Amazing experience, highly recommend!!! The ambiance in the restaurant is lively and inviting, perfect for a date night or a night out with friends or co-workers. The service was exceptional. We tried a variety of items on the menu and enjoyed everything. The sou chef made dinner recommendations and we were grateful for them, we had bone marrow, ricotta tarte, wedge and burrata salads to start. For dinner we had the fresh catch, grilled duck, pork chop and the chef recommended cut which was the meat along the spine, fantastic!

Quite surprised. Everything is made from scratch and it tasted like it. Very good. Took my wife and teenage daughters and have a fine dining experience.

I went here for the first time last night on a date and let me tell you it was impeccable. We started with the mussels and while I’ve had mussels in marinara quite a bit it’s not often that I have mussels in a garlic sauce. I loved it and definitely wanted more. I also got the center cut ribeye which was so delicious. One of the better steaks I’ve had for the price. The atmosphere was also very nice. Our waitress Jessica was super helpful and was great at explaining things on the menu. She definitely helped us picked the right selections.

Among the delightful selection of dishes, the succulent duck steals the show, with its complex and satisfying flavor profile. The short ribs, a close second, are a culinary triumph with their melt-in-your-mouth texture and unforgettable taste. A surprising highlight is the Chicken croquette, a dish that delivers a pleasantly unexpected burst of flavor. However, the true standout dessert is the fig cake - a heavenly concoction that defies all expectations with its exquisite taste and texture. I would also like to raise a toast to the talented chefs who presides over the open kitchen, visible from many seats in the restaurant. Your skillful executions of each dish are truly note-worthy!

We eat here almost every Friday. The whole experience is top notch. Service, food, and atmosphere are all some of the best you will find in the Fort Worth area. Upon walking in, you will be greeted immediately and assuming you made reservations, you will be sat immediately, there won't be a wait. If for some reason, your table is not ready, Clay Pigeon has an awesome bar with great bartenders to help you with your short wait. All the staff is incredibly attentive and they work together to give the diner a great experience. Most of the servers and staff have been with the company since the start. If you are looking for the perfect dining experience in Fort Worth, this is the place. Some of our favorite dishes are the Fish, Pasta, and duck. The fish and pasta dishes change almost weekly. If you haven't had duck and aren't sure you will like it, this is the place to order it. The duck is top notch!

It’s been a minute since we went for our anniversary in March 😅, but I wanted to make sure I wrote a review and shared pics! The atmosphere was so classy, and our waitress was amazing. The food was delicious from beginning to end. We came just for the bone marrow, but were so tickled that everything went so far above our expectations. This was perfect for our anniversary. It’s a bit pricey, but we thought it was well worth it and perfect for a special occasion.

Incredible entrées surrounded by good apps and dessert with pleasant service that suffered a bit due to being understaffed -- amazed by the one valet who was hustling to park everyone (aka the hardest working person I've encountered this week)

I really enjoyed my experience here, and will definitely be back. The menu and the flavors they present are memorably unique, and just "different" enough to get you interested. I may have had the best New York Strip I've ever had here... and I definitely had my mind blown by that date cake. Seriously... never would have thought I'd be touting date cake. Service is very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is great. Wine? Of course, great selection!

We showed up at 730 on a Saturday night with a party of 3 and was able to be seated right away. Nice atmosphere. Not a quiet type place. A little loud with talking and people having a good time. Service was good. Food was great. We ordered 2 appetizers, 1 salad, 3 entrees, and 2 sides. Total came to $175 before tip. We were there for 1.5 hours. Starters- Shrimp cocktail. Shrimp was good. I did not like the sauce at all but my husband did. It didn't taste like a cocktail sauce. More like a ketchup and worcestershire mix to me. Bone marrow- This was amazing. The bread it came with was delicious and this was the best marrow I have had. We basically fought over it and I was tempted to lick the bone like a caveman. Salad- My son got the wedge salad and enjoyed it very much. Entrees- Beef pasta- This was the biggest surprise. It was so so so good. It was juicy and topped with ricotta that made it creamy. Duck- The texture was a little spongy but I don't eat a lot of duck so they may be normal but the flavor was excellent. This portion size was a lot smaller than the other 2 entrees so I wouldn't go for this if you are looking to fill up on your entree. Chicken- Chicken skin was crisp and flavorful. Chicken was perfectly cooked but the star was the mushroom and potatoes it comes on. Delicious. Sides- Mac n chz- Spiral noodles with a white creamy cheese. I don't like Mac n chz so I can't speak to it but my husband enjoyed it. Haricot Verts- Basically tangy and crispy green beans. Tasted good but I could have done without. I will definitely return in the future to try what they have or to get the beef pasta for myself.

