Most of the food was delicious and good size portion. The only thing that lacked flavor was the salmon. My husband and I shared the $199 Table Tasting for 2. It was plenty of food. Each person gets 1 appetizer each, 2 entrees each, 1 side each( 1 side is for huge, normally could feed 2 or 3 people!), and each 1 dessert. We had to take a dessert home because it was too much food. The complimentary bread was delicious. The VIP drink the waiter recommended was delicious as well. One of the main things that disappointed me was the leniency on dress code. I was there to celebrate my 10 year anniversary and hoped to celebrate in an upscale environment. I dressed up in a dress and my husband in a suit and tie. The dress code is supposed to be business casual, but it seemed like most people came in jeans and sweaters or polos. I felt way over dressed.

We celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary at Del Frisco’s in Fort Worth. The food was great, but the service was fantastic (as is to be expected at a restaurant of this caliber.) They wrote us a personalized card and gifted us a slice of cheesecake. They were very kind and everything was great, but the food was overpriced, in my opinion. Yes the steak was delicious, but it didn’t taste like it had much seasoning. I’ve had many better steaks that were a fraction of the cost. Besides that, it was a great experience. Definitely plan in advance and get a reservation on Open Table if you plan to go!

The quality of the food and service has gone down dramatically. Don’t bother trying to speak to the manager, aka Ken because he will not take care of any issues and just make excuses for what he cannot do. Also Ken has confidence issues and will go so far as to call customers complaints, childish. We used to eat here allot but no more…. The picture is the quality of the vegetables you can expect. The salad was brown and obviously had been sitting for days. The prime rib sandwich was missing a few things and the replacement was clearly over cooked. The first picture is the original sandwich. The second is the replacement which is over cooked!

LOVE this place. The ambiance is very warm and classy. The building was built in 1890 and was originally a bath house in Hells Half Acre! Its a beautiful building with rich wood accents - very inviting. I don't eat seafood so I can't speak on that but I do love their steak, mashed potatoes, asparagus, brussel sprouts and cocktails! The VIP is AMAZING! So smooth and tastes so tropical. I recommend this place for a romantic nice quiet dinner. Parking is very limited so I would recommend using the $7.00 valet service. A Texas classic for sure! Oh and it's rumored to be haunted... especially the upstairs bar area. Just saying!

Worst dining experience. Came here to give this well renowned steakhouse a try during restaurant week. Poor decision. 8/8 steaks were ordered medium rare and came out hardly cooked. Several of our party requested them to be cooked further and again they came out inedible. At this point in the dinner we are 2.25 hrs in and we still have not had edible steaks cooked per the instructions given. Chef just seems grossly unqualified to cook for paying customers. Requested the manager to ask what is going on and they offered to remove a few alcohol drinks from the tables order. We said that was the best part of the dinner and that if anything the inedible food that we refrained from eating should’ve not been charged. The “Manager” then suggested that we were asking this because we “wanted free food”… After showing several times the uncooked steaks and photos of plates that were discarded, they then flip flopped and decided to remove the food from the bill. Besides our very nice waitress who was trying her hardest and the hard working service staff, the Manager and kitchen professionalism was below par and quite disappointing for a top rated establishment. Truly an awful experience that makes me question if I will visit this Del Friscos establishment again.

Del Frisco's came highly recommended to us. Unfortunately, I would not go back for a holiday meal again. The picture: reservation for 2 at 7:15 on Christmas Day to celebrate our 11 year anniversary and Christmas. The good: fantastic lobster mac and cheese, overall delicious butter cake, and very balanced and unique cocktails. The bad: INCREDIBLY slow service, 2nd serving of bread wasn't fully proofed or baked (still raw dough), overpriced steaks and lobster for the quality (I'd rather go to different high-end steakhouses with better service), unevenly seasoned bacon appetizer, and overall uninviting staff/atmosphere. The cake was good, but it had an overbaked/hard spot w/ uneven sugar crumb. For time reference, at least 3 other tables sat, ate, and left before we got dessert, and we were there from 7:15-9:45. I expected so much more from this location. It's a beautiful restaurant but leaves much to be desired this holiday season. I felt rushed out by the end of the night, even though we didn't get our entrees until over an hour after we'd been there. I understand it's Christmas Day, but Del Frisco's is an established and well-respected restaurant; they knew they would be busy.

