A nice place to go for a special occasion. Good food and fun to watch how all of the servers navigate everything. The salad bar is good & not the typical salad stuff. In all honesty you're there for the MEATS!! Beef, chicken, lamb & pork they bring it all around. *Helpful hint: go to Sam's or Costco & buy the gift cards, 2 $50 gift cards for $75*

We were seated and almost finished our meal before I had to walk around the restaurant and find someone to give us water. I also asked for bread at that time. 15 minutes later we were completely done with dinner but would hate to leave without enjoying the famous Brazilian cheese bread so I asked another server for help. Keep in mind that we never had a server introduce themselves and bring the bread, potatoes, bananas etc Eventually got some help from the kitchen staff, the gentleman barely spoke English, but was amazing and brought us everything he could… I haven’t left yet, but I’m assuming they won’t forget to bring our bill :( I’m calling you out Texas De Brazil, this was the worst service I’ve experienced at any level. I get better service at fast food restaurants. The salad bar is very limited at lunch, so is the meat selection HOWEVER I realize that it’s almost half the price (compared to dinner) so the value is fantastic. If you have a huge appetite at lunchtime and want quality food for a good value, you can’t beat Texas de Brazil, just don’t expect good service

Loved the modern decor, the bar, and the salad bar the most. So many options! And of course I did the rookie mistake of filling up on salad bar and side dishes (I'm not disappointed, was worth the price!) and I was only able to try a few pieces of meat. The ones I did try were delicious though, and next trip I'll definately have to make it past the salad bar to try all the meat options.

Even though we didn't have reservations we were seated right away. The problem was we were in a narrow hallway next to the kitchen door and across from the waitstaff station. The 2nd problem was that it took some time for the gauchos to start serving us, they walked by several times. Other than that, the food was delicious! If you like meat, this is the place to go!

Best food of its kind in the whole state. Salad bar is so much more than a salad bar. The service was top notch, the restaurant has an amazing feel and the selection of meat is never ending

Staff was on their A game! We had a work party of 18, made a reservation, and other than a little wait for our tables everything was great. The salad bar got a little crowded but it was exactly at lunch time.

Ate here for the first time this weekend and was super disappointed. When I'm paying $49 a plate I expect to have an excellent service. Salad bar was excellent. You could truly make a meal out of that without having to have any of the meat. Lobster bisque soup was some of the best I've ever had. The bacon wrapped filet mignon was over the top. Our server seem very frustrated and not happy to be at work. Food was great though!

My sister brought me and some family for my birthday. All the food was good even things I didn't think I would like. We went for lunch full menu with salad bar. Great experience.

We celebrated my 56th Birthday and had a wonderful evening together. The staff was very attentive and friendly and the food was completely off the chain. If you consider yourself a carnivore, then you need to check this place out at least once in your life. The top sirloin alone makes the trip worth your while

I visited on April 21, 2023 and had a 2pm lunch reservation for my family of 5. We arrived to the restaurant at 2pm and waited to be seated, we were seated at approximately 215pm and then waited to receive the “spill” of how the restaurant conducts itself, and gave our waiter the drink orders (all waters). Around 220pm we were cleared to go to the salad bar if we wished, four of us individuals did not decide to eat off of the salad bar. We were waiting until our elder guest was done with his salad plate to get started on the meat, however they never came around! We sat around with empty plates until 310PM when our waiter asked if we wanted the check- we notified him WE HAVENT EVEN ATE! We asked if there was a cutoff time for meat to be served, in which he told me that they should serve until the last guest in the restaurant leaves. We then asked for the manager as we were one of the few remaining tables left in the dining room, our waiter came around and stated that they stopped serving meat at 230PM and he apologizes that he didn’t understand why that occurred, that they should have still been serving. Our waiter then proceeds to still bring us a bill although we had not eaten or been served, heck we were not even allowed to go to the salad bar until 220pm, and they stopped serving 10 minutes later! Again, we asked for a manager and were not provided the opportunity to speak with them. I have called the restaurant twice and have yet to be connected with a manager, I have also left an inquiry to be contacted and have not been contacted. At this point, I am going to dispute the charge with my bank as we should not have been made to pay for meals we didn’t receive in the first place!

We had a great experience on Christmas Day. It was busy, and it took a bit for the meat to start coming. It may have been that they were waiting for a majority of our group to finish with their salad before coming our way. My husband turned his chip to green right away. The meats were really good. We ate mainly beef. All were excellently cooked and seasoned. We git a bacon wrapped chicken. It was really good, but we were not sure if it tasted so well because it was hot. The other meats were warm but not hot. Service was great for a large group. Everyone seemed well pleased. The cheese puff bread is my favorite side.

