart! Fantastic food & service! Way to go Jake's!

I don't have much to say. We just stop by for some Irish coffee at the bar. The place was busy, we're heard they were shot handed but they seem to be holding there own.. when we left the was a line and it was only 3 pm.

Locally sourced ingredients. We got the burgers and wings. They have some local beer selections too. Located near Sundance Square and fun part of town to walk around. First time in Ft. Worth and came on this spot which seemed a little less touristy. Great service and food came out well.

I mean seriously you find me another burger joint that does burgers of this quality for this price. First of all I started my day having breakfast here. The portions were so generous I could not even finish my meal. Then when we came back for lunch with a group we had nine of us they seated us promptly it was not much of a way at all I think five or 10 minutes and they were very attentive. My water was always full and the service was fantastic. The food is great I had the jalapeno popper burger and it was awesome it's not drenched in condiments but it did have all the right things on it so Props to the chef

Here now for breakfast (see pics). Coffee was great... Better than most breakfast joints in TX, in my opinion. Can't complain about the 'Traditional' breakfast I had, except the bacon was a little lame. My wife had the Avocado Toast, which she said was very good. If you haven't been to Jake's, give it a try, you won't regret it. :)

Went to Jake's for the first time for a lunch break with a co-worker. The food was just alright in my opinion, nothing stood out about the flavors of my burger. However, our waitress was extremely attentive and helpful which made for an enjoyable lunch experience.

Absolutely fabulous! From the staff to the food! It’s bar food at its best, made fresh. Cocktails are tasty. Atmosphere is fun and welcoming. We will definitely return!

We were riding our bikes around downtown Fort Worth and wanted another breakfast choice. We rode by Jake's and saw people walking in, yay!! The crowd was small, we got a booth immediately and service to our table was prompt. You can only order from the breakfast menu but there's plenty of choices. We got the breakfast hamburger, which was huge and a la cart, 1 breakfast tacos with sausage which was also good. We'll definitely be back!

The place is great! Started with a 20 minute wait to get seated, for party of 2. Didn't seem too crowded. Coordination of seating could improve. Price of beer was good. Specialty drink costs significantly more but was strong and tasted good! The wings were some of the best I've had! Up there with pluckers, wing stop, bww. We got the jalapeño bottle cap burger. So big we split it. Was flavorful and not too spicy. Jake's fries were good too although I was surprised they didn't come with the burger. Waitress did ok. We weren't offered new drinks. Overall a fun place and worth a try.

We came here late at night after the concert right across the street. It was the only place open nearby and the reviews looked promising! I can’t rmb the menu names but we ordered fried chicken and a cheeseburger. The sauce on the fried chicken was so good!!!! I don’t know what it’s called but I’d love to know what it was. It was a very big portion. The cheeseburger was all right, but my god, this Jake’s hot ketchup? Made everything sooooo good!!!!!!! 🫢🫢🫢 it’s a spicy ketchup that I never tasted before but fell in love with. I literally took a picture of the bottle in hopes of buying it online later since I’m not from this area… but I think it’s a special sauce made by this place and I’m so sad that I can’t buy this anywhere 😭😭😭 Would definitely visit again for this ketchup..

Hot, Fresh, Delicious. On a weekend trip in town and was pleasantly surprised to immediately get seating and be helped within minutes. The atmosphere was rustic yet modern and the attendant was friendly. Drinks and meals were ordered with only a short wait to have meal delivered hot and freshly prepared. The sweet potatoe fries were crispy and mouthwatering with the puff dipping sauce on the side. Jake chef easily converted a burger into a large salad with freshly cut greens and veggies. Thank you to the staff and management of Jake's Burgers and Beer for extending their appreciation to service members and taking precautions to keep the patrons safe.

I’ve been to Jakes on 2 occasions and both times the food was delicious! I got a patty melt the first time which was really good with the sauce that they use. The second time I got the breakfast burger which is 10/10. The sweet potato fries are my favorite! They also have gluten free bun option which is really nice! Definitely recommend this place.