We enjoyed Del Frisco's Grille. The Youth Serum Cocktail is light and refreshing (not too sweet). Fish and Chips were excellent. Shrimp Cocktail was overcooked but okay. My Red Snapper was way too salty. I should have sent it back.

Beautiful atmosphere. Incredibly delicious food. Attentive service. How could you ask for more? It's our go-to place for family occasions and this one was my daughter's birthday.

Overall can’t beat this place. We walk in right off the street due to just being in Fort Worth for work and was able to get a table. The bread (first photo) that is serve before the meal is deadly good! I mean we only had one and I knew I had to stop because of my love for bread! So if you are a bread person before a meal this is the place. The calamari (second picture) is a must have appetizer! I forgot to take picture of the Goldeneye Pinot Noir (very good wine), brought by the bottle, but it was good. The reason for that 4 star was the steak, for this to be a steak place, the steak was lacking in flavor, seasoning, and the overall taste wasn’t the best. The sides, the mash potatoes and asparagus met the bar and are very large portions. Overall it’s not a bad experience, especially because our waitress Brittney was really nice, and pretty attentive. I will be back to Fort Worth often so I will try this place again to see if it was just an off day with the steak, but otherwise I would definitely say come for the bread, the calamari app, and a drink at the bar!

Came here for Mother’s Day to celebrate my wife. Absolutely cannot emphasis enough how much enjoyed the experience and the food. This is my new favorite place to get a steak. I forget what the margarita I got was called but it was one of the best I’ve ever had. My wife got a lavender margarita that was also really good. Will definitely be coming back, absolutely wonderful! My wife and I run a chiropractic office and our patients are asking where this place is located lol so gonna recommend y’all to everyone.

4 attempts at med/med well (light pink throughout) steaks! Brought back the same steak 3x. The 8oz filet was rare 2x, well done 1x, and the last attempt in the picture was the closest, but still like warm.

This place was astonishing. The food was great. I know one of the people I went with said their steak was not good, but my Lamb was delicious, and everyone else enjoyed their food. The side were top notch. I had the Old fashioned and Manhattan. The Manhattan was pretty good, but the Earl Grey Old Fashioned was to die for. The service was exemplary, and the atmosphere was very private and relaxing. This is not a place that you would go to on a normal basis as it is quite expensive. But for a nice formal dinner to treat yourself, this is the place to go.

My husband and I went to Del Frisco to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Calvin and all the personnel made our dinner a memorable one. The steaks were tender and delicious. The mashed potato and the truffle potatoes were supreme. At the end, they treated is with a delicious cheesecake. Thank you for making our dinner worth to remember.

We loved our meal at Del Frisco's. We both had the filet, which was perfect, and we shared the creamed spinach, chateau potatoes, and mushrooms. We expected everything to be good, but it was truly perfect and we would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody. Our waiter Bradley was very friendly and extremely attentive. Our dessert - butter cake - was comped because the restaurant was very busy and I think they thought the service was slow, but we enjoyed the entire experience. Oh, and if you like Old Fashioneds, I recommend the Earl Grey Old Fashioned. It's something different and it was very good.

One of the very best steaks I’ve had for years. We sat up at the bar, and Aaron took great care of us. Filet mignon and NY strip were cooked to perfection. Butter cake & sauterne a winning combination too. A must go to restaurant

The service was excellent! Very attentive staff and their recommendations were really good. My family got rib eyes with mashed potatoes, esparagis, and creamed spinach. We also had Cesar salads and blue cheese lettuce wedge salads. The bread that they have is amazing! My only complaints are the women's bathrooms were 78° and very hot. Also the chairs were rock hard and the place is really dated.

