Fun, laid back brewery with and assortment of beer options. The beer was alright (didn'tfind a beer I absolutely loved. Everything was definitely drinkable). The bbq was my favorite part. My friends and I devoured the loaded brisket tots. The live music was also enjoyable. Overall, nice place.

Not to impressed with this brewery, and I've been to quite a few over the past several years. The parking lot needs improvement. I'd hate to come there after or during a heavy rain. My vehicle would probably get stuck in the mud. When we did finally park, there was some smelly run-off from the back that was like sewage drainage. Upon entry and sitting at the bar, the greeting from one of the female staff members was lacking. She was not hospitable at all. Very dry and unconcerned. She asked us if we wanted to order food, and my husband asked for a menu in which she proceeded to push a napkin holder at him with a QR code. She was just plain rude. The bar was not clean, fruit flies, and dirty glasses. I'm glad I had a few wet wipes in my purse because she never wiped the area that we sat. Overall, I think I'd spend my money elsewhere. The beer was okay.

The people there great. I got a couple beer flights to sample a variety of their styles. Their bourbon barrel aged imperial stout was top notch and I thoroughly enjoyed their Bock. I grabbed some tacos to eat with my beers. They were tasty but I expected more smoke flavor from the pulled pork and brisket. Next time I'm out there I'll try some other dishes and hopefully they will have their wee heavy. It was sold out on my visit

Amazing beer. Outstanding service! We came to sample, and decided to run the board (flights of all the beer). The woman serving us did it up right and took the initiative to group the beers correctly for proper tasting. 16 in all. I found my new favorite Imperial stout! We had outstanding nachos, too. You MUST go visit this brewery if you are a beer lover!

I love the loaded French fries!!! I get them with brisket. This is my new favorite place!!! Well worth the money!! 01/10/2022.... here again. Love this place.The food picture is what I call "Nacholess nachos". Brisket nachos without the chips. Cheese, jalapeños, brisket, Pico, and queso. Good stuff!! ***It's not on the menu, you'll have to special order it. ***

I am happy to update my review from one star to a five star review. I am pleased to say that Shawn was more than reasonable and willing to sit down and talk about what happened over a beer. This conversation was respectful and constructive for both parties. As note this business has always welcomed well behaved pets and service animals both inside and on the outside deck. This being said I am very surprised by this business and the way that they handled my initial review. It is refreshing to be able to talk about the issue at hand with a very open and honest approach. I would highly recommend if you ever have any issues or concerns to be open and honest with Shawn. Based off of my own experiences and conversations with him I know he will always do his best to listen and try to make it right when he is able to do so! Thanks for reading! PS. This place is perfect for any craft beer and BBQ lover. They have a great variety of perfectly crafted beers and no matter what you're into, I can guarantee they have a beer for you. I had their award winning Fort Worth Lager and an out right delicious octoberfest lager. The bartenders were great, personable and oh so friendly. Now I've been to a lot of breweries where the beer is excellent and the food lacks but this place is definitely above the rest. They serve a majority of smoked favorites but they also had some Texan cuisine on the menu. I had the brisket tacos and it is hands down my favorite taco now. It was flavorful, juicy and went very well with a side of elotes. I will forsure be returning to this place as often and as soon as I can!

This beer brings to my mind the word crafted... I don't think I've ever tasted a better quality and cleaner tasting beer and to top it off no dry mouth and no headache I didn't have but a couple and I'm not a big beer drinker at all but for me to have that second one it had to have been a good one. Relaxing atmosphere real good people and just good old down home Texas Brew you could enjoy in a Roadhouse atmosphere.

Great mix of lagers and other beers! The IPLs were particularly delicious. Yummy BBQ as well! Friendly staff and chill atmosphere!

Stopped in for a beer and dinner with my lady. Had a schwarzbier and a red - both excellent. The bologna sandwich and black pepper sausage were not available, so we had the sausage mac and cheese, which is very good. Server CJ was very helpful despite full bar (trivia night). This is my favorite brewery.

Hosted a customer event in the outdoor space of Cowtown Brewery and things went super smoothly. Brooke, Harley and all the staff were helpful throughout planning and into execution. Will be back!

I LOVE Cowtown Brewery! Best BBQ in Ft Worth. The wings are smoked then deep fried and with the Truffle sauce, simply AMAZING! The Cowtown crew is always friendly and giving excellent customer service. The beer is cold, crisp and refreshing! Five star for sure!

Random stop to pick up growlers for a project. Met Shawn the owner and Daryll my server. I sampled Pale Ryeder an IPL and Agree to Disagree NE IPA both were yummy 😋 I didn't have any food so no stars. Happy about the 50 degree day. #txbeer

I was told this place had the best burger in town and boy they were not kidding hands down best burger I have had in Ft Worth. Beer was fantastic as well the whiskey barrel stout was so smooth. Highly recommend this place for an outing with friends.

Stopped in for lunch and a few drinks and stayed for a few extra drinks! The food was solid but the beer really stands out. I was surprised by the diversity of the tap list, and furthermore just how good each of the beers were! Highly recommend stopping in.

We had no wait on a weekday at lunchtime. The beer flight was “ just OK” BUT we took home the Fort Worth beer and it was delicious! Food was so-so. Don’t go for food. Go for BEER.

The dries burger around. When I finally did get it they picked a hope so the egg was all ready out of the burger. Then husband waited a extra 25 min for them to even remember his food. Then my phone made a tiny noise and one of the waitresses made a big stink because it made a noise. Like. Really. Don't expect to get fast or even decent service. They rather be hanging out and chatting with other workers.

Cool spot for traditional beer offerings. Had the Cold Fort Worth Beer, which was good but not really my thing. Also had the IPL, which I thought was very good. We didn’t have food this time, but overall it was a cool experience.

Had a really great time at this Cowtown location. Came in and sat down at the bar while killing time, and was very impressed. Parking was easy, and the building was large with great air conditioning and plenty of seating. In terms of beers, the IPAs were strong and ice cold, and the BBQ sandwich I got was quite good. Highly recommend!

Wasn't able to drink any beer (gluten intolerant) but the bbq was good and the price wasn't crazy expensive. Loved the names of some of the beers that they have on tap.. I got the sandwich plate without bread and it was a lot of meat.. The place is nice and next time we will need to do after work dining to enjoy the atmosphere a little better.

Love this place! Great selection of beer and the food is pretty great. Prices are cheap at happy hour. Great outdoor area for pups too.

They have a good selection of beers. I've tried a couple but not all and not many. The burger wasn't the greatest but it was the least expensive thing on the menu. I have had a 2 meat plate before and the fried bologna and brisket were really good! Shared it with my husband and made it worth it. The servers always have a friendly vibe though and the building has a nice outdoor Brewery atmosphere.

Great selection of beers and the BBQ is on point. Loved the sides, mac and cheese and corn.
