Really disappointed with our take out today. ordered online after seeing the great reviews and pictures of what i assumed would be a really great pie from this place. we had an estimated 30min for pick up. the place was dead upon arriving, and our pizzas were sitting out on a tray. so needless to say we got home to stone cold pizzas after sitting out in the open for a good 20 mins i'm sure. at first sight they looked good so i still had hope. to no avail however as these pizzas were literally paper thin. picking up a slice all the toppings slide right off. regardless of temperature because out the box cold i lost all my veggies from my slice. the one star is for the veggies tasting okay on the med pizza. however our quality meat pie had almost no sauce and cheese but i mean it's no wonder with a pizza that thin. 36$ for basically roti with toppings. (roti is a very thin indian bread) i guess this place must have hit a dramatic decline in kitchen staff because this was in no way what i anticipated.

The new location is nothing like the old location. I use to eat at the old locations consistently and when I heard they opened somewhere else I knew I had to visit. I got extremely sick after eating the food and so did my friend that ate with me. The service was subpar and the pizzas are not as good.

Amazing pizza full of flavor. Definitely one of the best pizza joints in the west 7th area. They had a good playlist going so the atmosphere was great for a laid back Tuesday. Also the meatball appetizer was delicious as well. Will definitely be returning to try the other pies on the menu.

This started out as one of the saddest dining experiences of my life. My Mom had just traveled 4 hours from Oklahoma to my house, and then another 45 minutes to eat dinner here. We went out of our way to come here because I heard good things about the food. We were seated at an inside table and ignored by the waitress for 10 minutes. We were incredibly thirsty. Finally the waitress came by and let us know she would take our drink order after she took care of a table outside. She disappeared for another few minutes and we saw through the window she was cleaning tables. Still no drinks. When she came back inside we were again ignored and almost decided to leave, at this point she came back so I simply ordered water with lemon. She didn’t bring the lemon. I nicely reminded her, she rolled her eyes and walked off, bringing back lemon wedges in her bare hands. My Mom kindly asked for a straw and she THREW the straw across the table at my Mom. I felt so hurt. I was shocked and hurt for my sweet mother, who is only visiting for one night! This waitress had so much tension and we didn’t even order food yet. At this point we stood up and started walking out, a waiter turned everything around. He approached us and knew right away there was a problem with his coworker, because he made it clear it’s not the first time. So my question is… why is she still working there? She mistreats people badly! The waiter Hennessy was super kind and told us he’d serve us, he made us feel at home. My boyfriend also met up with us for dinner after work and was disturbed at what he witnessed. In the end, we were treated with a free dessert to make up for what happened, and the pizza was perfect. Yet, I’m appalled there was no repercussions for the waitress, she had long dark hair (I didn’t catch her name). We walked in around 7pm on Friday. I do hope the owner will notice this post.

The pizzas are good, but small and way too expensive in my opinion. Their brunch is terrible and would not recommend. For brunch service I ordered a frittata but it was not a frittata just scrambled eggs and we also tried the chicken and waffles, but the waffle dough was raw. Regarding service, it’s good if it’s the regular waiter/waitress, but have had consistently bad service when the bartender has to wait our table.

The wife and I stopped by this lovely pizza joint after hearing good reviews about it and we were not disappointed. We sat at the bar because the standard table wait was over 45 mins, we did come at about 7 PM which is busy time for most restaurants. Our bartenders Nicholas & Jennifer took great care of us, excellent service overall. We started with the Bruschetta for 2 and oh mind was it delicious, great portion to start with on a date and the little side salad was a great touch. The main course we share the Balsamic Chicken Pie. The size was great for two to share and the ingredients were fresh with pieces of moist and tender chicken. The pie was baked in a brick oven to perfection. Then we wash it all down with a Prickly Pear Margarita. Overall a well run restaurant with great staff and wonderful food.

Had the best truffle pizza here. Gotta try that if you check out this place. Really nice setting and great unique drinks as well. A bit pricey but for what you get and the location, worth it all. Appetizers were amazing too.

Great food and service. We've visited twice and have had good experiences both times. The prices were reasonable and food fantastic. The bruschetta was out of this world. They have good happy hour deals too.