My husband brought me here for Mother’s Day - my first time dining here. We had a reservation and arrived early but we still ended up waiting just a bit. No biggy though, Del Frisco’s has a very nice atmosphere and vibe so I didn’t mind the wait. My husband made our reservations for the patio, which was very nice, although I wish we weren’t seated right by the door. It seemed as if we didn’t have as much privacy. He and I shared the Table Tasting for 2 ($215). It was quite a bit of food. Choosing from 4 to 5 options of each course, we EACH got an appetizer, two entrees (each), one side and one dessert. The food was fantastic. I was not disappointed. I do think they need a larger variety of sides to choose from on this particular menu item- my husband didn’t care for any of the side options. While I would love to come back often, coming back will be reserved for special occasions only, because I cannot justify spending almost $300 on a dinner for two otherwise.

High expectations here along with high prices. Save your time and money, have an appetizer and a drink and then move on. The steaks have good flavor, but are just ok for doneness and tenderness. Our sides arrived more than 10 minutes after the steaks, and were room temp and frankly not tasty. We waited an hour for the steaks. Calamari and bacon apps were delightful and quick to the table. You can spend a lot less and get better. The table next to us had the same experience, so apparently our experience is not isolated. Overall, it is definitely not worth the time and $$$

We came here for our First Wedding Anniversary and to say that it was the most perfect date night would be an understatement. Our host that sat us was extremely kind, and our waitress Ashlee was absolutely wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and very thoughtful. She made she our experience was memorable and helped make this night very special. I am so glad we chose to come here for our anniversary dinner. We will be returning in the future for sure!

Went here for our anniversary for the first time and ordered the filet and ribeye with truffle butter- absolutely delicious!! Complimentary bread was immaculate. Only thing that was pretty disappointing was the lobster mac. It was rather lackluster and boring in flavor and at $22 for a side, I expected better. Additionally, I was hoping for some kind of decoration on the table or complimentary dessert for the occasion we booked our reservation for (don’t mind paying, of course, because it was absolutely worth it, HIGHLY recommend the butter cake), but I know other steakhouses that offer that and they charged $10 for an additional scoop of ice cream (because I didn’t like butter pecan ice cream and our server offered to bring a scoop of vanilla for me) which is overkill and was not communicated prior to that it would be an up charge Our main server was very personable and knowledgeable. He was patient in explaining to us the menu a couple times and giving us time to make our decisions while giving some input of his own too, it was helpful! The servers who brought us our food and refilled our waters were all very nice and made sure we were taken care of all night. Ambiance was how you’d expect a steakhouse to be- low light and intimate. The dress code says that it is business casual, so my boyfriend and I dressed as such and came to find quite a few a patrons dressed pretty casually and definitely felt a little overdressed, so just a note for others who want to gauge how dressed up you need to be. Overall, would recommend having dinner here!

I had diner here for my bday and it was great! Food was well presented and very delicious. Atmosphere is very calm and classy place with an upstairs dinning area as well. The waiter was so lovely and very attentive, I even got a very delicious coconut cake on the house for being my bday.

Fantastic as to be expected! Location is excellent. Parking is non existent so valet is almost mandatory. Interior, service and food are top shelf as to be expected. Bring your Platinum Card , an appetite and someone who you want to impress.

Don’t waste your money here. The food was not good compared to the money I had to pay. We went there on Sunday for our anniversary, the entrance door is very tiny and we kept on the way of people tried to get out of the restaurant. The host was not that professional. The waitress was nice but other than that, nothing worth to come there. We ordered calamari but the sauce they put on the top of calamari was very salty, I though I was having salt in my mouth. My husband order 45 days steak, no taste at all. My order was sea bass and of course, it was salty too. We went to Capital Grill last year and a year before for our anniversary and we loved it, they took an anniversary picture for us and gave it to us right there, they also had free desert with decorations on that and the card too. It was very nice of them to do that. The food was great, we thought we would try a new restaurant this year since we have been at Capital Grill few times. Very disappointed with Del Frisco. Never come back there again.

Thanksgiving dinner reservations. The experience was great but the service was slow. The main course wasn't hot. I get that it was a holiday but these are the details I expected to be of no concern at an establishment like this. That being said, the oysters were amazing and the wine selection is plentiful. I'll have to try again on a normal day. Closer to 3.9 stars for me so far.
