We were planning a non-traditional wedding - we wanted more of a celebration than a formal event – and we were hoping to find an affordable venue that gave us the flexibility to make our day our own. Shipping and Receiving was the perfect venue for us! They allowed us to have the venue for the whole day and to bring in whatever vendors and decorations we wanted. They have an indoor and outdoor area, including a great stage for a band with a large versatile patio (dancing, chairs/tables, an aisle!) and they supply you with a full bar. Jen Franke, the Events Director, was awesome and answered all of our questions leading up to the event and was in attendance the whole weekend to ensure our wedding went smoothly. Even the bar owner, Eddie, was involved in our event and was helpful and supportive. A lot of our guests said our wedding was one of the best they’ve ever attended, and we couldn’t be more grateful to Shipping and Receiving for having us and helping us make our big day the best day ever!

Love this venue, we throw an event there every month called Fort Worth Firebeats, typically on a Friday. Going on 3 years now. The owner is really nice it's dog friendly and the stage and outdoor area is so fun. They have a variety of events all the time live bands and many pop up shows. Go check them out 😃

Outdoor concert area was cool. Smaller venue allowed for a more intimate concert experience. Bartenders were nice. Shuffleboard, pool table, bathrooms, and furniture in pretty rough shape. Drinks more expensive there than pretty much everywhere else.

Excellent venue for a epic party thrown by Cigar Spirits magazine and Micallef cigars. Plenty of room to move around.. live bland playing... and all the cigar smoking you can handle. Comfortably holds over 300 people.

Super fun place to be! A very chill crowd, decorated very interestingly (in a good way), and the outdoor stage was fantastic. Definitely on the pricey side, but worth the trip if you're into nice atmospheres and great people.

Fun, unique venue with lots of comfy seating indoors and a great patio and stage for live music outside. Beer selection is 👍🏻

What a fun place. It is a simple warehouse filled with fun. Walls have weird art, there are many games and an outdoor more quiet area.

I went last night and enjoyed a live band. The place is great. I loved the atmosphere and it was great weather to be outside under the string lamps. The only reason i didn't give it a 5 star rating was because of the parking situation. The don't have ample parking for the amount off people i'm sure the get every weekend. But other than that, i had a blast there and plan to be back soon!

Great time with great friends! S & R has all you could ask for...good live local music (Cut Throat Finches, Darkbird), plenty of drinks to quench any thirst and the staff is welcoming to all!