The food is underwhelming. We ordered the butter noodle dish, which was so plain and dry. It was hard to swallow. We had the. Garlic white pizza, which had no traces of garlic on it, and of course, no kind of Alfredo sauce or any of that, just the cheese on the pizza Crust. And then we ordered the marinara fondue which was adequate but overpriced as well. Very sweet helpful staff or waitress, but no flavoring whatsoever.

Our first time visiting this location. We had been to the Plano and Knox Henderson locations. Sadly, those locations have closed. We had the cheese salad and the triple pepperoni pizza. Both were so good!

Last location the ambience and atmosphere were outstanding. This location is okay compared to the other place. Looks more like a bar/restaurant. Ordered a pizza and the cheese fondue. The fondue tasted more like lasagna. Pizza was different. They also no longer carry the delicious goat cheese appetizer. Such a shame what happened to this one great place that was worthy of an anniversary or a birthday. Lost these two once faithful customers.

I used to love the Crockett street location, which had a sophisticated and sexy atmosphere, but the new location looks like a cicis pizza. Cafeteria vibes and harsh lighting. The waitress told us that they moved for safety and security reasons. I told her that I hope not as I live in that building. Truthfully, they were bought out, but I think it’s strange that they are telling this alternate story.

So excited to see Fireside back in Fort Worth! Pizza was as delicious as I remember. They are definitely still working out the service side. Come hungry and with a flexible schedule and you'll leave happy!

I tried the balsamic chicken pizza with the strawberry jam sauce and goat cheese, sweet onions, and fresh basil. It was really excellent! Loved our waitress as well! Thank you R!

Delicious food, great service, and smooth drinks. Our server was very knowledgeable, and kind. We ordered the Proscuitto and Parm, Hawaiian (best one IMO), and the Organic Mushroom(took it to go for my teen, but it was also amazing). My husband had the old fashioned and it was delicious!!!

Food was great, I love to come here for their thin and crisp pizza straight from the brick oven. My food came pretty quick and the service was awesome. The ingredients always taste fresh and surprisingly the extra Parmesan cheese tasted like it was just grated with that tangy flavor on top. A favorite restaurant to go in Fort Worth.

Best. Pizza. In. Town! No question! Deserts are hit and miss, but the fired pizzas are incredible! I had the meatball pizza with mushrooms and it was delicious! My friend had just a simple pepperoni and it was the best ever!! Prices are comparable to pizza hut and dominoes but there's NO comparison in taste and quality! Do yourself a favor... Go now!!

A really cute place! Loved the interior decor. The pizzas were delicious, and the service was good. Will have to go again and try other items 😄.

I had a great time here! Trinity, our server was a sweetheart. You do have to be a little patient because they seem to be a little short staffed but overall great food. I'm still thinking about how delicious the spinach and artichoke dip was. Can't wait to go back soon. One note for larger groups, they have a couple of fantastic round tables that make talking in a large group easy but they do not take reservations. Just fyi. Great place!

Delicious artichoke dip. Like mouth watering. Not your average pizza.

Our pizzas were very good, all of the servers were extremely polite. Not terribly busy for a Saturday night, which was a relief considering that it’s pretty close to Sundance square. Very reasonable prices for the area and quality of food, you get more than you pay for (and $5 beers are hard to beat). Overall a great experience, very likely to come here again. (If you like pineapple on pizza, get the Hawaiian here. One of the best I’ve had). Ps: ask for the ranch (I think it was called red pepper ranch?) you’ll thank me later

I'll give you the pizza was pretty good. But don't go here thinking you'll get your money's worth. It was actually VERY expensive for what you get. The pizzas are pretty much personal pizzas. I wish someone had written a review about the price. So here it is... hope it's helpful to others.

Came here on a Sunday slightly before dinner rush. Atmosphere is great, including the music. There were plenty of gluten-free options for app, pizza, and dessert. We ordered everything gf and had the Spinach dip, garlic white pizza with Chicken, pesto pizza, cobbler, and brownie with ice cream. Everything was delicious and our server, Trinity, was fantastic. We’re excited to take home the leftovers.