We had a lovely meal of appetizers! The mussels were huge and delicious and the butternut squash with ham fritters with cranberry relish were really amazing. Dessert was a light and airy olive oil cake with a caramel sauce.

Definitely an indulgent experience but in a very chill atmosphere. The food was top notch. I had a steak and it was perfectly cooked. The cut was high quality, it didn't have any tendons or gristle. I have to say the mac-n-cheese was not as cheesy as it could be, but you can tell that's hand made pasta! It is delicious no less. I'm not a bourbon drinker, but what the chef drinks is a good drink. Very pricey place, but well worth the money. Our waiter, Brent, was excellent. Amazing service. Wondering what's the next occasion I can use as an excuse to go again.

A fantastic experience on all fronts! The food was amazing, as was the service. The wine/drink selection was fabulous as well. The menu has an interesting variety steak, fish, duck, all fantastic. Our meal was cooked perfectly to order, and the portions were ideal (generous, but not huge). The restaurant has a 5"0's gas station/repair garage" vibe, but don't let that fool you -- the ambiance was lovely. We celebrated a family birthday outing, and were not disappointed ... we'll definitely be back!!

My wife and I love this restaurant. We have Clay Pigeon in our rotation of restaurants that we return to. Their menu changes often but everything I have had from cocktails to appetizers to entrees have been very good. I had the 8oz ribeye last time and it was a very juicy and tasty cut.

Great experience at Clay Pigeon. The staff from start to finish did a fantastic job of showcasing their hospitality. The food offered elevated standard options they didn’t leave much to be desired. I’d recommend you check this place out when you want a great meal with an authentic hospitality experience.

Food was good. Service was excellent. We went on a Tuesday night to celebrate our anniversary. We had the marrow, which was great on the bread. Also had the pimento cheese croquettes (they came out teally fast). They were good. The sauce served with them was really good (and spicy). My wife had the house made pasta with shrimp, which was excellent. I had the duck breast. It was ok. It reminded me of pork tenderloin. The side of kale, sweet potatoes, apples, and onions with it was "meh." Sweet potatoes were undercooked and a little hard. Overall, pretty good. We had two teas, and our bill before tip was $112, so it's a little pricey. We parked about a half block away on the street, so it was pretty close.

This is a 4.5 star place. Cool little joint near the ACU campus. We all ordered something different pork chop, pizza and yes one person in our party ordered a salad. We de-friended him. The beverages are good, no worries there. Jaydn is a great server.

Ok, The duck is probably the best thing on the menu. Short ribs are phenomenal coming in second. The Chicken croquette was a nice surprise. If they have the fig cake, GET IT. It’s not anything I ever imagined in the most positive way possible. Cheers to the chef running the open kitchen of which you can observe from many seats in the restaurant.

Excellent all around execution with only one disappointment. We had the soup, five apps, and cheesecake, and loved almost all of them. Drinks were also excellent. A nearly perfect experience for our first visit. Beware the tartare is coated in a hot-spicy pepper oil that overwhelms the flavor of the meat and lingers in your mouth, interfering with subtle flavors in other dishes. Note that, with drinks, the estimated $50- $100 per person range provided by Google is low. My wife’s cocktail, e.g., was $25. So $50-100 per person for dinner isn’t right. Maybe for lunch.