In wonderful downtown Ft. Worth where the west begins. You get that western vibe....like you can almost feel a cattle herd headed up Belknap for the stockyards. T.D.B. as we call it aint your dusty old dining hall of western lore....very nice and well appointed interior give you the upscale experience. Wait staff...spot on. Drop your napkin on the floor...you wont be using that one again. Very pleasant, caring, conversational, and do an excellent job. Drinks....outstanding and excellent selections of bourbon, scotch and a very good wine list. Food....I could talk forever about the salad bar and the meat. Just be mindful NOT to eat all day and do not plan to eat the day after. Double extra rare picanha is my goto....and they fill me up with it. Turn that red/green coaster to the green side, grab your tongs....and be ready to graze....for awhile. Yes it is on the expensive side for many folks(like me)...but well worth a once in awhile visit. You get the full experience of the setting, a couple drinks, a bottle of wine, the 10 ⭐️s food, all delivered by an outstanding staff.

First of all, our server Leah did not want to be there on Christmas, it was very evident. The only reason we tipped her was because it was Christmas, her assistant as she called him was great. The card machine was not reading properly and her reaction to my son was if it were his fault. 3 out of the5 stalls had no toilet paper in the bathroom. The plus was that the lady at the front desk was great and the salad bar was great. Next year tell the Debbie Downers to not work Christmas your restaurant is too expensive to tolerate such behavior.

No wonder the last review was from several months ago.Way overpriced for dried out, over seasoned cheap cuts of meat. All sides to table were cold even after reordering. The main waitress seemed bothered to bring extra plates or clean utensils. Then not knowing dessert wasn't included the waitress gladly proceeded to show us the tray and told us to pick what we wanted. 4 unimpressive desserts came out for another disappointment. The only person satisfied got the salad bar only. The bill was $ 275 and the waitress was pissed with a $25 tip which was way to generous for her sub par "service". Just wanted a special dinner for Christmas Eve memories but the only thing I'll remember is not to go again. Too many other good places to dine in Fort Worth, forget this one.

I usually go to Texas de Brazil for special occasions. The food is always the best. There isn't one type of food they have that I won't eat. Location is good. The lobby is a little small so trying to stay out of the elements while waiting for your table is a little tough, but all good. Service has never disappointed. The servers are fast, they are accurate with orders on drinks. The folks that come around with meats are friendly and always smiling. They always try to ensure they have meat that is cooked to your liking. The food is perfect. Do NOT fill up on the salad bar. It had to be said. The salad bar is so huge and even if you get little bits of everything you can be hurting once the meats come. While Texas de Brazil is a little pricey, it is worth it for those special occasions.

I hadn't been there I several years and I was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was, the service all around and the food was outstanding. I mostly ate meat but I tried a couple other things and desert. Great variety. Manuel and some of the other servers were amazing. Will definitely comeback to bring my family because my wife has not tried this place.

Great experience! Haven’t been here in maybe 15 years and the quality and attention to detail hasn’t changed. The experience made my daughters 21st bday amazing and for that we all thank you and our server team!

Always a treat to come here. Dionne our waitress was amazing. Dion went above and beyond the Call of Duty to take care of us and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the cleanliness of this restaurant. We look forward to coming to visit again and the near future great place to go. And to top it off the desserts were amazing.

Awesome visit to my favorite place to eat. The rolls are the best. The salad bar is top notch, even though it’s a smaller version of prior years. They kept all the good stuff like shrimp salad, smoked salmon and cuts of deli meat. The marinated and grilled pineapple is worth the price if the buffet. Its sooo good.good. The lobster bisque is a favorite and a perfect to dip the bread in. As usual, all the meats were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The picanah is great but I think my favorite is the skirt steak. I just don’t under how this place could ever rate under 5 stars.

Went for our 1 year anniversary and they did not disappoint! It was my husband's first time experiencing Texas de Brazil and he was very impressed, said he will definitely be back! Lol. The server Erykah was amazing!! Couldn't have asked for better service! 10 out of 10!

Delicious, as always. The lamb chops outperformed last night, my wife usually doesn't like lamb chops, but last night even she liked them! Like always, I hit the salad bar to hard, but there are just so many delicious things on there! Rachael was a great host, and the atmosphere was almost perfect! This is our go to for special occasions, although we always end up to full afterwards, but that's my fault. You can not take leftovers home, so I always consider it a challenge to finish my plate! Lol we'll be back for more pain, we always return.

It was a fun experience, but I probably won't be going again. It was way too noisy, and the food, although plentiful, was pretty much okay. The salad bar was excellent. Very pricey.
